When you ask, Just ask the price on the Internet one price for a car, But in fact another, that is, they are really scammers, I would not advise you to waste your time and go to these guys. They are just liars. They will deceive you, so I don't recommend it.

Until you sit down, they give this whole spiel on how they make a little money on initial sales, and really only profit with referrals and repeat customers. And they're giving the best deal possible. when you finally look at the numbers, it's ludicrous what they're trying to do. I saw a car online for $29,000. But somehow with their magic with numbers, my finance went to $47,000. And I would have to give a down payment of $2200. I sat there and watched the guy constantly change the numbers and bring different sheets of paper with new quotes that only made the other ones look more criminal. And I sat there asking myself how can another person do this to someone. Ultimately, I wasted five hours there, but thankfully I was smart enough to phone A friend that owns a car dealership sent him the paperwork and he explained to me the people there should be arrested and the business shut down. If you don't believe me, look at the photos for yourself. Notice the price they had online and notice the multiple quotes and shenanigans they gave me. It's also worth noting that my trade-in is valued at 18K carmax so yes it does carry negative equity of -6k But even if you add 6K to 29K that's only 35k at most. Then with the loan aspect, you're looking at around 41k to 43k. AT MOST WITH NO DOWN PAY!!! Yet somehow they blew past that. Plus I still had to give a down payment of $2200 minimum. To top it off, they told me to park in an area that had a no parking sign and I ended up getting a ticket. And they said they would only cover the ticket if I got a car. This place should be burned.....

(1 Star) I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment with Jasmine Henderson after discussing two specific vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. Prior to my visit, she provided the Carfax reports and confirmed that both vehicles were available. Based on that information, I made the 45-minute drive from the Bronx to Long Island, paying for gas and tolls along the way. Upon arriving, instead of being shown the vehicles I came to see, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a credit application. I explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicles first before discussing financing or submitting any personal information. Rather than honoring that reasonable request, the staff attempted to redirect me toward two completely different vehicles that I had never inquired about and had no interest in purchasing. After standing firm and again requesting to see the vehicles I had specifically made the appointment for, I was eventually informed that neither vehicle was actually ready for sale. Had I been told this before making the trip, I would not have wasted my time, gas, tolls, or nearly an hour of travel. Confirming that vehicles are available, scheduling an appointment, and then revealing upon arrival that the vehicles cannot be shown is unprofessional and misleading. The continued pressure to complete a credit application before even viewing the advertised vehicles only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way.

I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. When I brought it there at the agreed upon date it took them 3 days to even look at it because they were too busy. 2 weeks later, the parts are in but they are still too busy to fix it. They are "hoping" it will be done by the end of the week, but since it's such a big job to fix, it's doubtful. They wouldn't give me a loaner car because I didn't purchase it there. I assume that's also why other cars are getting fixed before mine. It's my second Tahoe with AC issues so needless to say after spending 100k on the car I wouldn't expect this. I will NEVER bring my car there again and will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to anyone.

No beating around the bush or changing things on you. After we agreed upon a price and trim level, Rob ordered it for me and we picked up our new vehicle. It's very nice and I thought he did the best he could on the price, we were very happy with Rob and even Tom the Sales Manager. That being said, my only gripe was the finance department. We got another gentleman, also named Tom. While signing the paperwork I explained to Tom that the price was different than what I was quoted by Rob, all in. He glossed over it and explained there was a delivery fee, however that was already built in to the price. I realized after taking the car that the fee was doubled up on to the tune of around $1,100 or so. After numerous calls to Tom, the finance guy, he finally sent a payment to my bank to remove the incorrect overcharge. Mind you, I had to get Rob and the Sales Manager involved for this to be remedied. I was not pleased with this portion of the transaction, but the sales part was great. Rob A. Got me everything he promised and kept his word. Just keep an eye on the final price and what the finance team puts on your paperwork. A mistake or oversight, whatever it was, it was extremely frustrating and I probably paid a little out in interest on his wrong final price during financing.

BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS SCAM!…read more My coworker was interested in buying a 2016 Audi A6 with 29,000 miles at NYC Motorcars. The website had the vehicle priced at $23,500. He jumped on it immediately. When he went to the dealership, he was slapped with approximately $8000 worth of fees! $2000 of those fees were for a "down payment"; FIRST RED FLAG! The down payment is usually subtracted from the balance NOT added on top of the listed price. $2500 was for a MANDATORY warranty. Warranties on a vehicle, especially an used car, are optional; SECOND RED FLAG. $2000 for a vehicle prep fee. They were charging HIM $2000 to vacuum and wash the exterior of the car; THIRD RED FLAG. The last $1,500 was a variety of fees including documentation fees, dealership fees etc.; FOURTH RED FLAG. When questioned about the fees the sale rep became very irate and told him that he will no longer help him. Please save yourself the time, money and frustration. I'm not sure how this is legal but this place needs to be shut down. This place deserves ZERO stars.

I was given VERBAL confirmation that the vehicle is on the lot. Upon arrival I didn't see the vehicle on the lot & was told that they have a "storage" place where they keep other vehicles. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was then told that the car was "sold" and that they apologized for the miscommunication. I feel like they tried a "bait and switch" technique, where a location lures a customer into the location by stating that they have the car there, & switching them into purchasing another vehicle. After negotiation & potentially switching into another vehicle, I was also told by a representative that their lifetime power train warranty was MANDATORY for me to take, and that it comes with every vehicle. I asked him if it's MANDATORY to take and he stated that it was. I then asked to speak to the sales manager who COMPLETELY BRUSHED off the fact that his representative are forcing customers to take warranty that's proclaimed OPTIONAL. The sales manager explained that it is in fact OPTIONAL. Once I brought up that I was feeling like they tried to bait and switch me, the sales manager completely dismissed me and told me that I don't have to buy the car and rushed me out. The representative was a heavier, short, Indian looking guy. The sales manager was slim, taller, a bit bald and wore jewelry.. (multiple bracelets and rings). I called to ask for their names and it wasn't given to me. Again, HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! Utterly disgusted by this service. I work in service myself and believe in leaving good reviews because I know how much it can help a service, however, driving 2 hours for a vehicle that's not there and trying to bait and switch me is very unprofessional! Looking forward to speaking to CEO real soon...

I returned the third day having obtained insurance and other records. When I arrived the female manager told me they were "giving" me the extended warranty. When I read the contracts there was a line item for $2,000 for the extended warranty and the price of the vehicle was now $10,800 making my $7,995 car $12,800. I said "who asked for the extended warranty?" She told me "The finance company requires it because it's an older vehicle, and they find that when people are paying for repairs, they don't make payments" I said "Ok that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, but let's table that for the moment, let's move to the price". They looked confused, they said "the price was $11,500 we knocked it down to $10,800 for you" They showed me on online listing for $11,500. I pointed to the salesman who I had seen 2 days earlier and confirmed the price with and he looked like a deer in the headlights and kept his head down mostly. I went outside to clear my head. I went into my email and found the actual listing for $7995. Then I called the finance company who told me that they would not require someone to purchase an extended warranty. I put the finance company on speakerphone and went back into the dealership. "The manager went into the bosses glass walled office for 2 seconds and came back out and said to me "Oh, you're right they don't require the extended warranty on THAT vehicle". I said "no, no.... They don't require it on ANY vehicle so let's not do that". Then I pulled up the actual listing on my phone for $7,995 and presented that. I really needed the vehicle or else I would have just walked out in the first 2 minutes. Finally, they removed the $2000 extended warranty and changed the price back to $7,995. I'd say if you wanna buy a car here, just be careful and don't let them bully you. If you want to buy a car there, let me know and I'll go with you. This place is why car lots will soon be a thing of the past and online models like Carvana, and Carmax, along with independent car brokers will be the norm sooner rather than later. One star here is ok, because I do like the car. The front headlight is out which they offered to fix, but, how do you sell a car with a headlight out ? Whacky stuff. At the end of the day I got what I wanted. Here's the thing though, which they will never understand unfortunately, I brought someone with me that day, who is looking to purchase a used car for their 16 year old son. When we walked in, he picked up a business card, when All this was going down, he put the business card back!! See, if you just operate honestly, your business will grow, when you don't, it shrinks... that's just the facts. They effectively turned 2 repeat customers into 0 repeat customers in one hour. I hope someone there learns this lesson at some point. Also, if you just put the price of the car on the vehicle while it's on the lot... but they don't so they can manipulate the price whenever they feel like it.

Used cars can feel overwhelming with all the different mileage, history, condition, pricing, and versions out there, and I never felt confident that I knew if I was making the right decision. D&P was recommended to me because of their excellent reputation in the community, and they completely lived up to it. Phil, Nick, and Terry were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot to me. They clearly take pride in the cars they sell and go above and beyond in getting them ready for their customers. Their warranty also gave me extra peace of mind. Roberta was very helpful with financing options and made that part of the process much easier too. What I like most is that I can tell them my budget and what I need, and trust them to help me find the right fit. I'm not a person who wants to compare every detail of every car -- I just want the best quality for my money -- and that's exactly why I keep going back. Family-owned, trustworthy, and professional.
