I have been to Capital One Cafe numerous times but never got a chance to write a review. In my most recent visit last Monday, it was still the same high quality drinks at good prices*. They were running the free coffee Mondays promo if you sign up via text to get a QR code, so it was a bit busy, about a 10 min wait even in the afternoon. I got the blueberry matcha latte which has good presentation - I got it with oat milk as I usually try to if there is no surcharge (well, a free drink with the surcharge is still free, so I might as well). It was a little bit sweet but it was refreshing to enjoy it iced. The cafe was pretty busy, which makes sense due to the promotion and it being a workday, but there are always plenty of seating especially if you go up the stairs! *Prices are at or above comparable cafes if you buy drinks at regular price, but Capital One cardmembers will always get 50% off the drinks which is an amazing deal. Also, they run a lot of promos for free drinks that are easily accessible to everyone, so if you are flexible and willing to wait out some promotions, it is easily one of the cheapest drinks you can find in the city! read more

It is very interesting to find some bank staff casually milling around to offer their financial services. They're not intrusive at all, in fact very respectful and friendly. The Capital One Cafe is not unique to Seattle. I personally frequent the Roseville Galleria location when I am in the area. However, I wanted to check out another location as a cardholder, and this place did not disappoint! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is absolutely massive and was mostly empty on our visit. I am usually impressed with Capital One cafe decor, but this store is wonderfully decorated! There is ample seating on the first and second floors. I like the variety of table sizes. Wanted to use our coupons for a handcrafted drink and we were extremely disappointed to find out the entire seasonal menu was out bc syrups were out. We then thought we would pivot to smoothies but the barista (kinda rudely) interrupted us to say that smoothies do not count as handcrafted drinks. So we decided to get a matcha which did count and a smoothie with a sandwich. I was sad to realize that the 50% off handcrafted drinks when paying with a Capitol one did not work which I guess is inline with why the coupons didn't work. Overall the space is nice and the last time I went here i really liked it but overall the service today was not very pleasant, some of the staff was friendly but our main barista was not, and the lack of availability of menu items was not good either. The smoothie was fine but a little sour, the matcha was not mixed the best and you could see the chunks on the bottom and the sandwhich started off good but the more I ate I realized it was extremely salty (I got Dijon, bacon, and croissant). I am such a huge fan of this spot!! I honestly didn't really have that many expectations going in - all I knew was that drinks were 50% off for capital one card members. From December 26th to January 8th, Capital One Cafe is having a Happy Hour from 2pm-close where all drinks are $1! I got a soy latte today. Half the reason I come here is for the working area - it is always calm and spacious. The baristas and the Capital One representatives are always friendly and also give you the space you need to get your work done. This is by far my favorite WFH cafe. It's nice to not be constantly brushed by people in passing as is the case with many other coffee shops. I've tried the oat milk matcha (wasn't too sweet!) and their strawberry lemon iced tea drink, and they're both delicious. Plus, through the month of august, all drinks are $1. Literally unheard of. I will say though that they've been having staffing issues, and so their hours of offering drinks are pretty inconsistent.
