we came in to see how much we would get for our car and talk about a trade in from the beginning we were very straight forward about what exactly we wanted for our car if we traded in and if it didn't work out then so be it. we first were talking with andrew who was very polite he took us for a test drive sort of spoke numbers with him and he brought in a guy to go over specific numbers with us. again we talked over and over about how we wanted this specific amount for our car and if it wasn't what he could do for us then we would just sell the car ourselves. after going back and fourth we had sort of agreed on numbers we then decided to step outside so we could talk more about it in private and look at the car we were interested in for the trade in. after going back and fourth with the guy who does numbers and basically coming to an agreement and said if we do these numbers will you sign and my husband saying probably that's when we wanted to talk in private to make sure we were on the same page. as we were coming back inside david the "manager" was waiting for us we sat down with him and my husband was about to say we are going to sign and david quickly goes no we won't do those numbers and my husband said we were just talking with the other guy and he said the numbers is what he would do for us and david goes no im the manager and i said no that won't work that wasn't an agreement. my husband proceed and said this won't work for us. david said okay got up and left us there while we were still sitting at the desk. he was very rude and very unprofessional. we were never rude and very open if it didn't work out that it was okay we deserve the same respect. i would say andrew and the second guy we were working with were very nice we didn't get the guys name who does the numbers. also, i believe his name is isaac was very nice. but the manager david he sucks. it is concerning that david is the manager of the sales department when he was so rude and disrespectful. we will gladly take our business elsewhere! read more

Women beware! They promise one thing and deliver another! I called early in the morning to set up an appt at 2pm that same afternoon. I was told the car I was I inquiring about would be in the front ready to test drive. Of course when I got there it was nowhere to be found and I had to wait 45 mins for someone to find it and bring it out. It was a painful negotiation process and 6 hours later finally signed paperwork. Now I sit two weeks later with two car notes because they have not gotten around to paying off my trade in. But of course the the new payment is due shortly. So now I have to pay on two cars and I only have ONE!!!!! Inept finance department and I have to pay the price!!!! So go to this dealership if you want to continue to pay on a car you no longer own!!!!! I've called several times to be put on indefinite hold and forced to leave a message....never to be returned!!!!! They would NEVER treat a guy this way! I've bought and sold many cars in my day and I've NEVER had both loans hit my credit report at the same time!!!! Ridiculous! I had a wonderful experience working with Ram! My lease was expiring for my 2017 Mazda CX-5 and Ram reached out to offer his service. This was during quarantine so I wasn't sure how it would all play out but he made me feel at ease and really took care of me. We went back and forth but never once did he make me feel like I was a nuisance. He was very patient and transparent, and not pushy, which I really appreciated. Ram was so helpful in meeting my needs that I signed a new lease! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He drove the car out to me and we finally met face to face. Very pleasant man and extremely knowledgeable. Crazy how great customer service can go a long way. If you're ever in need of buying or leasing a new car at mazda, make sure to ask for Ram! This is the worse dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We went in a Friday night and we were told since it was the holiday weekend they couldn't get financing done until Tuesday of the following week. The finance manager Isaac Rivas assured us that he would personally be calling my son and I first thing Tuesday after he talked to the finance companies whom he said he had friends at. Never got a call to inform us that the truck we wanted was sold. My son just happened to call to find out the status of our loan only to find out they had sold it and never informed us. This was a lousy move on their part. I will never visit that dealership again and I will not be recommending it to anyone either. Poor customer service on their behalf. Customer service is everything...no matter what business you are in. After a good experience with our salesman in buying our used 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S, the entire experience after that was horrific. Hostile employees, the inability to just talk to customers with respect, and a lack of communications between departments, are just a few of the issues. Here's more on what happened to us. The car we purchased was "as-is," as are most used car. But within a few days the check engine light came on. I immediately called our salesperson who said no problem, bring it in and we'll take a look. I instead brought it to the most respected independent Mini garage in Las Vegas. They diagnosed the issue as a thermostat housing - not a big mechanical issue. It's a $70 part. But it would have cost us $500 (with labor) to replace on our own. I asked CardanaleWay to take care of it. It took a tense back and forth for them to finally agree. Even then, they kept throwing out veiled sentences on how they weren't responsible. But as the Mini mechanic told us: any diagnostic test of the vehicle would have shown this code so they had to know before putting the car on the lot it had to be replaced - yet chose not to do it. They then asked me to make a service appointment to bring the car in at 8:30am the next day. The sales guy told us they would have to keep it for a day or two and they would set me up with a loaner. When I dropped the car off, the Service manager looked at me like I was nuts and said "We don't have anything to do with loaners, that's a sales issue and you'll have to talk to them at 9am when they get in." His tone was "I don't give a bleep about you," and I had to sit and wait despite having to get to work ASAP. I then waited and no one helped me so I went to the sales desk as instructed to ask about the loaner. "I don't have loaners," the sales manager said. To which I replied, what am I supposed to do? My salesman said you'd give me a loaner. He got short with me and complained that he just walked in and he'd have to call the salesman as he was off today. A complete nasty, disrespectful guy. So...I had been treated like trash (mind you after buying a car from these people!) three times in one morning. You can't make this up. After sitting for two hours, during which the surly guy did switch moods and did treat me better, they strung me along saying they were going to fix the car while I waited. Only to come back to me and tell me it will take longer. They never found me a loaner and with my wife, who works across town, and kids in school, it created a nightmare for us from a transportation perspective. Did CardanaleWay care at all? No. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE looking to buy or service their car. They clearly do not value their customers nor do they want to keep customers long-term. I advise you to stay COMPLETELY clear of this place and their employees. There are better options in Las Vegas and rewarding people who treat their customers this way would be criminal. My experience with other businesses that operate this way is that it's all part of their culture. It's not one bad visit or an outlier. Their culture is NOT customer focused so I will not be back and will do my best to make sure EVERYONE I know and do business with knows what poor customer service CardanaleWay provides in their dealership. They did finally fix the issue after lying about a loaner and making me sit for 6 hours in the showroom waiting. It made me miss work and have to waste a vacation day. Spent and wasted a lot of time there just to find out at purchase time that the sticker price is not the price! They added 5k because of the 'market' and how their is a shortage of cars. There were 5 of the exact model that I wanted there so I'm not sure how that is true. Anyway, I bought the car from their competition for the sticker price, no problem. Bought another add on package for half the price and ended up saving over $2100.00 just by driving a couple extra miles. what to be taken advantage to them go here just like most car dealerships they see someone who has no knowledge of cars or maintenance will be taken advantage of on things they really dont need or unnecessary by telling them well the manufacture suggest that you have these things done even though you dont need them. case in point my wife went there to have her battery checked because she needed a jump start the day before. i told her to wait until my off days but she was worried it might happen again so she took in to cardinaleway to get it check. now the it came back that the battery was still good but she wanted a new one just in case. that should have been it . but now the service adivsior is telling her well your car needs the 30,000 mile check up and who no`s what else . no she olny has 31,000 miles on a 2016 car which is now just over six years old which means she doent drive that much. so now it went from 199.00 for battery to 825.00 for all the things the car didnt need for instance i just have oil change on car 4 months earlier but some how it need a oil change , new brake fluid, coolant and a list of other bullshit ,you get the picture.. i call to voice my concern about this seeing how they took advantage of a older koren woman and they just beat around the bush about it offering free car wash and detailing or two free oil changes or mabe a fan belt really asshole . never again will we do business with them. Really nice show room and service center. To bad they don't pay techs an hourly wage or a salary. They get paid off of labor which means they need to sell you as much as possible every time in house to make a living. Be careful on what you buy from service and your Mazda doesn't need 30k service every 6 months. I look at this dealership and all I see is how they rob their techs for countless hours of free labor. Saw two techs washing a fridge in the back today lol. A refrigerator. Went to there to get my oil change there after making an appointment the day before. The guy that first greeted me seems annoyed to be there. The service guy was friendly and got me in and out at the amount of time he said it would take. When i got my car back i notice they didn't wash my car. The service guy said normally they would but since they're under remodel they can't . That is understandable but what really annoyed me was the really dirty streak on my windshield from them testing my wipers.
