A 2005 Dodge Dakota with 80,000 miles. This truck was babied. I truly believe a little grandpa garage kept this truck. The straight forward approach and no pressure sales was incredible. After we made our decision, it took 15 mins to sign all the paperwork and we were on our way. I've only purchased vehicles at the large local large brand dealerships and it's been almost twenty years since I bought a used car. Good people to work with and would buy from them again. He knows what he is doing and is very laid back but very professional. Tommy Neutz, the owner, is also spectacular. We talked for quite some time about the business and why they do things the way they do - no pressure, quality used vehicles, and they stand behind them. I actually spoke with Tommy and Paul for way longer than it took to do the paperwork. I totaled my previous vehicle and found an Odyssey at Neutz Brothers. The vehicle was very clean but they said they did not have an opportunity to clean the carpet and floor mats. Since I needed the vehicle immediately, I asked to bring it back the next week (I actually couldn't get it done until the following week - my issue, not theirs). I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and when I went to get it on Tuesday evening, the guy who did the work was there and explained that the floor mats did not get as clean as he wanted so he wanted to keep them a couple more days to get them right. Wow - the company culture is so strong that the detailer is empowered to make the customer happy and is proud of where he works and what he does. Incredible. I wish I got his name to give him a proper thank you here but I do appreciate his efforts! I bought the vehicle on the 2nd. It had an out-of-state title so it needed a Sheriff's inspection (they took care of this when I dropped off the Odyssey for the cleanup). On the 19th, they had my tag. In Kentucky, the dealer has 60 days to get the tag (it used to be 30 but the big dealers lobbied for the extra time). Neutz Brothers had my tag in 17 days with a Sheriff's inspection in there, too. WOW!! I highly recommend Neutz Brothers. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, this is the first place you should go - and will likely be the last. I am a customer for life!!

Less than 48 hours of owning it, the heat stops working. Less than a week of owning it the check engine light comes on with a misfire in cylinder 4. We took it to a shop, $1300 later we had a new oil cooler installed. The repair shop gave us the oiler cooler that they removed. It was the original plastic oil cooler that came with the engine. The spark plugs were not replaced either. This dealer lied to our face when we bought it. After that repair it fixed the misfire on cylinder 4 but the heat still doesn't work so now we have to spend a couple more thousand dollars to get the heater core replaced because "someone" filled the system with radiator stop leak. This was my 19 year old son buying what he thought was going to be his first reliable vehicle for his new chapter of life and getting on his adult feet. My son saved up every penny and paid $12000 cash for this car just to end up with a lemon and lies. Buyer beware!!!

I'm not sure if tripling billable time was supposed to be good or bad, but it didn't feel like a good thing. A Latino man who also worked there was walking by at that moment, and they said "Right, (name)?" And he nodded and kinda looked beaten down as he headed off to wherever he was going. It felt really uncomfortable to witness. My car was taken care of very well, and the staff I interfaced with were friendly and courteous to me. There was an expensive problem showing up on the scanner. They never thought I would scan it while off the lot test driving. I didn't buy from them and I don't regret it.

So the salesperson told me I could pick up the car the following day - they would replace the battery. He explained that service would have it ready when they opened at 10:00am. I arrive at 10:00 to complete the sale and pick up the car............I have my vehicles titled in my revocable trust. So the person in the business office asked me if my Wife was with me? I told her No it wasn't necessary. She then told me it was necessary. Another person in the office actually looked at my "Certificate of trust" to see that I am a Trustee and either Trustee can sign! (Again, you would think people in the business office would be trained!) Then I was told the car wasn't ready............they requested I go get a late breakfast! They admitted to not knowing the car needed service. Needless to say I could not understand how a Customer buying a Major Asset would be treated this way! I left before I said something unpleasant. While having my "late breakfast" I received a text telling me they ordered a battery and were waiting on it to be delivered! They would contact me after the Service Dept installed the battery. Needless to say I did not buy the car. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER ! I left and went to Bachman Hyundai in Jeffersonville and purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe.

The first red flag should have been the sales process itself. Ross altered numbers, overcharged us, and provided inaccurate figures both on paperwork and to the loan company in order to secure the sale. When the discrepancy was discovered and we demanded it be corrected -- because yes, $200 matters when you are already handing over a $9,000 down payment -- instead of fixing the error properly, we were brushed off with promises of a "free oil change" that was never honored. The ONLY smart decision made during this purchase was buying the extended warranty Ross pushed so aggressively. Since purchasing the vehicle, my daughter has been stranded on the interstate, we've dealt with towing expenses, repeated breakdowns, and multiple major mechanical failures. While frustrating, I understood that used vehicles can have issues, and I was thankful we had the warranty coverage. That's where this dealership somehow became even worse. When scheduling service, I clearly documented every issue with the vehicle, including warning lights and mechanical concerns. The car remained there for over a week. Ross personally called to say the vehicle was "completely fixed," the warranty had paid approximately $2,300, and everything was ready for pickup. My daughter drove 45 minutes, paid the deductible, got into the car... and absolutely nothing had been repaired. The dashboard was still lit up like a Christmas tree. After confronting them, the explanation was essentially that they somehow collected money from BOTH the customer and the warranty company while simultaneously "missing" every actual repair request. We AGAIN documented every issue in writing and made it abundantly clear what needed repaired. Another week passes. Jacob then texts saying the vehicle is "100% ready this time." The level of disrespect, arrogance, and lack of professionalism from him throughout this process was astounding. Dismissive, rude, degrading, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. He proudly tells me the warranty paid "another $4,000." And yet AGAIN -- the vehicle was STILL not repaired. The invoice itself listed: * Oil leak * Failed electric water pump * Collapsed motor mount * Rear wiper failure * Coolant pump issues * Air compressor problems * Front wheel speed sensor failure * Rear brake pad sensor * Starter battery excessive resistance * Lower oil pan leak Yet somehow, despite thousands being billed and collected, the vehicle was STILL returned unfixed. Ross's explanation? "I knew the air was the priority." The AIR was the priority? Not the active oil leak? Not the failed water pump? Not the issues that could destroy the engine or create a serious safety concern for a teenage driver? At this point, I genuinely cannot tell whether this dealership operates through incompetence, fraudulent warranty billing, deliberate deception, or some combination of all three. The car has now been there for nearly a MONTH and still has not been properly repaired. After happily selling the warranty and repeatedly agreeing to complete repairs, they are now suddenly claiming they are "moving away from warranty work." We are now involving an attorney because we are out thousands of dollars while being given the runaround by people presenting themselves as professionals while operating with absolutely no integrity, accountability, or honesty. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. Disgusting experience from start to finish.

Mechanic I can trust- SERVICE REVIEW:…read more I recently upgraded to a 2010 Scion XB from a Volkswagen Jetta and it was one of the positive most life effecting decisions I have ever made. Although I could list the multiple poor experiences I have had while owning my Jetta. I want to mostly mention the positive experiences I have had at this dealership. After I bought my Scion I wanted to get it inspected since it was a used car. I decided that I would take my car to this dealership knowing that they would be the best experts. My first interactions with the service department over the phone were very helpful. I was given exact directions and even made an appointment to come into the shop so there would be less wait time. After I explained that I wanted to get the $100 car inspected so I could mention any problems to the dealer before my warranty was up the service technician recommend to save money I should get an oil change instead. For Toyota every oil change comes with an inspection so the technician would just add on all of my inspection requests for the $35 oil change price. I also would then know the last time the cars oil was changed. I decided to get an oil change instead. When I returned to pickup my car the technician had a very clear inspection sheet about all the areas I should take to my dealer. In addition he even wrote me a letter with his concerns so I could have more leverage for the repairs I needed with the dealership. Due to the help of the Scion mechanics I got another $1000 in parts and labor for free from the dealership where I bought my Scion. (See my review of CarMax) During my initial visit the service technician registered my car with Toyota to show the change of ownership and printed out a preventative maintenance schedule so I could make sure to take care of my car. A few months later right as my car had gone 5000 miles I got a post card in the mail from the Scion dealership that it was time for my 35000 tune up and to call and make an appointment. I came in for my second appointment and just like my first encounter with the technicians I was greeted in a helping and professional manner. I was given a full detail report in clear written instructions what was preformed on my vehicle and the information was saved to my car's service account. When I pulled out my credit card hoping the cost would be under $300, I was asked for only $55 bucks. It seems like the dealership wouldn't even break even for the time it took to service my car! I have definitely found honest mechanics that care about customer service as much as they do about the car service. I look forward to having Scion as my primary dealership for the next 100,000 miles of my life.

The night I bought the car Sami told me he did not have the title for the car yet and expected it to be available in the next few days, and that he would mail it to me upon him receiving it. He also advised me the car was a hail damage car and that it would have a salvage title. I checked with Ohio clerk of courts before buying the car and was told as long as it had a salvage title it could be titled in Ohio. A week or so after buying the car the title arrived in the mail as promised. I went to the title office to pay the taxes and have the title transferred. Once there they advised me the title was not a salvage title, but a title of destruction. The only thing I could do with the car was part it out or sell it to a junk yard. I called and spoke with Sami and he first acted like it was not his problem and that he was going to stick me with the car. 10-15 minutes went by and we spoke again, he stated the best he could do for me was $7,000. He sold me a car knowing it could not be titled in Ohio and wants to buy it back from me for $1,500 less than what I gave for it, plus the $1100 I had to put in it to make it safe and road worthy. Buyers beware this is why he can't finance cars and it has to be cash because banks will not loan money on these types of cars!
