If you're looking to get scammed and have your time wasted, this is the dealership for you. We contacted Car Lux Inc. after finding a vehicle we were interested in. We told our salesperson, Maximus, that we had the money ready and would be driving down from Northern California within about a week to purchase it. Instead of simply holding the car, he immediately used pressure tactics, claiming it would likely sell unless we put down a **$500 refundable deposit**. Once we paid the deposit, the dealership marked the vehicle as sold and removed the listing, CarFax, and all of the vehicle information from their website. When we later asked for the CarFax again, Maximus suddenly became "too busy" to respond, despite previously replying almost instantly. Before making the trip, we specifically asked if there would be any issues paying with a cashier's check on July 4th since banks would be closed. Maximus told us to send him a photo of the check several days in advance so he could have it verified beforehand. We did exactly that, and he confirmed everything was good to go. After driving several hours to the dealership, everything fell apart. First, the vehicle was nothing like it had been represented. We were told it had new tires, yet the front tires had a 2012 manufacture date. The car was filthy, covered in scratches and paint chips, had faded paint, broken buttons, rattling mirrors, suspension issues, exhaust problems, and cheap aftermarket parts. Based on its condition, it likely needed close to **$10,000** in repairs. After spending hours test driving the car and completing paperwork, we were suddenly told our cashier's check had **never been verified**, despite Maximus previously confirming that it had been. The only option they offered was financing, which conveniently came with numerous undisclosed fees. Maximus repeatedly insisted he had verified the check until the finance manager called him out in front of us for lying and told us he would be **firing Maximus because this wasn't the first time he had made this kind of mistake**. Whether that was genuine or just for show, it was incredibly unprofessional. Read every line of the paperwork. The contracts included several undisclosed fees and add-ons, including a vehicle tracker we never requested. We believe many of these practices are deceptive, and **we will be filing complaints with both the FTC and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).** To make matters worse, getting our refundable deposit back became another ordeal. After we decided not to purchase the vehicle, they repeatedly stalled and told us to leave, promising they would send the refund later. We refused to leave without our money and informed them that we would involve the police if necessary. The moment law enforcement was mentioned, our $500 refund was processed within minutes. This was, without question, one of the worst dealership experiences we've ever had. Between the misleading description of the vehicle, high-pressure sales tactics, contradictory information, questionable contract practices, and the difficulty getting our own money back, I cannot recommend Car Lux Inc. to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and buy your car somewhere else.

We had an appointment with Mario and it was the easiest time I had purchasing a car. I would highly recommend

Terrible Dealership Sells Unsafe Cars to start off before the test drive I noticed them putting AIR rear tire 2 weeks after purchase and putting air every couple days come to find out there was a nail the entire time they made me sign on a prize b4 test drive then I come back and they raise the price on me RIDICULOUS. sold me the car with wobbly rotors squeaky brakes aswell as cracking aged tires typically shit dealer

Avoid them at all costs. When it got down to talking numbers I didn't even get to speak with the salesman because the manager hijacked the conversation and tried hitting me with the bait and switch. They'll buy modded vehicles purposely and will say they did the work themselves with no proof of invoices at all and will update their vehicles 7grand above sticker price. The manager told me I wouldn't find a nicer truck for the same price or cheaper and I told him bet, I got something way better.

My salesperson, Fulton, was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Carlos in Finance was also very pleasant and helpful. The real highlight of my visit, however, was Danny, who finalized all of my paperwork. Purchasing a vehicle can be a long and sometimes stressful process, but Danny's personality completely changed the experience. He was welcoming, funny, personable, and kept me laughing throughout the transaction. We quickly built rapport, and his positive attitude made the 4.5-hour process much more enjoyable. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he is a tremendous asset to Airport Marina Honda. My one area for improvement is the customer waiting experience. When customers are making a major financial commitment and spending several hours at the dealership, it would be nice to have some basic refreshments available. Even something as simple as bottled water or a popcorn machine would go a long way. Sitting in the dealership for over four hours during 90-degree summer weather with nothing offered was disappointing. That said, the excellent service provided by Fulton, Carlos, and especially Danny made the experience a positive one. Danny's charisma, humor, and professionalism truly turned what could have been a frustrating wait into an enjoyable experience.

A new beginning for CC Chevrolet?…read more We bought a new Corvette here a month ago, and while the initial experience was good the follow up was as bad as the other reviews here. The car needed a few minor things, and our sales rep told us to just call or text and he'd arrange it, but he never responded to literally 10+ calls, and neither did the sales manager. Reading all the negative reviews here didn't help, and after two weeks of being ignored I took the car in. My plan was to get some assistance or just leave it there, Uber home, and call my lawyer. Long story short, after waiting through a dealership-wide meeting, our sales rep came out full of apologies and got to work. Turns out he'd been having health issues and VA issues (he's a vet) and the day I come in was the first day for a new General Manager (hence the meeting), who was there to kick some butt, which he did. I actually met with the GM and he also apologized for our poor experience, and then he laid out how they would solve all our open issues, and then they did. All of it! A huge contrast to the previous two weeks, and I have no reason to doubt that they will continue this way. Sure made me feel better about them being our dealership! BTW, our rep was Edwin, and if you need a Chevy or, better yet, a Corvette (who doesn't need a Corvette? ) go see him and tell him Karen & Richard sent you. I'm confident he and the rest of them will take good care of you!

My recommendation is to avoid this dealership. My experience buying a truck here involved hours of…read moreunnecessary delays, unfulfilled contract terms, an immediate safety issue, and zero post-sale accountability. I did not realize the truck was a manufacturer Lemon Law buyback until we arrived in person, at which point the salesperson mentioned that many vehicles on their lot carry that status. In retrospect, there is a Carfax link that I could have clicked to verify before going to the dealership. Inordinate Delays: We arrived around 4:00 PM. Once a salesperson became available, he told us to meet him at the vehicle while he grabbed the keys. We waited by the truck for roughly 45 minutes because the salesperson was delayed allegedly because of their key tracking system. We ended up leaving the dealership after 10:00 PM, over six hours from start to finish. Restricted Test Drive: The test drive lasted only a couple of minutes on surface streets. We were directed straight back to the lot and not permitted to take the truck on the freeway to evaluate how it ran at speed. Unfulfilled Key Coverage: After finalizing negotiations and signing paperwork, the salesperson went to retrieve the second key fob, only to tell me that he couldn't find it. I purchased a Platinum Protection Plan that includes key coverage, and the contract paperwork explicitly notes verifying the receipt of two keys. Being late in the evening and exhausted, I trusted their verbal reassurance that they would resolve it, and I drove off with only one key. Immediate Safety Issue: Less than two miles after getting on the freeway, the exact safety issue that caused the truck's original manufacturer buyback recurred. I immediately drove back, but the dealership was technically closed and could not take the vehicle back on the lot for liability reasons. Having the issue reappear within minutes of driving off the lot was deeply alarming. Complete Lack of Post-Sale Support: For the first three days after the purchase, a receptionist texted my wife daily asking about our experience. Each time, we responded in writing requesting the second key fob we paid for. Each time, we were told management would contact us. It has now been weeks, and they have completely stopped responding. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is that they initially were going to have me drive off the lot with about $50 worth of gas in the truck. I mentioned that the tank didn't have enough gas to even get me home. They had an employee take the truck off the lot and put another $50 in the tank. That still doesn't make up for me having to pay hundreds out of pocket for a second key though. Taking payment for protection packages without providing the required keys, rushing customers through restricted test drives, and ghosting buyers immediately after the sale is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business.
