Absolutely full of snakes. To anyone who sees this: the number that the owner responds with to call…read moreis not an active number. For context, I did not purchase a car so no my name will not be in their "system." My wife and I went into Ted Russell Nissan to just kind of browse the new Nissan Z. We were told "no one really test drives these things." The reason being is that most people don't want a lot of miles on them. 1. It's a Nissan. 2. It's the modern equivalent of a 350z. 3. Not a Ferrari. 4. It's a Nissan. In addition to not taking any money off the car and only selling it at MSRP, they added the trade in deficit to the cost of the vehicle. For example, if the car is worth 40,000. My trade is worth 50,000; my pay off is 60,000. The car itself should cost 30k due to the trade value. I would then take on the negative equity in the new loan. So out the door the 52k dollar car came out to 63 out the door. How? That doesn't even make sense. After requesting a break down of the pricing 4 separate times, I never received it. We were brought into a room to agree on price one more time and it wasn't the same price in the first place. The sales manager, Mike- is an absolute joke. The staff of this place is an absolute joke. The dealership itself is an absolute joke. With all this information I went to cookeville Nissan. Test drove the car as soon as I got there, did the paperwork and left out the door with a 43k dollar deal. Please understand that this is literally a 20,000 dollar difference. The invoice date on the car was for June 29, 2025. They don't want to sell a car to you. They want to financially violate you. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would.

Where to start, holy smokes!…read more Inquired about a late model BMW X5, photos showed Bridgestone Alenza Runflat tires, vehicle description named "runflats" on multiple areas, even the Dealer description. We were sent a quick video taken by Jason Rosinni, quickly skimming past the tires. I got so excited about the X5 that I sent them a deposit and booked a flight to Knoxville. After my son, who is a tire expert, saw the video, he told me that they replaced the Bridgestone Alenza Runflats with Ironman Imove tires which are the cheapest tires on the market. After asking Mr. Rosinni about the switch in tires, he told me that the Bridgestone's were bald and they had to be changed. Ok, but why send me photos of Bridgestones valued at over $400 a tire installed, when they were replaced with a $143 tire? Also, the vehicle was originally sold with runflats and needs to continue to have runflats or provide a spare tire which Grayson did not. This is NOT the image BMW is striving for, and it makes me sick thinking about my experience with Mr. Rosinni. I had the most amazing experience buying my first brand new BMW in 2006, I just thought all BMW dealership were reputable, unfortunately, that can't be any more untrue. I got my $1,000 back from Grayson but had to eat my $500 airfare. NEVER AGAIN.

They scammed my 74 year old handicapped mother out of 43000 for a 2024 Infiniti QX60. Walter Grayson will not return calls after you talk to him and let him know what's going on. Infiniti said it will cost 10 to 15000 to fix the car. Also said the car wold never be the same. We took the car to South Carolina and thank God we didn't die. The only reason we found out about this is the check engine light came on and the car was trying to die on us. So when we got back we took it to Infiniti. Watch the video posted. The radiator is put up with zip ties. Very sad when you can't trust a so called reputable dealership.

They took my car apart and told me about 4 different things that needed to be fixed that had nothing to do with what is wrong with it. They priced it at $497, and when we told them we didn't have that much to spend because we already knew what was wrong and what it should cost us they told us it would still be 3 hours before our car was ready because they had to "put it back together" and the dude working on it was on a lunch break... so without even getting any service done they took 4 hours and charged us $119 just to tell us what the alleged "problem" was... they have no idea what they are doing and they are very rude and lazy.

Had car towed there was told the car ran good was ready for pickup. Tried starting car after paying 800.00, didn't start after they installed a STARTER SOLENOID. Was told the high price was because of disposal fees and labor. Its people like this that ruin the excellent reputation built over years for simple greed. Ask some of the folks in halls.I know I was taken because I have put these car parts on in thirty minutes or less when I was younger and also the mark up on the Solenoid was 110.00 plus disposal fees. When they said you need a STARTER we can analysis it, that's when I had the car towed. This is a older vehicle, which was maintained by the previous owners perfectly. Being a older vehicle you would maybe think it would be easier for them. Also, these are in no way shape or form certified mechanics like the sign still says on the building,in my neighbors opinion. Money goes to quick now. If needed don't go here. It's also under a new name.
