Canton Low's Moo Goo Gai Pan and Hot & Sour Soup are a great lunch special. The Hot & Sour Soup is mix of tangy and heat. The Moo Goo Gai Pan is a mix of chicken and vegetables. Classic Chinese-American food.

The portions are enormous. The food is delicious. We appreciated having healthy choices on the menu. We have already texted others to tell them how good a restaurant this one is. While we were eating, there were many takeout orders being picked up.

Having lost my local Culver City Chinese Restaurant go-tos (Golden China to fire and New Flavors to developers) I stumbled on Canton Low while driving through El Segundo, and on a whim stopped in. Turned out to be the best spontaneous decision! The menu has all the typical Chinese favorites, and an extremely reasonable Dinner menu with different pricing options. (They also have a lunch menu...can't wait to try that!) The staff is welcoming, literally greeting everyone who walks in the door. Upon seating, they bring over the fun fried noodles with hot mustard and ketchup. The wait time is reasonable and there's a quaint pleasure in watching the immense take out business they do. The food is fresh and yummy. The portions are very generous, and especially the dinner specials which include a cup of soup, egg roll, fried shrimp and salad. It's not in my hometown, but Canton Low is my new go-to for dine-in Chinese.

Lil pricy but the food is some of the best Chinese food on the west side of LA. There aren't many options in this area for some reason.

Nice and cheap. Perfect for lunch. You get a lot as far as the portion. Soup salad whole nine yards.

The dumplings gave my husband and I diarrhea. I've been sick for 2 days now.

Amazing dumplings. You better order your own you won't want to share.

I ordered some spacey items. No spice at all. The Kung pow beef was horrible and flavorless. Not going back again. Sorry

This is our go-to local spot. Delivery is lightning fast and eat-in service is down to Earth. Good food, real people. Love it.

Soup is what I look forward to when dining here. You must know that you have to spend at least $15 to use plastic.

The spicy wings were incredibly hot, but not in a good way. Instead of having flavor, they just burned your mouth. The orange chicken was the biggest letdown. It tasted like it had been cooked in old grease, which gave it an unpleasant, stale flavor. The beef with broccoli was just average. It was edible, but nothing that would make us want to order it again. Overall, everyone in our group wasdisappointed with the food. We were hoping for a good meal, but the quality and flavor just weren't there. Based on this visit, we wouldn't be coming back.

It looked like a nice spot hidden where food is made fresh to go. I ordered the chicken Mushrooms and veggies and a wonton soup. I didn't realize they also advertise their daily specials on a board outside. My dish was very decent and not too salty. I would rather a not so salty dish so I can dose how much spicy sauce I want on it. The food came fairly quickly and I was back with lunch at my hotel in no time. Great service and easy ordering process. I really like the big board with the photos of each dish underlined with price. It makes it easy to choose the meal that you are craving for. So, give them a try. The portion is very generous! Bon appetit!
