The bad: the crust on the plain underneath and on the outer rim was extremely dry. So it gives you decent crunch but not much on flavor. It's clear that they are not rubbing the dough with olive oil. Pretty sure they aren't mixng any oil in the dough either. The cheese is definitely not 100% real whole milk mozzarella cheese. There's some in the mix for sure, but there's some of the cheap stuff in there as well. The sauce was bland too. No oregano flavor. No basil flavor. Very little garlic flavor. All of these shortcomings apply to the Sicilian slice with one other noticeable problem. The crust on the Sicilian absolutely has NONE of that Sicilian pizza taste. They are likely making the crust using the same dough as they use for their neopolitan pies. The result is--- it makes it taste like their regular pizza just thicker. That's a fail.
