We were told to sit anywhere we'd like and to take a look at the menu, which has many choices for not just pizza, but other things like salads, chicken tenders, and more! You go up to the counter when you're ready to order and you are served at your table. It's a smaller restaurant, but it's cute and cozy! The food was good and reasonably priced. My large cheese came in at around 16-17 dollars. Pics good, it's thin and charred well, but not too much. The wings were very flavorful and crispy. My husband had a craving for pizza as we were driving towards Provincetown, so after checking on Yelp, I found this highly rated pizza place in Yarmouth. Plenty of parking. We ordered at the counter and they brought the food to us. We loved the salad we got and the pizza we shared. We got plastic utensils and paper plates, but the quality of the food was really stellar. Great premium gourmet pizza with interesting ingredient combinations. They are for pizza fans who love a nice charred thin crust. We got the Riptide pizza which was packed with flavor. The bacon jam brings a lot of sweetness which the garlic aioli balanced out. The small pizzas are really personal sized pizzas but 3 of them were enough for a group of 5 with moderate appetites. They also have Snowy Owl coffee! Too bad they don't open until 11 am so you have to get it as your afternoon cold brew. Speaking of brews, they have a nice selection of beers as well that can be enjoyed at a small bar with a tv for sports. Lots of space inside and outdoors for dining in addition to take out. This new pizza spot is going to become one of our favorites so give it a try. read more

It was late morning and we stopped in to briefly meet someone. Ordered a pepperoni slice and surprisingly it came out thin crust, yeaaaa! Cheese is the star of any pizza. The only suggestion I would have is that the brunt of the parking is in the rear. I don't recall seeing an illuminated "open" sigh so it didn't look like it was open. Start with the positive - the inside decor is nice and updated. A- Now the bad - Service was horrendous and there were only 3 other tables with a couple and a single person there. It took 45 minutes for a small pizza and chicken parm sub to come out after two other tables who arrived 25 minutes after us got their food. When I inquired where our food was, she said they had a lot of pizza orders. I explained to her that the other two tables who arrived 25 minutes after us after us had received their food, she then said we are waiting on the sandwich and the pointed to the pizza that was ready. They delivered our fries to a table who hadn't even ordered. -Food equally horrendous as the service. F Chicken parm was from frozen chicken. Dense meat. Breading was falling off. Sauce lacked flavor and the roll was a stale supermarket roll. Pizza soggy in the middle. It was slop. Crust was the only good part. So originally this place was a pizza place, which was really good back in the day and now you got taken over and the name changed to Cape Flats. So this place has been renovated in the dining area and since their new pizza is a flat style pizza, I had to go see what it was about. The crust, the thin crispy we're just enough cheese and tomato sauce on the pizza though I would add a little more cheese and touch more pizza sauce to their pizzas I found myself eating almost half the pizza, but it didn't give me that greasy stuffed feeling that you get with other thicker oily greasy cheese pizzas as far as the other food I haven't tried it yet but as far as the pizza goes, it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area read more

Called in 2 pizzas the order process was smooth and the team was very polite. Pizzas were on time and still hot and ready per the estimated delivery time. This is truly very thin crust pizza. The sauce was not my favorite but the crust was fairly tasty. The pizza sauce is so important to me so that said it was very average. The pizza is well prepared and the restaurant was spotless. Overall value was fair at best as the pizza is so thin it wasn't super filling. I am not sure we will try Cape Flats again but it is not an indictment of the business it is all about preference. We have struggled to find great pizza on the Cape but will continue the quest. read more

This is the BEST Pizza I've had on the Cape!! We had The Stingray it was delicious. Terrific pizza and great salads. We were huge fans of Evan's and it's nice to see the tradition of good food in this location continue.

We had just bought our house in Yarmouth Port last fall when we stopped in at Cape Flats (under a different name at the time) and met the owner, who was literally in the process of taking measurements for a complete overhaul of the business. He relaunched earlier this year as Cape Flats, and we've been back several times now because the place is outstanding. The flatbread pizzas are creative and delicious. (The Ocean's Harvest is our favorite.) They also have a great little bar with several local beers on tap. Wishing them all the best, because he's clearly put his heart into reimagining this place and it shows. read more
