I bought a 2015 ford ecoboost with less then 100k miles from this dealer on July 6th. I've had the car for 3 months. At first they seem great, super friendly, pretending to want to help you. As soon as you sign papers everything changes. They tell you that you have 30 days to bring the car in if there are problems, when there are problems and you want to schedule an appointment they do not call you back, they don't set it up, they avoid you until the 30 days is up. I was sold the car with a broken key and was promised immediately a new key which I never received even after asking multiple times as half the time the key doesn't work. The reason I needed to bring in my car was a grinding sound at a certain RPM and transmission slipping. They ran out my warranty. I've been texting weekly, calling daily. I get transferred all around and told someone will call me back, they never do. Well now fast foward 3 months, turns out that grinding sound was rod knock so they sold me the car with a bad engine that over 3 months time got worse and now the car doesn't run at all. The transmission needs to be rebuilt, the engine needs to be replaced, the suspension was bad when I bought it, brakes had to be done immediately. Major major expensive issues. They don't care and they just want their money. They charged me double the value of the car and have me paying $600 a month for a car that does not run and they will destroy my credit if I don't pay for a car that doesn't run. Someone had reached out to me on Facebook about a car I was selling. I told that person upfront that the minimum I would sell my car for is $10,500 as I had listed it for sale for $11,500. They insisted that I come in so they can see the car to see what they can do regarding price. I went out of my way to to drive 45 minutes to this dealership and wasted my time. When I arrived I asked an associate if someone by the name Alex was here about possibly selling my car. He pointed to him and told me that person in the tie was him. When Alex walked over I asked him if he was Alex and he lied and told me he wasn't even though he was. I asked a different associate if Alex was here and said they would look for him. I continued to wait and no one came out. I went up to the receptionist and asked if Alex or Mike could help me and Alex (the one who lied and said he wasn't Alex) said I'd have to continue to wait. The receptionist also started biting her fingernails as she was talking to me! When Alex finally decided to come talk to me, he lowballed me $8,000 without even looking at the car and just looking at the car fax. I told him no and then offered me $9,000. Again, I told him no and what my expectation was before I came here. He asked if the person I spoke to knew about the mileage, etc. And I said yes, I was upfront about everything so there is no surprise. This was a waste of time, if all they're going to do is just run a Carfax to give you a price then they can do that over the phone instead of wasting peoples time to drive to the dealership. SCAM ALERT!!!!! I saw a car listed with reasonable price so I called to confirm that the car is still available before coming down because I live far away. They told me that the car was available, but once I got there they gave me all kinds of excuses from the car was already sold to they don't have the key to the car lot despite it's 5pm during a busy business hour. Finally, they agreed to show me the car and it's almost $4k more than the listed price because they said that I would have to pay an extra $2k for the gps system. I was told that all of their cars come with gps system to track customers. Out of all the dealership that I have been to, this place is the worst in customer service and dishonesty. Giving it a one star is being generous. They're very unhelpful and unapproachable to the customers. I had to approach someone for help only to be told to go to the adjacent lot to look at the car myself and no one helping me at all during the whole process. There's no information listed on any of the cars and without anyone helping, making it very difficult to evaluate the vehicle. I drove all the way from Pasadena to Hawthorne branch, after having called two times to see if the vehicle I wanted was still available at the lot. Two reps on different occasions told me that it's still available, so I drive down all the way from Pasadena only to be greeted by Mike (Bella Awad). He told me that the car is no longer available and was sold. But instead of assisting me to find other similar cars, he just shooed me away. I told him that I got into a car accident and that's why I need a car, and he made fun of my accident! So terrible! Someone from their office reached out to me saying they paid "top dollar" and told me based on my specs they would be able to offer 17-21k depending on the vehicle condition. Keep in mind KBB for my car is 23-24k. I'd be happy with 20-21. I drove an hour to get to them so they could inspect the vehicle. Their offer was a measley 16k. ALMOST GOT SCAMMED!! . All the cars smell bad and i asked why and he said the person that cleans them is out for the day. i was helped by a man to find a car that I liked and saw potential in one particular car. We test drove it, no problem. This is where the nightmare begins...He walks me into this crappy office with bullet holes in the wall and introduces me to Geo that is going to help me make the purchase. Very cold guy with absolutely no communication skills, not sure if he even spoke english since he hardly said a word to me, he gave me a stack of papers to sign without any explanation. i was told the car was 12,900. with taxes it was 3,000 more. none of it made sense. i was asked to pay for warranty which was 800 for a month. I asked him for the car fax and he accused me of texting someone that was asking me to ask these questions, he was very annoyed when i asked simple questions. I called my insurance to add the vehicle to my insurance which they did. I was asked to finance with their bank at a rate of 11.25%. He asked for me to make the down payment, i told him i want to look at the car once more, he said I cant because something is wrong with it so I will not be driving off with it. I was told it needed an oil change, then a smog check 3 hours later im still waiting and was told to wait another 15 min. this went on for 2 more hours and no car on site. It had disappeared and nobody knew where the car was. Geo insisted I make the down payment before they close, i told him i would not since the car was no longer on the premises and im not going to pay for a car that obviously needs maintenance, i asked Geo to call me when the car is back on the lot, never happened. I let them know the next day that i wouldnt be making a purchase. These people are unprofessional, i believe some salesman are homeless to be honest and with my luck I got stuck with Geo who was not pleasant by any means, he lacks communication skills, professionalism. Martina responded to my inquiry and and advised I could come in before 7 PM to see the vehicle. My Sister and I arrived and as the guy approached, I wish I had gotten his name, I asked for Alex, he said he wasn't there. I then asked for Carnell, he said he wasn't there. I said well anyone will do. Martina told me to ask for Alex (one of the owners) or Carnell first. He asked who the car was for, I said my Sister. He then asked her if she had been pre-approved. She advised him we'd be paying cash for the car. I told him that we saw a car in TrueCar and which one it was. He unrolled some papers he had and started looking at the list for the vehicle. I told him we'll walk the lot while he's looking. My Sister and I walked the entire lot. He never came out to assist us. As we walked back to my car, he was standing in front of my car and said "we don't have the car you're looking for." I told him, yes, you do. We already looked at it and I pointed to where the car was. He literally responded and said "well, I just didn't want to help you!" My Sister told him he was rude and he said "f*ck you" and walked into the building. There were 3 gentleman sitting outside that witnessed it. They apologized for his behavior and offered to help us. We declined. Not only will I never return to this company, I also DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to do business here. I own a Volkswagen Atlas. I have had this vehicle for 2 years and had nothing but pleasant experiences at cerritos Volkswagen repair. At my last check up before heading to Az trip they replaced a recalled catalytic converter. When I picked it up on Friday I noticed a rattle noise (like a loose box?). It went away by Monday. Two weeks later I hear the windshield wiper sensor every 5-10 min. While driving but no wiper action. I took it in today to find several tools and lug nuts inside my hood! Please inform anyone next time that the person purchasing the car not only has to have a CA ID but also needs car insurance and that having a secondary licensed driver with car insurance does not count. That would have saved me a lot of time. Another dealership is offering better financing and the buyer does not have to have a license; As long as there is a driver along side the buyer with a license and insurance to drive off the lot with insurance. The man was rude and too persistent about a 1.2k in house car insurance payment right there before leaving the lot. AAA is giving a process time of 7 days and they usually offer a $76 insurance coverage. No way any car insurance is over $1,000 read more

So I went to car world with my husband yesterday, looking for a car for my daughter, when I got there, I was met by who I was told the owner, Son, very nice young man, he then set me up with a car salesman, named Brian, who was above and beyond helpful, we went there, looking for for specific cars that were on their website, we found one of them on our own, and they told me before I did anything I had to go speak to the finance manager, I then told my sales person, that I was not going to finance the car. I was going to pay cash, he wouldn't talk to the finance manager and came back to me and said I'm sorry you still have to go speak to him it's their policy, so I did when I went in there the guy told me he didn't have any cars at that price, and I told him the cars we found were all on their website with the details and the prices, and he told me well we don't have those cars anymore, so I told him well, I found one of them, and he waves his hands and told the car salesman take her to find it! He was the rudest person in the world. I didn't even want to buy a car from them but this salesman was so nice so I said if this car is everything that it supposed to be, I will buy this car for my daughter just because of the car salesman, we took the car for a ride. Avoid this dealership! The guy I worked with initially, Mo, was great, but after he passed me onto their financier, was when there were red flags everywhere. I went in because I saw they were selling a Prius for 11k online, but he immediately corrected me saying 17k. I said no, 11k, and then I showed him the listing and then he was like, oh yeah the internet price (what?). He then said that it was the CASH PRICE, and on top of that I had to pay a "mandatory" $2000 GPS fee. If I didn't pay cash, then the price jumps to 17k but he waives the "mandatory GPS" fee. The car was quite dirty, I look under the car, the car was leaking oil. But since there was several cars, I was interested, I waited. finally, someone come to me, and look at the car I was interested and told me, with any interest to show me the car. That all the cars come with $2000+ cost (GPS + something else). I was mad since i was driving from far away, on the phone I did request for the out of the door price.
