Wish I could give them 0 star. Such a ripoff and took advantage of us.... we were there on 7/2/18 we went to the dealership to get our check engine light diagnosed for our 02 Mazda MPV. The service department called me and told me to keep the vehicle overnight for the specialist to check the vehicle. 7/3/18 we were told the cost of repair would be 3000.00 which is more than the car is worth. Their suggestion was to trade off the vehicle since it will not pass the smog test which is going to be due for renewal on August 2018. We went there the same day and negotiated with the trade in value of our vehicle which they finally agreed for 3000 trade in value, and then finding out later that the price of the vehicle that was similar to our van is a 15 Mazda5 was 12193 on their website, and on our contract they sold it for 14925 sale price, we did a our own research and found out that the vehicle they sold us has been on an accident, I called the dealership the next day to let them know that the vehicle had been on an accident and they should have disclosed this info to us (which was 4th of July) and was told to come in on the 5th to talk to our dealer and finance department. We have never brought the car off their property it has always been on their possession since day 1. And on the 5th when we went there, we were told that we cannot cancel the deal because there are no 3 day rescissions, the only thing they could do is to exchange the vehicle, they fixed the price for 12193 instead of 14925 and we redid the paperworks again. And still we cannot bring the new vehicle with us. We have been asking the manager to cancel the paperworks/contract and wanted our old van back, and they refused. We were also told that within 10days from July 5th we will have 10 days to exchange the vehicle, we have been asking to have it written down for the 10 days to be written up in a paper and still they did not give us the paper stating we can exchange the vehicle. We were promised that we will get the vehicle around 5pm that day on Thursday. And was given a loaner car to drive around since they wont give us our old vehicle back. Around 5:50 that afternoon I got a text message from our dealer saying that the vehicle is not ready and will be ready the next day. On July 6th Friday we went to the dealership again to let them know that we just wanted to cancel the contract/deal and they still refused to cancel and give our old van back. We gave the loaner back to the dealership and told them we are not taking the vehicle they sold us with us. They have not given us our old van back and their new vehicle has always been on their possession, which made us think that there is something going on with the vehicle that they are not telling us because they keep delaying the vehicle. We left the dealership with both vehicles with them, the loaner car, the van they refused to give back and the new vehicle we never have in our possession until today, and last night we saw them posted our van for sale already too... we also ask to speak to their GM but he's always on vacation since day one. I have sent an email to you too Mr. Beecher and awaiting reply. read more

The only reason I'm giving this a one star review is because of the finance manager by the name of David. How he still has a job there is beyond me. My wife and I were car shopping at CardinaleWay with the assistance of a great salesman, Paul. With the help of his manager, Ramm, whom we're both very helpful and informative we decided to purchase one of their Mazda 3 series. The next day I came in to sign papers, met with David. He tried scare tactics in trying to sell packages on top of the deal. He was very unprofessional, enough to make me back out of the deal, out of spite. He literally was yelling at me in front of other staff members and customers about how I wasted their time. Never have I wanted to knockout a mf'er more. I ended up going to Findlay Mazda to purchase one of their cars and actually saved $20/month on top of it. Hopefully the upper management take action, and force a resignation. This review is for the service department. I have been coming here for scheduled services since purchasing my mazda in 2016. They do their best to make you comfortable while you wait for your vehicle and the amenities are always stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. My rep has always been Doug and he has been phenomenal each time I am there and he would always make sure they washed my car before I got it back! Bonus! I docked a star for this last visit because I had made an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change and told them I wasn't going to wait at the dealership (due to recent social distancing issues) and to call me when it was ready. Well 3 hours comes and goes with no call and when I called to inquire about the status the receptionist was very un engaged and honestly sounded rather bored and I had to wait several minutes on hold before she informed me my car had been ready for awhile. I asked why I was not called and she just said I would get a call from Matt in service. Matt did indeed call a few minutes later and was apologetic about my wait and said my car wasn't in the "waiting cue" (which I guess is what they use for people who are waiting for the vehicle) I still Don't understand why you just don't call the person when their car is done regardless of if they are in the waiting area or not. This is the first issue I've had since coming here so I'm definitely not letting it ruin my experience because the team is great and I'm thankful Matt fixed the problem. :) Happy to be a Mazda owner! read more

They took my key to do an appraisal on my car for trade in. When I asked for my key back he said, "Oh right, yeah I'll give it back to you in a minute." When I asked for it again he said, "Oh, your key is in the back I'll get it after I show you this car." By this time I had been there for almost 2 hours... I just wanted to go home and think about my options. But I obliged and went to see the two other cars he pulled up for me. His Manager came over and also wanted to do an appraisal on the car I wanted to trade in. He told the sales person, "I was looking for the key in the back and couldn't find it. Do you know where it is?" The sales man answered, "Oh it's right here." And handed over my key he had previously told me was in the back. I assumed he had kept it because he didn't want me to leave with out making a purchase. Although, if you can't even be honest about a simple key how do you expect me to buy a car from you? I gave two stars because yes, they were pleasant, but they didn't listen to me and what I wanted. I felt like all they worried about was making the next sale. Not likely to return. Update: GO TO ENTERPRISE CAR SALES!! They are amazing and helped fulfill my every want and need. They didn't pressure me.. they listened to me. I am beyond impressed. read more
