Logan was onsite and he and his crew were excellent, and all work was done well in a timely manner. System tested out ok, but A/C flow on the top floor was poor (heat flow was fine), and a booster fan was suggested for the lengthy top floor duct path, at an additional cost. The booster fan was installed in short order, when I was not home (part-time home) - all good so far - 5 stars for sure. .... but when tested the fan ran with the heater, and created a blast furnace on the top floor. Call to Logan and he was able to swing by and change the fan to run A/C only. Being winter we only ran the Heat and it was fine. As this summer approached found that the A/C would not run at all, no booster fan, no fan at all, although the outside unit is running... Multiple phone / email messages to Logan / Arrowhead Air have gone unreturned. Not good....! Hope I don't have to call somebody else. UPDATE: Logan reappeared - and as before was the consummate professional, worked through the issues and got the A/C back up.

The installation went well thanks to their professional experience. We had purchased a Nest thermostat but were not aware that we needed to order the Nest charging plate cover and Nest power connector separately. Since we didn't have those items at the time of installation and due to the storm, Jack returned on Monday, March 16 to finish setting everything up. We were told we'd have to wait three weeks, but that was better than other places quoted. We have a fireplace, and it was beginning of November, were fine until then. The very nice scheduler said they'd put us on a list in case there was a chance to fit us in sooner. Luckily just that thing happened two weeks out. The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!

He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". Maybe he needs to learn how to use Google instead! Maybe he needs a lesson in patience and understanding.... in common decency, respect and basic customer service.
