I've never written a review before so I hope this finds you well. I had a very unique situation which made me any body shops worst nightmare. I was gifted a brand new car, and I swiped the side causing a hefty amount of damage and attention to detail to fix. My situation was unique because I had to fix this before he saw it, and he checked the car often and I didn't have much time to get this done before getting caught but it wasn't just having it done... it HAD to be brought back to brand new, like it never ever happened. I did the good ol research and couldn't find anything to satisfy the stress, get this done by a fastest enough day let alone get into a shop next day. This job required a specific set of skill acquired over a successful career, experience and pressure. At a very clutch moment when I was losing hope and considering fussing up, someone I trust recommenced Car Source. As soon as I contacted Shawn I got an immediate response, and he was in contact with me the entire time. He understood my urgency and he was professional, helpful and kind. He took my stress away almost immediately when he assured me he "got me". Shawn got me in and out in 24 hours, fresh paint job, multiple dents and ripples removed on a curved panel, and re painted the wheel cover. And to top it off, they washed the car, did the rims... vacuumed and wiped the car down! Even smelled fresh! This exceeded my expectations for taking care of me and my SUV. I was recently side-swiped by a kid who did an illegal u-turn, which resulted in both passenger-side doors being damaged. As always, I came to Yelp and requested quotes from a few vendors. Once again, not only was Car Source Collision Center the first to reply (within 4-5 mins), but they were also the lowest price. This was my 3rd time going to them. These guys do a super job. Starting with check-in process and leaving my car at the shop, Mr. Andrew was right there, providing service with a smile, very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. He made the whole process very easy. He even went out of his way to order me an uber to take me home! Two new doors had to be ordered. Once they came in, everything happened pretty quickly. My man Matt, who was once again the person who responded to my quotes request on Yelp, did a fantastic job at keeping me informed and updated on what was happening and the timeline associated with it. Matt even texted me pix and vid clips of the car from when it was in the shop, to when the 2 new doors were installed and finally after the car came out of the paint job. They did an amazing job with painting the 2 doors; i.e., no difference at all in color as compared to the paint color on the rest of the vehicle. What blew my mind once they delivered the car to my house (they did that, too!) was when I noticed that Matt had the shop professionally detail my car, inside and out, such that it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I cannot say enough about Car Source! Mike responded to my text in less than five minutes. I sent him photos of the dent, he sent me a quote, and said a technician could come out to me to fix the dent. I was dreading a repair bill from a body shop of at least $1,000-$2,000+ dollars, so I was ecstatic to be able to get it fixed for less than $150 (I'm sure the price varies depending on the severity of the damage and the type of car you have, but the difference in getting a dent fixed by Car Source as opposed to a body shop is phenomenal). Plus, I had thought my car would be in the shop for a few days and was so worried about having to pay for Ubers to get around or rent a car until mine was fixed, but Mike assured me that they could take care of it in the parking garage where I live. That alone was priceless! The technician, Will, arrived 15 minutes early, took the time to explain the options to me, and listened to my concerns about possibly having to drill a hole in the car to access the back of where the dent was (tricky location right by the gas tank and on a curve in the car's side panel). He ended up going in through the tail light and spent around half an hour working on it. He went above and beyond and my car looks great! You can't even tell there was ever a dent. This is the absolute best company for car repairs. I had a dent in my front quarter panel. I spoke to Shawn about how I should handle this repair. Shawn presented a couple of options and was VERY honest about what I could expect at the various price points. Mike and Sam are very customer service oriented. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. They assured me that my car would be perfect and in fact it is. My car hadn't looked so good since I drove it off the new car lot. I inspected the car which was finished a day earlier than I had expected. Recently, I purchased a 2015 BMW 335Xi sedan. After driving the car for only four days, I hit a shopping cart in a grocery store pickup lane. Came across the car source collision center on yelp. Reached out and received an immediate response from Matt. Matt is absolutely fantastic as the entire process couldn't go any smoother. Initial contact was due to a dent on my rear door, right on the body line. Matt explained the process, provided previously completed before and after pics of similar work and was super flexible with my availability. Dropped off my car in the morning, Matt offered an Uber back home and pick up back to the shop. By lunchtime I already had my car back, dent is completely gone and looks brand new, AND they fixed a paint blotch and provided touch up paint for future scenarios.
