Since my previous review and photos were removed about this dealership let me take the time to share my HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I had withdrew 5 years worth of saved pension to buy a reliable nice car. I came across a beautiful BMW X6 and stressed to the salesmen how I was nervous to purchase a used car and that I wanted a extended warranty. After putting 6k down on the vehicle I selected the finance manager then told me that my vehicle wasn't eligible for warranty because it was a turbo. (Why didn't you tell me before I signed the contract) He then told me I could purchase a 90 day warranty for $150 and do come back the following day. I returned the next day with bad news that I couldn't get that either (with no explanation why) and that he would get back to me the following day. I call and call and all I hear is "I'll get back to you" About a week after having the car it starts smoking and over heating, I call eryck and explain what was going on and he has me bring in the vehicle. He then tells me that the manager Ellie said they could fix it for $600 and my radiator and thermostat had to be replaced. (If I had the warranty like I was suppose to this all would have been covered) Anyway I get the car fixed and pay the $600 and for a rental car for a week. The dealer didn't offer a loaner car like I see in other reviews or any type of compensation a week after my purchase! About a month later I started having the same issues so I decided to take the car to an actual BMW dealership and paid to get a diagnostic. They let me know there that my radiator had been replaced with a used part and the thermostat had never been touched. They also let me know that my water pump was bad and I also needed another return hose which would be another 1,800 with a huge gamble that I might have permanent engine damage. I contacted the manager Ellie (btw is super unprofessional) what kind of manager will not answer a phone call but will return text messages? She acted like she cared and was going to try to help me get into a new car or possible assist selling it. After my bad Yelp review she then text me that she will not help me get out the car and had no obligation to help me. Ellie claims I was trying to give her company a bad reputation but I was just giving anyone who works hard for their money a fair warning.She also contacted Yelp to have the text message photos that I posted removed) Anyway after all this I've contacted several lawyers to look into my case, state of California consumer of business affairs, the better business bureau, and chase bank to help investigate this crooked company. After realizing I'm stuck with a car that I cannot drive I tried to trade the vehicle into several lots, two have told me that the car all in all has about 6,000 worth of damage to fix to even trade in. They lied these cars are not preinspected! They are crap!! So pretty much I'm stuck paying a loan for a car I can't drive and rental cars. Mind you I have a 6 year old kid and just started a brand new job. Thanks for nothing car lux! BEWARE OF CAR LUX -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE We found a 2014 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition advertised by Car Lux for $13,999, with 7.1% financing for 72 months at approximately $222/month for a FICO under 750. My FICO is close to 800. Before driving approximately 1 1/2 hours, we completed a pre-loan qualification application directly through Car Lux's website and made an appointment. We were also promised the vehicle would be cleaned and gassed up. When we arrived, the vehicle was dirty, not gassed up, missing a floor mat, and had additional damage/condition issues that were not disclosed. We were told the price was nonnegotiable. The biggest issue was financing. We were told that because it was a 2014, the finance companies they use would only finance it for 48 months, despite Car Lux advertising 72 months at 7.1%. I subsequently confirmed that my banks and credit union were willing to offer substantially better terms, including up to 75 months. Even more concerning, after we left, Car Lux changed the online advertisement and removed/modified the financing and payment information we had originally seen. Fortunately, we captured screenshots of the original advertisement before it was changed. There was also confusion regarding our online financing application. We were told by Mo that we needed to complete another application onsite because the first application was supposedly "not us" and had been sent to the wrong place. We submitted it through Car Lux's own website, so that explanation was extremely concerning. We are formally requesting that all personal and financial information we provided be deleted/destroyed to the extent permitted by law, and that Car Lux identify where our original application went and who received our information. After driving 1 1/2 hours each way, this was an absolute waste of our time and a very frustrating experience. The vehicle condition, financing terms, and subsequent change to the online advertisement left us feeling that the advertised deal was very different from what was actually presented. SAVE SCREENSHOTS of every advertisement, get the complete out-the-door price and financing terms in writing, and verify everything before making a long drive. We walked away and cannot recommend Car Lux. Proceed with extreme caution. This is your typical BAIT AND SWITCH AND WE ARE FILING WITH APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES. I intend to submit complaints to the appropriate regulatory and consumer-protection agencies, including the California DMV Investigations Division, California Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission, so that the advertising and financing practices involved can be reviewed. read more

I was looking on buying my wife a used car that was in great condition with low miles and good standing history. i look everywhere, first on the internet then I call different dealers after that i did some test drives on some of the cars. it's one of those things that you really want to take your time and look around for the right vehicle you want and the right service because most salesman and dealers do not care about what you are really need, they just want a quick sale. Most of the dealers after a test drive want you to sign the paper work and buy it and most sales man can be very demanding and annoying hey it's a business and they want to make a quick sale. finally I notice Car lux Inc. dealership in Inglewood California only problem was that I live 1 hour away from the Car lux dealership, well I call them up over the phone and they were very helpful I had my eyes set on a Nissan Altima hybrid 2008 with low miles it was perfect the pictures on their website seem very professional the detail on the picture sold the car. I decided to go to Car Lux they told me the car was available to come and test drive, I said to myself if i been looking for this long what do i have to loose. Sure enough the Nissan Altima Hybrid was great fully loaded Navigation system leather seats sunroof nice rims good paint for the year overall it drove great, and most importantly the car history was really good the previous owner took really good care of it. My experience with Car Lux was great overall their sales crew are very knowledgeable and very patient and also cool people and not annoying, they work with you if you have bad or not so good credit they understand. What I like about it all is that my wife felt comfortable with the whole experience a so did I. If you can find a great car dealer a good caring sales people that's probably a rare thing now and days, but me and wife felt very good at Car Lux. Driving back home for over one hour was actually a cool experience especially now that me and my lady were driving our new car thanks to Car Lux and a special thanks to Pete and his crew for making this car buying experience a great one. read more

Came here after going to alot of new car stores, and i must say, that i don't understand at all what half of these other people are saying. I was mis-treated very much in alot of new car stores, and my credit is actually good. I currently drive a maserati, and if that just doesn't mean i have money and i can get approved then i don't know what is. In any case, i walked into the lot and talked to Eryck. You instantly can tell this guy is a friend more than a salesperson. He is knowledgeable, and i don't think he said a single lie, or even tried to push me onto a car or try to "sell" me a car. Very much laid back. Now i said maybe once i step into the finance department it is going to get ugly, because i am a annoying negotiator. But when Eryck had me sit down with Hadi the finance guy, my initial thoughts were, wow he is young, but after talking to him i realized that just like Eryck, he is also there to make sure to get the best deal for me. Now my credit is good, but i have multiple auto loans, and he spent his time to talk to the bank and explain my situation, to be able to get me a deal that i didnt even think would be possible. I was ok with only $800 off the price, because the car had good tires and the carfax was clean and you can tell the car was taken care of. But Hadi went the extra mile to give me $1300 off and also add a warranty for $1800 less than anyone else. Simply put the man saved me $4000 in total including interest fees. If that isnt enough to head down there than i dont know what is. $4000 is no laughing matter, even though that's just a couple maserati payments lol. I am beyond happy with the service, and i have driven the car for some time now to notice that everything that was said during my transaction there was true and this car is amazing. After shopping for long time I finaly found the car I wanted for the best price I can find online. I called and spoke to Chris he was very nice on the phone so I decided to drive from San Diego down to LA to get this car. Warning!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! To all Yelpers there is a nother Car Dealer on the same street which looks like Car Lux so with my luck accidentally I stoped there first thinking this is Car Lux :( I ask for Chris and was told that Chris was sick and not there so he offered to help wich was odd because I spoke to Chris three times the same day. So they tried to tell me that the CLK was sold and that they had planty other cars I was like whaaaat this does not sound right so I called Chris and he told me that this is the competition down the street that is copying and imitating them to chatch customers. Yeah just imagine how I feel driving for 2 hours to find out this. Nice try dude thank god I did not felt for it. So ones I was at the right place I could tell I am in good hands the atmospere was very nice lots of people there. After driving the car and talking numbers Sunny was called to take a look at my trade-in. I was skeptic because I know dealers dont pay much for a trade in's. Sunny looked at my car told me what the marked and auction value is and gave me $3000 more then Carmax was offering. This was far beyond my expectations I am very happy with my new baby the deal and the service Car Lux provide me you guys are the best. Car Lux is the WORSE you better off going to raggedy ass Repossess Auto its the same thing they sell luxury lemons and the customer service is beyond disgraceful they are a bunch of crooks stealing from the poor to help keep they ass rich. I'm currently looking into getting a class action law suit against them. They sold me a car with a problem agreed to fix it and then made me pay for it refused to give me my car back and on top of that the key was given to me broke and ELLE has the nerve to tell me to go purchase the key and she'll reimburse me what kind of shit is that California law says that you have to give someone a key in working condition. I can also speak for 2 other people who I personally know that bought cars from there one girl took her truck back so many times in the first month that she bought they finally gave her, her money smart move wish I would have been that wise. The other lady was sold a car with an exhaust leak the Inglewood Police Department has record breaking reports of how many times they are at this location. Please listen to me and other people that are trying to save you from wasting your hard earned money. These people are scams I personally didn' t work with Sunny so I can't speak on him but I find it very hard for him to be an owner and not know whats going on at his place of business daily. Just bought a car at Car Lux inc. I was looking for a 4 door sedan a reliable car that takes me from point A to point B nothing fancy, but in the other hand i wouldn't mind a fully loaded car leather seats navigation moon roof nice loud stereo etc. Well guess what i found that in Car lux i got myself a nissan altima low miles four door reliable car fully loaded the speakers on that sedan are nice very loud and most importantly it handles great I test drove it and drove like a dream. The sales man was very cool about the whole thing not pushy but helpful and knowledgeable he new his stuff. I ask about a car history and he had it there ready for me to view it. He told me sit down take your time and read over and review the car history he left me the keys and told me if i wanted to take more time with the vehicle to look inside out before doing anything else i was like sure no problem i like that he wasn't being pushy about making a sale he just wanted me to feel good about what i was getting myself into. the experience over at Car Lux was great what can i say they help me, I have really bad credit and i was afraid about not being able to get something great cause a couldn't qualify but sure enough Car Lux came thorough for me not only did they help me but they even hook me up with some new tires all four not bad. I recently purchased a Mercedez Benz S Class from Car Lux and had an amazing customer service experience from sales person Mr. Juan Ayala. I can't say enough good things aboit the employees at Car Lux Lax. I drove up to LA from San Diego today with my wife and 1 year old son and they really went above and beyond to help me. Victor stayed in touch with me for almost 2 day including the entire 2 hour drive up to make sure the car was ready and waiting for me to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. When I got there Victor was extremely busy and set me up with Mario who was a class act. My man Mario went out of his way to accommodate me and my family. Mario got the deal done as fast as possible and as fair as possible, my man really took care of us. When it was time to get the paperwork done their finance guy Pete was on point and extremely professional and got us in and out quick. The owners were extremely cool and I was blown away by their inventory, mainly high end performance European cars but they had something for everyone they had fair priced economy cars, trucks midsize and full size, suv's and mostly everything was stock and as clean as you could imagine. With paying 30k or more for a car, you would expect for everything to work properly and better service, but this unfortunately was not the case. I purchased a car From this dealership this month to find out a few days later that 1 of the tires was overfilled to compensate for a leak. Now every 4 days I get a low low tire pressure warning light. Not to mention all tires are near bald. They refuse to replace the tires which would be nothing to them. Then I'm driving at night & 1 of the headlights start to flicker, and eventually goes completely out. That I had to replace myself instead of waiting on them. Not cool! I had to revise my review to express the disgust I have for this dealership, the managers and Christian who sold me the car knowing the tires were trash. Knowing that the car had a headlight issue. Selling vehicles to people that are unsafe to operate is not ok and this must be addressed. Buying a vehicle from this dealership, your taking a risk, and it will not only put yourself in harms way, but also your passengers. I purchased a car from Car Lux and it has been a favorable experience from start to finish. I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i, very clean inside and out. What impressed me most about Car Lux is that they treated me like I was a part of there family. They were truly interested in serving me with the utmost respect and the best customer service above and beyond what I even dreamed of or asked for. I casually mentioned that there was a tiny nick in the windshied, they refused to let me take the car until they replaced the entire windshield with brand new glass. The same thing happened when i pointed out a small nick on the paint, they immediately had the car painted for me. I didn't even ask them to do these things and would have still purchased the car, but like i said they wanted to treat me like family and make sure that when i left there car lot i was fully satisfied. purchased a used 2006 infiniti g35 from them about a month ago.Saw a few bad reviews online but decided to check it out myself. Went on Cars.com submitted a email to the admin about a car i was interested in. Within two hours a gentleman named Hadi called to set up an appointment to see their inventory. A lot of the dealerships I went to before were pushy or once they found out my credit wasn't the best tried to push me to a car i wasn't interested in. Hadii was very understanding of my situation and was able to get me approved for the car I wanted at a price i could afford. He talked with me step by step about during the paperwork process so that I was aware of what I was getting into. A couple of weeks later he even called just to see how I was enjoying my new car. I would recommend this lot to anyone in the market for a luxury car. This is not a buy here pay here get ripped of business. If you have a job and down payment they can get you financed. read more
