Getting to this review late but Car nerds is the best! They have helped me multiple times (I always bring my Civic there if I have any issues whatsoever) and it has always been fair and trust worthy pricing. I most recently showed up needing help with my headlight (on the right side of the car, which requires some disassembly to get to the right area) and they were pretty slammed so I was expecting a couple of hours wait time for this small job. I'm not sure his name (Ronny has helped me out greatly particularly in the past) but one of the technicians took the time to help me out as soon as I showed up and I was out of there in 10 minutes with a fixed headlight. They sounded professional. Their estimate for a diagnostic of my cruise control, which I believed was not operative, sounded on the high side. But when their technician found that it was in working order (I was in error) Matt the manager waved all fees. I was grateful for that courtesy and honesty. This place is the WORST! It's unprofessionally managed--they keep your car in longer than is necessary for basic service (an oil change took 6+hrs). They will never call you back to give you a status on your car---you have to chase them down to be able to pick up your car. Not to mention they hang up the phone sometimes while you are trying to get a status update. That's very unprofessional. I've been here a few times. Don't waste your time or money. I've taken my 2005 Toyota Prius to Car Nerds several times. Their pricing is fair, they provide an estimate, diagnose all potential problems and you can decide what to have repaired. Several other shops could not figure out what was wrong with my car and Car Nerds identified a Fuel Pump problem. The fuel pump is in the gas tank so not so easy to detect. Turns out my sensor wasn't broken, it was just knocked out of place and fell behind the bumper. They fished it out, reattached it, and helped me test it. After calling 6 auto repair/service shops that claim to do it all, I called Car Nerds and instead saying "No, we don't do fully electric vehicles", Rony got the details from me and asked me what I needed. I had a Mercedes B250e that needed servicing which which normally cost me over $400 at the dealership; mind you the "servicing" for electric cars are something basic as "refilling wiper fluid", anyway, got an appointment right away and Rony charged me a small fraction of the cost! He's super personable, knowledgeable about cars and flexible! I felt extremely fortunate to have found them!! Would highly recommend!! read more

They did so on my 2008 BMW, which was displaying strong vibrations in the steering wheel when the brakes were applied, and an annoying, loud ticking while the engine turned.
