Cheese Enchilada & shredded beef taco! YUM!!
    Oli L.

Had breakfast with my pops here yesterday and the food was amazing!! The staff were friendly and the place is clean with some beautiful wall decor and great music playing!! My dad is almost 95 yrs old so he usually eats like a bird, but he ordered the Huevos Rancheros and loved it!! He cleaned his plate!! I had the combo with a cheese enchilada and a shredded beef taco, they were both delicious, and the rice & beans were good too! They have a great salsa bar with lots of options. Highly recommend this place if you want authentic Mexican food! It's near the Cardinals football stadium. Easy parking too!!

I've been to this location twice now because it's my sister's favorite local spot. I sit on the bars side where the table tops are because you get full service there as opposed to the dining side where you have to order at the front and they call your order when it's ready. Ambiance is fun, music is good, I love the complimentary chips with a salsa bar. The margarita primo is premade so it wasn't the best and the food could be better in my opinion. The bartenders service was 10/10 on both visits!

The best lunch specials in the West Valley! This restaurant is always immaculate, and the staff is always so friendly, not to mention the food is delicious!

Caramba Mexican food places is one of the best places around State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona to eat. You have a lot of food options, the ambience and the taste of good food with friendly people it's on the top of the chart. Definitely a must try. Or if you'd like to try their cocktails in their bar area, enjoy a margarita.

Service was quick, food was hot & inexpensive but my fish taco was overcooked. The complimentary chips & salsa bar options were good but overall, it was a miss for me. Location is good and close to the outlet mall but if you plan to stay more than two hours, you have to register and pay.

Fast casual dining style, order at the cashier then find a seat, low music music and other guests conversations fill the air. This place gets a thumbs up from me, The Famous Stuffed Quesadilla, will be my go-to for when I come back. Enough food for two people (or one me), very well cooked with the internal ingredients spread inside the quesadilla, and not all bunched up in one area like some other places do. Tortilla was light and crisp almost as if it was fried, but don't quote me on that. Self serve salsa bar with many choices for different palates and flavor combinations.

This is supposed to be a 12$ Machaca burrito. No eggs even. No bueno.

I can't believe I spent $12 on mostly tortilla. Never coming back here again. And to think I gave them a tip before they made this for me. Obviously, it's just a joke to them.

Wasn't a fan. Had higher expectations from the reviews. Food was overcooked, Dry and Fajitas was very scarce with the protein. Service was good, however it's all SelfServe, atmosphere was casual and it was nice sitting in the patio. Peace... Frankie G.

Great authentic Mexican tacos, salsa was nice and not too spicy. Service was fast. Nice family owned spot. Having a cinco de mayo party. Looks like it's gonna be popping

Really enjoyed this Mexican place. Tasty food, big portions, tasty margaritas- all at a reasonable price. AND a salsa bar !!! A friend enjoyed the giant Mexican pizza, I loved the green tamale and carnitas street tacos. You order at the counter and receive your food super fast. There is a bar area and an outside eating area. I liked Caramba so much that I ate here 3 days in a row during my visit !

My go to place for my weekly Mexican food fix. The margaritas, spinach queso dip, and tortillas are the best in town.

Friendly staff. Food was not to my liking. I'm used to New Mexico style flavors. Prices are affordable and store was clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Mexican restaurant on 83rd Ave. and Peoria. It's a large…read morebuilding with lots of seating at booth tables and bar area. Put your name in at reception and you were taken back usually after a small weight. We didn't have to wait yesterday. The servers are really friendly and checked on a frequently refilling hubs soda a few times without him having to ask. Our waitress also brought us an extra bowl of spicy salsa because she saw we had eaten all of it. Just brought us another basket of hot and chips. On our first visit, I got enchiladas and instead of rice and on the side I decided to choose their potatoes. The potatoes are so delicious. I love them, and I will look forward to these again when we return. Today we ordered: - Coke - Diet Coke (no Coke Zero here) - NACHOS GRANDE - Tortilla chips, cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños. Choose seasoned ground beef, slow-roasted chicken or refried beans, or for an extra dollar, substitute fire-grilled steak or chicken fajita. I chose the chicken fajita protein topping. I ordered this for an entrée, but it would be a really good appetizer for 3 to 6 people. It's almost like cheese crisps, halved, with lots of melted cheese and a small amount of meat on each tortilla half. In the center there are toppings. I enjoyed the pickled jalapeños because they weren't extra hot. This hit my comfort food spot. I wasn't able to eat the whole thing so it was so big, but it was exactly what I was looking for. - THE GRANDE COMBINATION - Beef, chicken, cheese enchiladas, cheese chile relleno, tamale, crispy beef taco, guacamole. This combination is HUGE! Even the plate is grande. Absorbed this, and I think his eyes were larger than his stomach. He filled up on the beans and the rice, the chile relleno, and the taco. He got to take three enchiladas and a tamale for dinner the next night. A very nice tasty plate. Complementary chips and three types of salsa are brought to the table. Of the salsas, one is a red sauce that is mild, one is a pineapple tomatillo, and one is a spicier red salsa. The chips are nice and fresh and thin and brought to the table warm. Men's and women's restroom near the entrance for customers.

When requesting a table she stated there were only 2 servers and that the tables were not in their "section" which was only 4 feet from the booths! Stupidity at epic levels! We turned around and left after wasting 10 minutes. Eat at Firebirds across the street for better food, service and a hostess with brains!
