Came here to meet somebody, but it ended up being too far from where we needed to go. So I came in and got a small iced coffee to go. Very unique place. If I had more time, I would've ordered some food, but the iced coffee was amazing. Service was quick and friendly inside was a lot of memorabilia, including a motorcycle and other memorabilia.

Insanely good food actually ! Presentation looked good ! Customer service was spot on . Super chill very informative. Very relaxing spot! The coffee 9.3/10 just the right amount of everything the churro latte is not too sweet not too milky and actually taste like churro ! Amazing spot ! Highly recommend!

Cool coffee shop to stop by around carbon canyon, as it's motorcycle and retro themed! They definitely care about their coffee and took their time perfecting their pour over. The coffee was good and not bitter. I didn't get to try but I heard they make some of their flavors or syrup in-house.

Olinda Burger $13 no bacon but it's yummy with the 2 patties, cheese, onion ring, grilled onions, bbq sauce and mayo $13

Went on a Saturday motorcycle ride to Big Bear Lake and on the way I decided to have lunch at Carbon Canyon Coffee. Ordered the Olinda Burger $13 & a Coke $2.50, I didn't have bacon in it and it was a tasty burger with 2 patties, sauteed onions, onion ring, bbq sauce and mayo. Service was friendly leaving a $2 tip after I ordered and wasn't busy so a guy served it to my table instead of calling out my name. I like the motorcycle theme it has on the inside with plenty of outside seating. My nice go to place if I'm riding thru the area.

I passed by this place about a year ago and decided I wanted to try it. A year later I finally have. It's cute and the ambiance is so lovely. If you sit outside you hear all the wildlife in carbon canyon as you sip your coffee. The food itself is really nice and feels like home. The service is great and the people are really friendly. I wish I actually stopped by a year ago and made this my regular spot. I love it.

Churro latte with a breakfast sandwich

All these years and I finally come in to visit Carbon Canyon Coffee. I ordered a churro latte and a breakfast sandwich. Churro latter was very flavorful with just the amount of extra kick (caffeine) needed. The breakfast sandwich comes with egg, cheese, & bacon on your choice of bread. You can add avocado if you like. Perfect breakfast to start my day. Inside had the very chill relaxing ambiance. A few old style motorcycles and throw back decor. Come support Carbon Canyon Coffee.

It was hot today and the smoothie was perfect and refreshing. Really love the service and the spot and the view.

Finally got the chance to try this coffee shop after years of driving by! We got the carbon canyon mocha and horchata latte. Great service and nice people! We got the chance to try some of the Kyoto cold brew, from two people that don't drink much black coffee, very tasty! Excited to return and try some of their food c:

Stopped by this morning for coffee and as usual, the service was great. This coffee shop is always clean, has a great ambience, tasty food and drinks and attentive service. I was waiting for some food to go and they start playing 90's R&B. I felt like a 14 year old girl all over while enjoying my coffee and muffin. Thank you CarbonCanyon Coffee for giving me such a wonderful start to my day!

Food-3 Service-1 Ambiance-3 Kind of a cool vibe; olde time gas station meets country coffee shop. Breakfast was meh, they didn't seem to have their shi* together. The food is just an afterthought, and an additional source of revenue without much effort. They accidentally gave our food away (TWICE) to people that came after us. Thirty five minutes wait for a breakfast sandwich that was only passable.

I'm usually a creamer with coffee dude but with this coffee it's just coffee with oat milk and it's delicious. No complaints here.

I especially liked the Avocado Benedict, there was a savory and creamy taste to it. The House French Toast was a great addition for dessert; the toast had a crispy texture while the inside was soft. The Manga Iced Green Tea was refreshing but if you wanted something interesting but also a latte then the potted plant is a good choice! Overall, it is such a nice brunch spot to go to with many different choices. I definitely want to come back to try their other items.

My favorites are the salmon Benedict and egg coffee! Highly recommend both. Parking in the plaza is pretty tight, so I'd recommend coming earlier for a better spot or parking across at the plaza with Snail's Pace and walking over. Weekdays are great, but expect it to be very crowded on weekends.

Overall, everything lacked flavor, although I will say the red salsa served with the chips was delicious. My friend ordered the avocado toast, but it was basically just a slice of bread with sliced avocado--no seasoning, condiments, or anything to make it stand out. The small garden salad was equally underwhelming, consisting of only romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes with no dressing or even a drizzle of olive oil. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, but they were more like open-faced boiled eggs since the yolks were completely hard instead of runny. The café de olla had a nice flavor, but it was much sweeter than expected. I think it would be better if they served it unsweetened (or lightly sweetened) and let customers adjust the sugar to their own taste. I really wanted to enjoy this place because the ambiance is so charming, but the food just didn't live up to the experience.

Bottom Line Up Front: Eggbred is breakfast food for Gen Z --…read moreand that's not a dig by any means. Let me eggplain... The Background: Eggbred is a fast-food establishment with fast-casual aspirations. You pay at the counter but the meals are handcrafted, so there's a wait similar to a sit-down restaurant. Plus, the prices are higher than a Mickey D's -- $9.79 to $13.99 for sandwiches and $9.99 to $17.99 for burritos, for example. The Food: I ordered the Ribeye California Burrito and it was delicious. The beef was tender and moist, the avocado was fresh, and the cilantro crema was tasty. The lemonade was very meh, unfortunately. The Setting: Located in a smallish strip mall on Harbor Boulevard, it has limited free parking in the front. Not a problem on a weekday mid morning, but I imagine it would be quite difficult to find parking at peak times. Inside, it had a cool, modern aesthetic, but it was small, not ideal for mid to large-size groups. Customer Service: My cashier was friendly and quite knowledgeable, providing an eggcellent recommendation (the Ribeye California Burrito). However, the cook staff took awhile making the food (it took about 20 minutes for my order to come out). The Pros and Cons: So, is the food worth the hype and premium prices? Yes and no. It's essentially a fast-food restaurant charging sit-down prices with longish wait times. Your satisfaction level will depend largely on your expectations: if you're thinking it's fast food, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the care they put into the food and freshness of the ingredients. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a more premium experience to match the premium prices. The Conclusion: I would need to return to try the other dishes on the menu to give a definitive answer, but based on my first experience I didn't feel like I got enough value for the price I paid and the wait I endured. While I would be open to trying their other dishes, I would not return unless I was in the area by chance.
