I got the iced matcha (with no milk and 50% sweet). I thought it was perfect. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. The inside was spacious, clean and cool. Service was fine. I recommend stepping in if you need to take a break from the heat and the throngs of people outside milling around Hollywood Blvd.

We sat for the Pride parade in front of this coffee shop. We scored! Great coffee, treats , and clean bathroom. Customer service was excellent, especially how busy it was. They all had smiles on their faces and greeted us kindly. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again when in the area. 6/12/25

My experience here was pretty bad!! I did not expect for the barista to grab his hair with hands and make other adjustments without even heading to the sink to wash his hands!! You're preparing food!!! Wash your hands, especially after rubbing your hands thru your hair!! Either you don't care, or your employees need a visit from the local health department! You need to train your employees on handling food!!!

Parking in this area is tough. Metered parking. The Swiss and ham croissant is a no. It was hard and cold and not worth the price. The coffee was good. A bit expensive for the size. Great area to people watch.

Terrible experience on my first visit. I had high expectations for this coffee shop, but it was a complete disappointment. My iced Americano was dull and weak so much so that I ended up going to Starbucks afterward just to get a proper one that actually hit the spot. The worst part, though, was the ham and cheese sandwich. It was served cold, and no one even offered to heat it up. I took one bite and instantly regretted it. I asked if it could be warmed, but was told no since I had already taken a bite which is understandable, but honestly, it should've been served warm in the first place. To make things worse, it was clearly a leftover from the day before. At 7 a.m., it's pretty obvious when something isn't fresh. I did get a refund, which I appreciate, but I definitely won't be back.

Coffee taste great It's on a busy corner but plenty of seating on a Saturday afternoon. The ambiance is nice and quiet inside. But if you like to sit outside and people watch. There's a nice covered view to the Hollywood strip

Was around the Hollywood area and wanted to try a new coffee place! The coffee shop is super nice, has a lot of outlets. Definitely peaceful enough to get work done! The service was great, the baristas were super helpful and attentive. I had told them how I love a sweet coffee and they had recommended me Avena iced coffee. I think the coffee was decent... for all ingredients the coffee brought it wasn't as unique as I thought it would have been. I would say this place got stars for how welcoming the baristas were, unfortunately I wasn't fully sold on this coffee /:

It's all in the name... Intelligentsia Is it Italian, is it a status, is it something to strive for?!? The shop is sleek and modern in a place where nothing else is. Smack dab in the center of gritty Hollywood Blvd. is Intelligentsia and I had to think "what Dummy put this nice place here?' None the less I needed a bathroom break and a coffee shop seemed like a perfect respite. Upon asking, the bathroom lock code was expertly whispered. I found the restrooms just like the lobby sleek modern and very clean. The cursory purchase was a smart soda of some sort I chose lemon lime. The can promised it was not only wholesome but beneficial to my well-being. My cash was declined so a credit card it was for a simple can of soda. The soda was $5 bucks. So who's not so Intelligentsia now. I decided to sit and enjoy said well-being soda and a request for the Wifi pass word was expertly whispered. As I was leaving I noticed no garbage cans anywhere so I just set my empty can on the counter by the door. My takeaway was no cash and no trash.

Great environment with lots of big windows. Service was super fast. Got one of their specialty drinks, but when they handed it to me, it was not filled to the top. Seemed like it was missing 1/4 of the drink. Tasted nice and refreshing.

Good coffee with friendly staff. Water was available at a self-serve while waiting which really came in handy with it being very warm outside while walking up and down the strip.

Intelligentsia Coffee was a lovely reprieve from the chaos of the Hollywood strip. They had a nice balance of "trendy" coffee drinks on their menu as well as the classics. I tried an espresso tonic, which almost felt like I was drinking a cocktail with the additional of the orange bitters, but was still quite good. Seems like a very solid coffee shop in this part of LA

I've been using Intelligentsia black cat espresso at home for a while now so I was really excited to try a latte from their own coffee shop. The coffee shop was clean and very open, definitely a lot of space to work or hangout. They have a lot of merch too, so you can bring home coffee or espresso beans (I recommend it!). The two baristas were friendly and I ordered the avena latte. It was delicious! Definitely worth giving a try.

Staff very rude, half full cup of sour coffee, you are better off at Dunkin Donuts. The guy with glasses cused me out from behind the counter after left our drinks behind stuff at the end of the counter for 10 min.

The vibes were immaculate- cozy, relaxed and the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. There was even a woman with two dogs and she had brought their little beds for them! We kept it simple with an Ube latte for me and a sunset punch for my partner. The latte was perfect and not that horrific sweetness that tends to be the hallmark of most places these days and the lemonade was fresh and perfect for a lightly sunny drive over to the West Side. I knew I had to have the English muffin from the moment I saw it. We requested it simply toasted with butter and jam and shared each half. I wish I had a dog to sit and enjoy my time there as they offered free drip coffee refills. Maybe that's where I'll be later this week as I'm definitely coming back, and soon!

The cortado was solid, though not one of the stronger ones I've had. Presentation and latte art were decent, but there were some visible micro bubbles and the surface had a noticeable two-tone appearance rather than a fully integrated, glossy texture. The drink was also served hotter than a cortado should be, which made it difficult to pick up the coffee's character at first. As it cooled, some pleasant citrus notes started to come through and the drink became more enjoyable. Overall, a solid coffee shop with great atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience, but I think better milk integration and a more appropriate serving temperature would have elevated the cortado quite a bit.

The star of the show was definitely the food. I ordered the mushroom scramble and OMG, a pile of perfectly fluffy eggs with spinach and mushrooms. The green juice was also delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. I would honestly come back for that alone. Overall, such a hidden gem tucked away in the corner of Sunset. A crispy shell housing so many layers of chewy croissant-like dough. The Raspberry Fairy is light and lovely, and I enjoyed the muffins and a cookie as well. We came in after lunch looking for a sweet treat and ordered a variety of things. Across the board everything was just okay. The coconut cakes weren't fresh and had already started to dry out, which for a dessert spot is a hard thing to overlook. But the food was the least of our issues -- the customer service is where things really went sideways, twice. First, my friend ordered a chrysanthemum drink only to be told they were out, something that wasn't noted anywhere on the kiosk. The worker pointed her toward the fridge with zero additional instruction. Naturally she picked a drink and opened it, as anyone would. A few moments later the same worker comes over, asks for the bottle, grunts, sighs, and says "did you open this?" When we said yes he shook his head, muttered that she wasn't supposed to, and walked away. No explanation, no apology -- just attitude. He came back, poured it into another cup with ice, and that was that. The second incident was equally frustrating. After I ordered and paid for the Mango Slush Coconut Milk, he came back to tell me they were out of coconut milk and asked if I'd be okay with regular milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I said no and asked him to show me my options. He walked away without a word, disappeared into the back, and then came out telling me my drink was ready. I double checked that it was coconut milk and not regular -- he confirmed and walked off. The drink tasted off though, noticeably more mango heavy than coconut milk forward, which made me wonder about the ratios. And what was strange is that after being told there was no coconut milk, it somehow reappeared. Make it make sense. The concept here has real potential and I hope they find their footing, but between the mediocre food and the communication issues, I won't be making a return visit anytime soon.

Got Get Em has become my go-to spot for getting work done, taking coffee meetings, and honestly just starting the day at this point many morning out of the week. The staff is friendly and when I go early in the morning the vibe is calm enough to focus but alive enough to feel energized. I'm over a year into being a regular here and I still haven't found a place near me thats better for what I need for the early morning work sessions. The coffee is great!. I rotate between their drip coffee (which changes regularly) and their house-made almond and macadamia milk latte, which is one of my favorite lattes Ive had in LA. That house milk blend is the move. I also love their food and their chef and kitchen staff is exceptional at that they do. Their simple bean and cheese burrito is a staple, but the egg, bean and cheese burrito with tater tots is also something I like to get from time to time. They all are served with house made salsas, that I wish I knew the recipe to. I do occasionally order the everything bagel with cream cheese and heirloom tomato, which is delicious, but $7 for half a bagel is a little steep. Overall this is a gem of a neighborhood spot that I'd recommend to absolutely anyone, whether you live in Los Feliz or just need a reliable work café, or just want a really great cup of coffee with food that actually excites you. Who it's for: early risers, remote workers, coffee connoisseurs , and anyone who appreciates a spot that becomes part of their routine.
