I was a bit skeptical going to anybody about my car stereo that I needed swapping on such short notice, but to my surprise Johnny and his son helped me out with relative ease. Super friendly guys asked me to come down whenever I wanted and 20 minutes later my stereo was installed. I went here based off the ratings. This is around when Circuit City closed down. I didn't know a single thing about car stereos. They helped me out perfectly over the phone. I was able to find out what I needed for my type of car and some good brands to pick from. So I went bargain shopping, picked up a stereo and two new speakers for my doors. They installed them very fast, totaling to about $70. So I decided a month later I wanted more speakers in the back of my car. Called them again and they told me what I could get. Picked up the speakers and they installed them by cutting holes out in the back so they could fit, even though my car didn't have spots for them originally. This cost around $35-40. A year later, I decided I wanted subs and an amp now. Again, I called, they told me what is required. So I decided to go to Best Buy to pick up these speakers and a box. They offered me service that was all together going to cost me at least an extra $100. They wanted to charge for the labor, which was outrageously priced, plus wanted me to pay for the stereo kit. I go back to this place...finished within an hour - hour n half....$60 bucks. That's it. The people here are great. They install fast enough, despite the smaller space they have. They are really nice people too. Definitely would recommend going here. I'm glad to have found this place because retailers like Best Buy would be ripping me off big time (and also, considering I don't know how to install this stuff myself, the price here is affordable). read more

Johnny the owner is awesome. He is super passionate about his business, respects his clients, and you can tell he has a love for cars...especially classic American muscle. I brought my '66 mustang here for a new alarm system and their prices were extremely reasonable. I dropped my car off Saturday morning and came back in the afternoon to a fully loaded alarm system, alarm hood pin, added alarm sensitivity, etc for just about $200. Johnny even helped me out by changing my head lights out for me since the bulbs were bad (I had the new headlights in my car) and he didn't charge me anything extra. Later in the week I was having problems with my mustang not starting and I thought something with alarm was messing up my car. Johnny came to my house to help me with the car and we found out It didn't have to do with the alarm at all but instead the starter solenoid was lose and some of the fuses were bad. Johnny helped me & fixed it all for me and even gave me some extra fuses. Not once did he ask me for money or payment. Instead I got his cell # and agreed to call him if I ever have issues and need his help (of course I will plan to pay him for his services). This level of class and service from him was EXCEPTIONAL and I feel like In this day and age people do not go above and beyond like Johnny did. He really is one of a kind and I appreciate him and his business so much. I look forward to doing a lot more business with him and his shop! read more

Horrible horrible if you are the slightest bit particular about your vehicle don't let these butchers near your ride.I went back several times just trying to get my sound system right,each time I kept up grading and swiping my card,however each time I got my vehicle back there was something new broken.to make a long story short 3k later I left with a broken headlight switch disconnected cigarette lighter and a static radio..gave them several tries to fix the problem.the smiles when swiping my card turned to frowns when there was issues and suddenly I was a bother and they are too busy..had to pay another shop 350 dollars to undo their rookie mistakes... read more

Owners a good guy but his workers aren't to be trusted to much if they damage your car they won't take responsibility for it and they still charge you full price and they also paint but really do you want a stereo place to paint your car that was my mistake and if you do have your car in there check it thoroughly before you pay!!! read more

I originally went to Car Stereo Connection, due to the reviews I found on Google. All the reviews were at least 3 stars and up to 5. I agree whole heartedly, I originally went in on a Monday and spoke with Johnny. He was straight forward, honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I needed a car alarm installed... My factory key-less entry remote had stopped working, and I had lost the other remote. To get a new factory remote I would have had to buy each one for 70-99 each and then pay a 50 programming fee each. I went to Car Stereo Connection, and explained my situation to Johnny and he gave me a couple options, to go with a new key-less entry system or a alarm for 60 dollars more, I went with the alarm. I came back 3 days later, the price was still the same and Johnny still didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was told it would take about 3 hours to install I got a call about one and a half hours later telling me they were all done. When I returned Nate who installed the system explained everything in detail about the install and function of the new alarm (This wasn't my first alarm so I knew everything he was telling already, but if it was my first alarm this would have been great information) I would recommend this place to anyone who asked, and I will make sure when I need some audio gear I will go back. I checked the pennysaver, and looked at the ads there were some "cheaper" prices but I looked at their reviews online and then called them and they told me the ad would be only good on certain cars and I would have to pay for wires harnesses and blah blah blah. I took my 2016 motor home to Car Stereo Connection to change out the manufactured stock stereo and also power cables to several of the TV's in the cab. Johnny was very helpful and recommended a user friendly stereo which was the perfect for my needs. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule on taking the motor home to his shop. The shops doors open at 9 am on Saturday's. He met me at 7 am to get it all done. He also install extra USB connections at no charge. i went to car stereo connection a while back I started out at a different location had problems there so I went to car stereo to see if they had any ideal why the stereo wasn't compatible with my infinity g37x and Johnny and his co worker said they knew the problem and said they could fix it no problem Johnny was a friend on one of my family members so I figured they could take care of me and I could trust them. Worst mistake ever I ended up buying a kit from them to install in my car I had to leave my car over night they said they needed more time. Next day I came by and they said they were having the same problem with installing the stereo and they needed to update the kit so they did a update on it and nothing still didn't work. About a week went by and they still could not get it to work. So I told them forget about it to give me my money back for the kit the kit was about $400 and I paid about $600 for the kit as well as a down payment for the installation. Johnny told me before he could give me back my money he had to return the kit first and get the money back before he would give me my money back. I had told him why do I have to wait to get my money back when I paid for it and it didn't work because they had mess it up when they try to update it. He told me that he didn't want to get stuck with the bill. I told him if it didn't work then you sold me a defective kit and I want my money back now. He keep on saying that he had to get his money back first. But remember I paid for it. Come to find out the person he got the kit from went out of business so he had no way to return it. That wasn't my fault. He has a warranty on what he sells and it's not my problem that he can't return it so in the end metra was willing to take it back and give him credit for it. But the mother fucker wouldn't give me back the full money on the kit and was telling me that he was keeping the money I had paid to him for working on my car which by the way he ended up messing up the kit and wasting my time fucking around doing in the end nothing to my car. So that peace of shit only gave me about $300 back telling me that that all I should get. So I said fuck I would never use this thief again for anything. Well after I left my Engine light came on I took it to a repair shop and they said that they mess up my ecm the memory on my car. That is very expensive to fix. I went back and told them what they did and Adrian who works for him said it wasn't that and they just had to clear the check engine light off they said it was as easy as that so they reset the check engine light it went off then came back on again and at that point I had problems many of them because of that idiot working on my car. They wouldn't fix it saying nothing is wrong at first then saying that I mess it up. My car would start shaking and wouldn't go any faster then 30 miles which is very dangerous specially when you're on the freeway and never know when it's going to happen so I ended up taking it to an Infiniti car dealership to get it repaired and that it cost me over $1500 all because of that idiot Adrian and the other idiot Johnny messing up my car I trusted them to work on my car they claimed they knew what to do and what exactly was wrong I trusted them because they knew one of my family members I didn't think they would screw me over I wouldn't trust of people for the world knowing that each piece of shit don't know what they are doing if you want to get screwed over and lose your money and this is the place to go I recommend you never go to the shop I have proof that they fucked up my car dumbasses didn't realize my car is a Camera which records it's all on camera once again don't trust these idiots they will take your money and screw you over and say anything just to get you to spend money and end up in the end screwing you fuck these pieces of shit fuck you Johnny fuck you Adrian read more

Very trustworthy car shop, definitely would recommend. Came here to get parking sensors and these guys did a great job. At first they installed a kit that had factory defaults so the sensors were off and clearly not working well. So they ordered new kits and told me to come back the following day. The new kit they ordered was much better and looked much nicer, and in the end the owner even charged me less than what he had estimated the day before. I've been into car audio for a long time. I like these guys. Johnny and Nate are pretty cool. Don't worry Nate looks gangsta, but he isn't. In fact I think I saw a butterfly tattoo on his shoulder. Just kidding Nate! On a serious note, they know car audio. Install is always good and fairly priced. Remember, in car audio never expect perfection every time. But the important thing is whether or not a shop will stand behind their work. I have had a lot of work done, there and once in a while things come loose in the bass game. The important thing is that they have always fixed any snags. Thanks guys. They are also skilled at super custom work, but be willing to pay. Custom installs are like art, be prepared to pay for good work. Heck if you can do it yourself, go ahead, but trust me they can do it better! ; ) If you just want a "good" deal on a regular install they will hook you up. Don't expect EBAY prices, they have to pay rent people. But the product prices are pretty fair. Install prices are good and like I said, they stand behind their work.
