    Iced honey lavender latte
    Angelina C.

Excellent service from the barista, and the coffee is really good. I had an iced lavender honey latte and when you use any Capitol One card it's 50% off! In this economy I'm taking advantage. The trippy thing is it's a bank with no bankers. Or maybe it's a bank branded coffee shop collab with Verve coffee, which is cool but also kind of a weird vibe tbh. And they have bankers hours so if you want to just hang out like you normally do at every other coffee shop then you'll have to do it before 6pm.

I have been a Capital One card holder/member for almost 3 decades. I have never had a bad experience whether I had a question regarding my account, cashing checks, deposits, using their ATM services or any other financial needs that I had/have. Today, around 3:15 pm, I walked into this beautiful institution to make a payment in person. The guy at the teller stand was cordial, prompt, helpful and professional. Since it was a pretty hot day, I decided to get myself a cold Iced Coffee with Oat milk and a snack. Keep in mind, if you are a Capital Card member, your coffee/snacks is half off. That's Great!! It is in the heart of Hollywood that I love and adore so much. The guy who rang me up at Verve Coffee Roasters was also quick, friendly with a nice smile. Outside parking, restrooms, and both the bank, and the coffee shop was nice and clean. What more can one ask for?? Killing 2 birds with one stone! What's in your wallet? At the moment nothing.

I came here a few days ago when I was in the area and needed some caffeine badly! I love the Capital One Cafes because they offer a lovely ambiance and have consistently great customer service, from the ambassadors to the baristas! Their coffee is also top notch and they are always offering fun seasonal drinks! Also, if you have a capital one card, you get your drink half off! Also, they occasionally offer free drink coupons on their social media pages! When I arrived, I was greeted by the ambassador and headed to order my beloved seasonal chocolate covered cherry mocha drink with oat milk. I had just gotten a new card sent to me and thought it had activated in the app, but unfortunately it declined. The barista was so nice and accommodating and offered it to me on the house, while I headed over to an ambassador to help me get it sorted out. The lovely ambassador who greeted me earlier was so kind to assist me and guided me through the activation process, even showing me how to use it in their ATM to ensure it was indeed activated! She also told me about the financial programs they're offering on Thursdays! By the time she was finished helping me, my drink was ready! I grabbed my drink and headed to one of the comfy chairs! I relaxed and enjoyed the indulgent mocha drink which was so well balanced and perfectly frothed and creamy. It really invigorated me and made me feel great the rest of the day. I highly recommend this drink while it's being offered and wish it would become a regular staple! I also was surprised there was ample seating on a weekday morning, as it's located in the heart of one of the busiest, most touristy parts of LA! They do validate parking for about $3 but I street parked a few blocks away, as there was lots of parking in the surrounding neighborhood. I will be back soon!

Chapter One Café is one of my favorite spots when I need a comfortable place to work or catch up with friends in Hollywood. The space is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for getting some work done without feeling rushed. The service is always excellent, and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back. While the coffee isn't the best I've ever had, it's still enjoyable and gets the job done. They also offer great perks for cardholders, and even if you're not one, they frequently have promotions and deals available for everyone. Overall, it's a reliable café with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and good drinks. Definitely a solid go-to spot.

If you have a Capital One card, don't sleep on this. The cafe is by Verve and serves excellent espresso drinks and with your Capital One card it's half off. So less than $4 for a latte! Glad to have this nearby!

While the experience is good and coffee great too, the guy behind the counter did not want me to take pictures. So just that alone dropped my rating. But it is nice in here and comfortable. There is no sign anywhere that says pictures are not allowed.

It was my first time coming to this location! The customer service was great and fast. There was a lot of people working there and they have private rooms you can work in which I love. U got the Smores Iced Latte and my friend for a Strawberry Matcha Latte, they use Verve Coffee which I love. It's pretty spacious in there! If you are a Capital One Holder you get discounts.

I'm a long time Capital One card and account holder. This was the first time I've ever been to a cafe (internet was out at my place). I was blown away! It's clean, quiet and they have a full staff there to greet you. They even gave me free lunch for some promo they were doing. Can't beat half off drinks for account holders as well. This is better than any Wework I've been to. Worked here all day and will definitely be back.

This is a very laid back and approachable coffee shop. If you have any Capital one credit card you get the coffee beverages for half the price. Great Deal! Although the coffee is just average. The food as well. The avocado toast I ordered looked very fancy, but the bread was not very high quality. The chocolate croissant was stale and chocolate of no good quality. They drizzled cheap chocolate syrup on top. Location is great!

If you're a Capital One customer who occasionally needs basic banking services and enjoys a modern coffee shop atmosphere, this cafe might be worth a try. The concept seems to cater to both coffee shop goers and Capital One customers, but it might not fully satisfy either. Coffee enthusiasts might find the limited selection uninspiring, while those needing extensive banking services might find it restricted. So if you're looking for a wider coffee selection, extensive food options, or a purely social coffee shop experience, you might be better suited to a traditional cafe.

The vibes were immaculate- cozy, relaxed and the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. There was even a woman with two dogs and she had brought their little beds for them! We kept it simple with an Ube latte for me and a sunset punch for my partner. The latte was perfect and not that horrific sweetness that tends to be the hallmark of most places these days and the lemonade was fresh and perfect for a lightly sunny drive over to the West Side. I knew I had to have the English muffin from the moment I saw it. We requested it simply toasted with butter and jam and shared each half. I wish I had a dog to sit and enjoy my time there as they offered free drip coffee refills. Maybe that's where I'll be later this week as I'm definitely coming back, and soon!

The cortado was solid, though not one of the stronger ones I've had. Presentation and latte art were decent, but there were some visible micro bubbles and the surface had a noticeable two-tone appearance rather than a fully integrated, glossy texture. The drink was also served hotter than a cortado should be, which made it difficult to pick up the coffee's character at first. As it cooled, some pleasant citrus notes started to come through and the drink became more enjoyable. Overall, a solid coffee shop with great atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience, but I think better milk integration and a more appropriate serving temperature would have elevated the cortado quite a bit.

I understand that condensed milk is a defining ingredient in Vietnamese coffee, and it's something I usually enjoy. However, I found both drinks noticeably sweeter than I prefer. I don't mind sweetness, but these leaned a bit too heavily in that direction for me, which ended up masking some of the coffee's flavor. That said, the café is located in a pleasant neighborhood and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's a comfortable spot to relax, meet friends, or work. While the coffee wasn't particularly memorable for me, the overall vibe of the place is definitely a plus.

I'm over a year into being a regular here and I still haven't found a place near me thats better for what I need for the early morning work sessions. The coffee is great!. I rotate between their drip coffee (which changes regularly) and their house-made almond and macadamia milk latte, which is one of my favorite lattes Ive had in LA. That house milk blend is the move. I also love their food and their chef and kitchen staff is exceptional at that they do. Their simple bean and cheese burrito is a staple, but the egg, bean and cheese burrito with tater tots is also something I like to get from time to time. They all are served with house made salsas, that I wish I knew the recipe to.
