Ambiance: it's a cozy coffee shop located on Fairfax Ave, they share the garage for retail parking with other merchants in the same establishment, the music is loud inside, and they have outdoor seating Service: friendly and efficiently, you place the order at the counter and grab the drink at the other side when it's ready Drink: standard commissary menu, generally solid quality Vanilla Latte - **** creamy and tasty Gibraltar - *** the base was very sour Price: reasonable prices for this area, each drink costs around $6

he kind of place you wander into on a hazy weekday morning, just trying to feel human again before the city wakes up and demands something from you. It's cozy without being precious, wedged between a bagel joint and the usual Fairfax noise. You order at the counter, grab your drink from the side like you've done it a dozen times before--even if it's your first time, the rhythm just makes sense. The staff keeps it friendly, efficient, like they've figured out how to care without making a scene about it. The coffee? Solid--no frills, no art-school foam sculptures, just caffeinated fuel. If you come during the week, there's a food truck out front slinging bites that make you think twice about going anywhere else. In a city obsessed with reinvention, this place stays in its lane--and that's the best kind of defiance.

First time trying this place and it was great. We were at a pop up near by and we needed a pick me up. I got a vanilla iced latte and my friend a matcha latte and they were both So good! The ladies working were very kind and provided amazing customer service. The ambience is chill and it looks like a great place to relax and work from as well. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more coffee items and the food too.

Loved it! Randomly popped in on a Tuesday. Matcha Latte w Rose syrup...amazing! I like it just as much, if not more than lavender matchas. Kid loved the hot chocolate and avocado toast. I tried the one of the burritos (without the that's why you have to use it.Which one of habañero) and enjoyed it as well. Solid choice

FAV COFFEE EVER!! I come here before work most mornings and love starting the day here. Such friendly baristas that make my coffee with love every morning! Very inviting atmosphere to come and work or read a book!

Great breakfast burritos from the food truck outside. The food truck is only around on certain days so just be mindful of that. I got the veggie burrito which had super crispy potatoes and slightly runny sunny side up eggs. Super good & great with a side of hot sauce.

Came here Saturday morning and saw breakfast food truck right outside, part of Coffee Commissary. Their drinks and pastries are a tad overpriced but otherwise, solid spot. They have some interesting options on the menu such as orange creamsicle drink. The place is kept clean and several seats, reminiscent of an old school classroom with those chairs.

Just found this place across from Cedars at the corner of the Beverly Center. I am already obsessed with the angelino breakfast burrito. They grill the cheese on the outside which gives the burrito and interesting crunch along with the delicious spicy habanero sauce. I have already turned my coworkers on to this and have told others already to check this place out.

The spot is beautiful with inside and outside seating. The service was great and my Vanilla latte was delicious. I look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.

Good coffee, good baked goods. My iced Americano was nice and the onion scone was wonderfully soft and fresh. The patio seating is lovely except you have to listen to the traffic noise. It is what it is. Parking is still rough but the street and neighborhood parking seems to turnover fairly quickly.

Cute place to grab a beverage or a snack. We all just had drinks today. All good. The service was lovely. It's a nice roomy place with a sweet chill patio. I loved my matcha latte made with care and quite the barista flair!

This place has been such a staple in hollywood and it's always good. I love that they change the menu to try new things but also keep some of the old goodies. Today i tried the new broccoli dish and the steak frites with salad . So so so good!! Sauce on the steak was fantastic. The fries were excellent . I'm not a French fry person (i don't order because i try to stay away from fried food) and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - seasoned perfectly and pairs well with the aioli sauce. The eggs and morning plates are some of my favorite things here for breakfast and i love their croissants and cookies!! The chicken Caesar wrap is a huge hit and i know the Gen Z's love this according to my younger sister lol. I feel like you can't go wrong here, always something for everyone. We've brought friends and family here over the years and we'll always continue to do so. The service is also super friendly . I love that they expanded to the side walk because the wait times used to be even crazier when it was just the patio . I remember sooo well. Love the expansion. I know there's more changes and new things to come as time progresses and we'll be here to see it :)

Im big breakfast burrito girlie and heard about the famous dialogue breakfast burrito. However, being that I'm not a huge fan of sausage, I went with their brisket verde burrito (excellent swap). If you're not a bacon and sausage person like myself, you must try the brisket breakfast burrito here. Excellent!!! Topped it with the honey sage cloud match (very good). Made with A2 milk. Love the hint of sage note. Definitely a come back spot for sure. Bringing my other pup along the next time.

This point is key as this neighborhood can be tricky to park in during peak business hours even though there are several metered spots available in front of the shop and on surrounding streets. I recently visited on a Friday morning and found nearby parking within walking distance, and you could also park at the nearby library and walk if the cafe if circling around for a spot is getting you nowhere. Now, on to the cafe itself! Verve offers a variety of drinks along with pastries for sale, and they even hosted a cookbook popup during my recent visit. I usually get espresso-based drinks or their cold brew, and I've never been disappointed by the drink quality or the time it takes to prepare my beverages. There's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and I could see why this would be a popular spot for reading or getting work on your laptop done.

Unfortunately, Community Goods is worth the hype and I will be coming back and waiting in line haha…read more I went for the first time a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning around 9:30am and waited 1.5 hours. The line is not for the faint of heart. I tried their matcha einspanner, breakfast sliders, and pistachio toast and all three were AMAZING. - Matcha Einspanner: One of the best matchas I've ever had! The matcha is so well balanced - you can actually taste the matcha, not too sweet, and creamy too. They also sprinkle sea salt on top which helps enhance the matcha flavor. My only complaint is that I wish the cup was bigger. - Breakfast Sliders: I wasn't expecting much from the sliders, but everyone always hypes up their slides, so I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The egg is so fluffy and the sauces that come with it are so delicious, especially their hot sauced. I added bacon and avocado too and it was great. - Pistachio Toast: I feel like their pistachio toast is not talked about enough. It was so yummy and satisfying that I wish I could get another one. The toast is hearty and the pistachio spread with sea salt, olive oil, and olive oil is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about their toast. Although it is quite pricey, I think the taste and quality justify the price. The interior is small and there's about 6 tables outside which is pretty crowded so you might have to take it elsewhere to enjoy.
