Stopped by the shopping center on a Thursday evening and noticed this café was running a $3.60 latte promotion every Thursday from 3 p.m. until closing (through Sept. 3). I asked if I needed to pay with a Capital One card to get the deal, and the staff told me no. I ordered an original latte, and it was smooth and tasted great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Besides coffee, they also offer a nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, and salads, so it's a good spot whether you're looking for a quick drink or a light meal.
The closest parking to this mall cafe is the Winchester Parking Garage. I visited on Sunday morning and took advantage of the half off discount for cardholders. The place wasn't busy, and there was ample seating available, with outlets near some of the tables and workspaces and simple charming decor making it feel like half cafe half bank. Ordered an iced mocha and breakfast sandwich with egg, cheddar, and turkey sausage on a croissant bun, no spicy mayo or mustard. The wait was about 5 minites for the iced beverage, and a few minutes more for the sandwich. Service was standard and sufficient at the counter. They serve verve coffee here, and my drink was made well with pretty good flavor. The breakfast sandwich was presented nicely, with generous layers of ingredients in the buttery toasted croissant. Nothing too special about this, but I enjoyed the combination of savory sausage, scrambled egg patty, melted cheese, and colorful arugula.
When I saw they serve verve coffee I came straight in. I had the mocha with oatmilk and it was delicious. I literally just swallowed the whole drink in less than five minutes. Service was quick and easy. If you have a capitol one card and a discover card you get 50% off your drink. It's very chic and cozy. Lots of room to hangout, do some homework, work on your laptop or simply to unwind. They have a few people working so if you have questions referencing your account you can ask. I'll be back when I'm in the mall again.
A great cafe for card holders because you'll get 50% off your beverage! Otherwise it's quite expensive for just one drink. They have limited seasonal offerings which is fun like gingersnap latte, but they also have their regular menu items like their signature honey lavender latte. I ordered their matcha latte and added honey lavender syrup for a little kick. I can definitely taste the honey and lavender, but either it was too sweet or the flavors were too strong so I wouldn't order it again. The matcha itself was surprisingly pleasant. I'd order it again without the added syrup next time! The cafe is very spacious with a lot of seating and drinks took only a few minutes. It's a nice quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the mall.
I come in today for the MLB Monday Special and got a Blueberry Ube Latte. It was extremely delicious and the staff were extremely kind even with the long line out the door. Shoutout to Roxanne who was welcoming the customers and explaining all the drinks. It was great to be greeted with a smile and definitely helped the line move smoother! PLEASE Tip your baristas they are working very hard! It was very clean as well and good study areas but Monday might be a hard day to get a spot!

I got my iced mocha completely free :) Service is very quick and they are open late until 9pm. So many drink choices. They do run out of matcha later in the night though.
I like that Capital One has a café. They used to partner with Peet's Coffee, but now it's Verve? I personally liked Peet's better because they used to have kombucha on tap (not sure if it was from Peet's directly or something special they offered). Today was my first time trying Verve. I got their lemonade on tap ( they call it "Tractor") and added honey lavender syrup. It sounded so good, but unfortunately the lavender flavor wasn't very strong. I even asked for extra syrup on the side. The syrup itself smelled very lavender-y, but once mixed into the lemonade, the flavor just didn't come through enough. Even though the lavender taste was subtle, the drink was still good and refreshing. I'd definitely try another drink next time. One great perk: having a Capital One card gives you 50% off, which is amazing. The service was very, very nice. The cashier was polite and patient with me even though I didn't know what to order at first. When I told him my drink idea, he even said it sounded good and got excited with me! When I asked for extra syrup, he was super kind and helpful. Such great customer service! The place at first glance the ambiance similar to any other coffee shop but they also have ATM machine for capital one bank and also capital one staff to assist you. They gave out free travel tag today. It was very nice. I really wish there were more Capital One Cafés especially in the North Bay.
I got a free coupon to try out the Verve coffee, this place gave me a very good first impression. The people here is very friendly, and the experience was really nice overall. It is very convenience to come here for a coffee, to work, or to do both at the same time. This was my first time visit, and I was impressed by how welcoming everyone were and how good the coffee taste. The environment is comfortable and good for working. It can be a little bit noisy if you need to do conference meeting, but for normal work and coffee, it is still a great place.

For the summer they have free drinks for MLB Mondays, you don't need a card or account with Capital One for it either! (I don't) If you do happen to have a card with them you get half off of drinks and snacks in the cafe any day! The matcha is good and they have regularly new seasonal flavors! I loved the cherry one when they had that one! It's always clean and has lots of places to sit. Probably one of the best cafes in the mall with inexpensive drinks and nice staff! Was browsing around Valley Fair and wanted a quick drink when I stumbled upon the Capital One Cafe. I never really thought much of it before, but since I have their card, all drinks are 50% off. Decided to give it a try, and honestly it was not bad at all for the price. Each drink came out to under $4. I got their signature honey lavender latte and a matcha latte. The coffee was solid, and while the matcha was not the best, I have definitely had worse. It is also a pretty spacious cafe if you need a place to work or just relax.

But Capital One also do sometimes promos where they give you free coffee card, which is also a good way of trying this place out!

Some of the baked goods and food are a bit on the pricy side otherwise. The cafe has a nice quiet vibe so it's a great place to study or just chill.
Always worth it with a capital one card. Can't beat 50% off drinks when a drink is basically 8 dollars minimum when you include taxes. I usually get their seasonal drinks which is their strawberry foam matcha. It's a hit or miss, depending on the barista, but they're usually kind and though it wasn't at this one, one I visited in Minneapolis made me a couple of them to get it to the right taste which she did for fun since it was the end of the day but it was a very sweet gesture! Like all capital one cafes, it's a chic co-working space.

Capital one cardholders get 50% off handcrafted bevvies. Attentive service. This is inside the mall so plan for parking Spacious! Plus you can book a tiny office for meetings but it was under renovation when I went. The drink: it was ok. I appreciate that they had alternative lactose free milks :) read more

Cute cafe inside the Valley Fair mall. Even better of you have a Capital One card. 60% off drinks is a sweet perk. I had their Ethiopinan pour over coffee. It was tasty though a bit different in taste than what Im used to. Little bit more bitter but not strong. $3.25 for a medium after the discount. Would love to go again and try their other varieties. When coming to Valley Fair, my mom and I like to stop by the cafe first so that we have a drink in hand to sip as we stroll throughout the mall. We ordered from their seasonal drink menu - S'mores Shakerato ($6.75) and a Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha ($7.25). Both drinks come iced and are refreshing on a hot day. The s'mores drink is on the sweeter side and tastes like a chocolate milk topped with marshmallows. The strawberry matcha was very smooth and not too sweet - I would order this drink again. Service was friendly. The barista greeted us upon entering and took our order with a smile. Parking is plentiful and the first 2 hours are $FREE.99. read more
The drinks remind me of Starbucks with maybe less espresso. The S'mores Shakerato drink was chocolate syrup with marshmallows on top - obviously very sweet, nothing subtle here. Wouldn't come here for the quality of coffee, but it a nice place for a sit down or breather from shopping. The location is clean and modern looking with lots of CO branding. Service was nice and fast for a packed day. It's located in a very busy mall where parking is typically a challenge, but free for the first two hours. There is no outdoor space. read more

Great place to go for a pick me up! I like going on Mondays because Capital One is running a promo throughout the MLB season for a free drink every monday. The cold foam strawberry matcha is my go-to and I highly recommend! read more

We were in a hurry this weekend and stopped by for a quick coffee since Capital One cardholders get 50% off of their drinks. There were just a couple people ahead of us and the line moved really quickly + multiple tables to sit at while we waited for our coffees. They came out within a few minutes & I was pleasantly surprised. The lavender latte was pretty good & on par with your standard coffee shop. The rose latte was fine but I would've preferred to taste a bit more rose flavor in it. The rose topping did look cute, though. read more

I like how as a Capital One member you can get 1/2 off drinks. It's kind of a staple now whenever I visit Valley Fair to first get coffee and then continue on with shopping/dining. I've a fan of their lattes because it's sweet but not too sweet. There's a fair amount of seating inside and outside. I haven't come to work from here, but it could be a good space, but if you stay longer than 2hrs you'll have to pay for parking. The worst part is probably how the menu is so small. It's super hard to read when standing inline. There are 2 atms available. read more
Staff are nice and drinks come out fairly quickly. The matcha with strawberry cold foam is my favorite drink i've gotten here so far. I get it with one pump of vanilla for more sweetness. The sparkling lemonade is good too, especially for a hot day. It's decently good and a nice place to study or work. I also believe there are discounts for capital one cardholders + rooms to reserve! read more
The matcha was terrible here. It was super watery & bland. Even the milk was watery somehow & I didn't even get a milk substitute. The ambiance is nice for a quick rest after walking around the mall. There are tables and seats to work or chill for a bit. read more

Ordered the Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha, and it was quite good. The strawberry flavor was not that strong, but I can still taste it. The service was fast, but the barista couldn't quite explain ways to make the drink less sweet or suggest something good that was not that sweet. The ambiance looks like a workspace with an ATM. read more
We stopped by the Capital One Café the day before Christmas Eve to grab some coffee. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. One great perk is that if you use your Capital One card, you get a discount on your drink: a nice bonus! The drinks themselves were great. I ordered the iced honey lavender latte, which was very sweet, but I enjoyed it. My parents tried the peppermint mocha, and they both said it was good. They also offer milk alternatives for an additional $1, which is always appreciated. The staff were friendly, and our drinks came out fast, which made the whole experience smooth. The lounge area has Wi-Fi, which is convenient if you need to get some work done or just want to relax for a bit. However, the seating isn't particularly cozy or aesthetically pleasing, it's more of a functional space to sit for a short time before heading out. read more
