I came here with a couple of friends and my boyfriend. I liked the really cool motorcycle and motor-cross theme here. I got one of their iced teas. They were out of the peach black tea that I wanted, but they made me a special tea with some extra pumps of peach flavoring. The drink was really refreshing and light. My boyfriend got the churro kyoto cold brew. It was pretty strong, but he liked it. It did have a hint of sweet churro taste. My boyfriend's roommate also bought some coffee beans from Nicaragua, they gave him instructions on how to brew and serve it. We serve it now in a kegerator to make nitro cold brew. The service here was good, they were really nice and helpful. It's a really cool coffee shop with a unique theme and I would definitely come again, maybe get a coffee next time. read more

This spot has been on my list of coffee shops to visit for the year and a half. FINALLY made it in today before work. Absolutely loved the theme and interior of the coffee shop. Was greeted right away, got help with my questions and didn't have to wait too long for my order. Menu had a pretty good variety and I enjoyed what I got. The fellas and I rode our motorcycles to this place for a cup of coffee. Nice place and plenty of parking. The coffee was great as well as the service. Brooke was friendly and put a great vibe on the place. Food was just ok. !!! I had the avocado toast. The avocado was not fresh as other places more like processed. The avocado was smeared on the bread like peanut butter. I was able to fold the bread in half and eat it. Please keep in mind. We didn't come here for the food. As a suggestion, maybe increase the price of the avocado toast and use real avocado. I think your customers would be very happy with that. read more

First time coming here and upon arrival you are welcomed by a beautiful interior and wonderful workers. We let the girl at bar know that we are first timers and wondered if she would recommend the carbon canyon mocha. She told us that it's her FAVORITE and that she just had it that morning as well. We trusted her and were pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure if I tasted all the notes stated but I was just happy that the espresso had a nice nutty flavor wasn't too bitter or roasted due to poor extraction. We waited until 12 as they serve burgers on Friday/Saturday as well. The guy worker explained each and every item very thoroughly and gave delicious recommendations. Yes! Yes! Yes! Genius place for a coffee bar especially a delicious, cool, off the wall kind of place. For obvious reasons this coffee shop might be my favorite. There is a good variety of coffee options and food options. Not to mention roasted coffee to purchase including Kenya roast which is extremely hard to find locally. Motorcycle enthusiast are more than welcome you will feel at home and bring all your friends the patio is quiet the music is good the coffee is great. It's a great way to escape the inland empire but not feel like you're too far away. I will be back often without any doubt. Went on a weekend and was pleased with the service. I'm awful with the names but the man who took our order was a chatter box, which is good cause most places just take your order then say "it'll be right up." Then leave. Got the horchata latte which actually tasted like the espresso because some places are straight cinnamon or just horchata flavor. Also got a egg and cheese bagel which was good. My husband got the charcoal latte which he wasn't a big fan of but says it was his mistake for not asking more about it. I'd come again especially since I like the drive through Carbon canyon and I liked how quiet it is inside. read more

KETO DONUTS! Lovely little local coffee shop. The owners are charming and the coffee was wonderful. I loved how they support other local artisans, by sourcing their baked goods locally! We even got to try their locally made Keto Donuts, DEVINE! Both the chocolate and churro flavor were delish and did not have any "fake" sweetener flavor that some Keto items have. Coffee wise we got a standard cold brew with oat milk and a caramel cold brew with oat milm; both were very good! I am excited to come back and try their espresso options after their soft open. New coffee location just recently opened and the lady helping us out was super sweet and helpful with drink recommendations since it was our first time here we were unsure what to get. She recommended their cold brew since it was smooth and easy to drink black and she wasn't wrong! Carbon Canyon Coffee is such a cool off-the-beaten-path place! I highly recommend their Kyoto cold brew coffee. As I've gotten older, hot coffee doesn't always agree with me, but this cold brew is strong (main requirement for coffee...duh) and oh so smooth. I also love their matcha latte. They have a sweetened type or unsweetened, so I always get the unsweetened when I'm looking to change up my drink. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and great at suggesting things if you're not sure what you want! I found Carbon Canyon Coffee when I used the canyon to commute for work. I no longer drive through for work, but it is an excellent place to kick back and hang out on the weekends. They've got a comfortable patio for reading and relaxing and they have a burger pop up on the weekend evenings. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong! read more

Trying to fight rush hour traffic one Friday I remembered hearing about this coffee shop that's right on my way home, so I had to stop. So worth it. It's tucked away in a small strip mall just off Carbon Canyon Rd., with easy access in and out. And parking is no problem. The interior has an eclectic, cozy, motorcycle theme that fits it's location - A road that is also popular with motorcyclists and cyclists. The barista this day was Skyler (I hope I got the name right). She is so friendly and makes a great cafe mocha! So remember to leave her and her crew a nice tip. I gave up on the big coffee shop chains a few years ago, and always look for the small, out of the way shops when I get that caffeine craving. If you're the same way and need a diversion from Carbon Canyon traffic or just want to sit and relax with a good cup, stop here and get your recharge. read more

This is a must stop for when in the area! It's a beautiful drive through the canyon and you're warmly greeted by the staff & all their awesome decor! They were more than happy to answer all of our questions and were so friendly! I got to try a chicken sandwich which was the best sandwich I've had in such a long time! Cool little spot- good burgers, good coffee & great service! First time here with some good friends who recommended the place. Raved about the burgers and sure enough it was really good. I had the Standard burger with 2 patties (the Double Standard???) lettuce, tomato & aioli. Wife had the single patty version. Son had the Holypeño- double patty, bacon & jalapeño. Really liked mine but my son's was even better! I know what I'm getting next time! I also had a hot Americano- excellent! Staff was amazing- thank you Nikki for the great service! The guys behind the counter were also awesome. Checked on everyone frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. I'll know everyone's names eventually. We made a stop here before going for a morning walk at Carbon Canyon park. I had a medium roast coffee that was excellent. I'm a dark roast fan, but the smoothness of the coffee suited me perfectly.
