I've registered, been notified to arrive, and still waited close to two hours to be seen in the waiting room. After everyone in the waiting room has been seen. I was shaking and had body aches the whole night before I went in. I made an appointment for 9 am for the next day since I was worried I had something serious but didn't want to go to the ER due to covid. They checked me in as soon I got there and they took my urine sample after waiting for 15 min. I was finally seen by the doctor about 1.5 hr later where I was diagnosed with kidney infection. I felt so cold and disoriented in the waiting room that I had to lie down while waiting for an injection. They made me feel comfortable by giving me Tylenol to lower my fever and allowing more time for me to discuss my symptoms. I was so glad for the thorough checkup and that they tested my urine ASAP to let me know it was not necessary to go to the ER. Everyone here was very helpful and courteous! read more

So convenient since my kids seem to get sick exclusively on weekends and/or holidays. Most things here are good, but when they're bad, they suck. If the only thing you can mutter is "have you even been here before," you should probably just pretend you're mute and communicate another way. When my 7 year old - my SICK seven year old who can hardly speak without a fit of coughing followed by vomiting - comments about how rude you are, that should be indicative of a bigger issue. We went in for my daughter's finger which we thought may be broken. She was a new patient, but we were still seen incredibly fast. The staff was super friendly, especially Trish. The doctor made my daughter feel comfortable and did a great job. They took some x-rays and gave us material to keep her finger stable while it heals. I have been waiting over a hour have seen two people leave and still have yet to be called! They told me 30 min to 45 min! Ridiculous

Not sure if we were just the lucky ones that got the short end of the stick or the stars aligned in a bad way for us. We brought our 3 year old son in last night 7.14.21 after having a very bad allergic reaction to some food from preschool. Benadryl wasn't helping so we were hoping for some steroids or something stronger to get through the night until we could make an appt to see his pediatrician. After an hour an half wait we were seen and told that it was for sure an allergic reaction to food (we already knew this) and to continue with Benadryl and they sent us home. No concern whatsoever. Oh and if he has problems breathing just take him to the ER....boy, we felt great going home knowing our son could potentially stop breathing. Today, as of 6am, the reaction has become worse and spread to his entire body and his face is swollen. We rushed him to his pediatrician and they were shocked to know we weren't given any additional care last night from this urgent care/doctor. He is now in good hands and hopefully recovering soon. We will not be returning to this location and feel the doctor we had could have done something more to make our son more comfortable, as all the other nurses and doctors today agreed something should have been done. read more

Came here to get a cough checked out. Thankfully the place was empty (came in at 7pm). The lady at the check in was very nice and filling out paperwork was a breeze. Didn't have to wait long before getting called back. The nurse was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Doctor Michael Allen was incredible. Super nice and he (unlike many doctors I have met) actually seemed to genuinely care. He listened carefully when I was explaining my symptoms and offered an answer right away. This is the first time I've left a doctors office feeling confident in the diagnosis I was given rather than leaving confused or undiagnosed. read more

The worst. Last Wednesday I got a voicemail from the doctor regarding a test result. I've been trying to call back and reach this clinic calling them multiple times every day but to no avail. I decided to use a different phone number and what do you know! They answered in less than a minute only to put me on hold for FIFTEEN MINUTES before dropping the call. I've been trying to reach this place for three days because I wanted to find out from the doctor if I need to take more medications. I then tried using a third phone number to which they answered quickly (aha!). The person I talked to on the phone was apologetic and said he could help me at that moment but was sad to say that the person I needed to talk to regarding my test result went inside a room with a patient. He asked if they could call me back in an hour. I just came home from work that morning so I asked him if they could call me past 5pm, he said yes they will call at 5pm. But did they call? You guessed it, they did not. I ended up messaging my primary MD regarding my test result which was an inconvenience since I went to an outside facility, they couldn't see the test result. What is wrong with the people in the front desk of this facility? I work in a healthcare setting and understand that it can get crazy busy especially at thesw times but this is not acceptable. Patients go to you for a reason! Because they knew I've been calling with the same number for multiple times already they chose to ignore my calls claiming they were "busy" but had time to answer for phone numbers not registered on their end. Utterly disgusted by this CareNow's service. You do not deliver quality patient care! Response to Hannah B: I do not wish to speak to anyone in this facility anymore. My primary MD already addressed my problem. I don't usually leave reviews especially bad ones but your staff have been repeatedly unfair. At least I know now not to go to this facility in the future. Came here after trying the urgent Care on West Grand Canyon (they weren't taking patients) and the Care Now on Durango and Flamingo (two hour wait). I used the web check-in, which was really handy. I was greeted by a receptionist who was so sweet. The MA was also very nice. I saw Dr. Harmon who was quick and efficient. She asked questions and listened to my concerns. Overall, it was a quicker visit than I expected, in and out the door in under an hour. The clinic was clean and comfortable. Also snagged a lollipop at the end of my appointment. No one enjoys being sick, but the staff here made the road to recovery more pleasant. read more

Wow! Just left this place and was incredibly impressed! The service here is top-notch. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had a sprained ankle and everyone I encountered treated me with kindness and patience. They listened to me and didn't rush me through. My 6 yr old daughter even had a "bad ankle" and they wrapped her up. (it was a sympathy hurt ankle) but still, they were so kind to her. Great bedside manner. I loved how I could check in online and then have them call me when it was my turn to come in. The facility itself is sparkling clean. This will be my new go-to urgent care. read more

My insurance changed and when I went in this morning, I checked in on the paper pad and watched several other patients come in after me and get checked in personally. I have visited this clinic 3 times and the last experience was horrible. I did a web check in at 10am but arrived there by 9am. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours till they called me. Then when they called me, I waited inside the room for another 30 minutes. I did not even see the doctor until afterwards. There was one doctor and so much nurse assistances. If you visit this clinic, ask first whose the Doctor on shift. We saw Dr. Budge and he was very slow. It felt like he purposely keeps everyone waiting. He talked very slow and complains how busy he is. Based on our visit, he had very poor time management skills and uses the "busy clinic" as an excuse to do his job in a sufficient way. Again, I have seen so many doctors and most doctors wants in and out clinic but thoroughly. If he is the Dr. on shift expect to wait longer. read more

Checked in online because I was expecting to have to wait awhile. (This feature alone makes me chose CareNow). They called immediately and said they can see me right away. After I showed up I was in the back within 10 minutes. This was today (a Saturday) at about 5:30pm. The two women at the front were more than friendly & I feel that they do their job above my expectations . The doctor (David Budge) was prompt and did not leave me waiting. He was also friendly and professional. Gave me additional advice a doctor at an urgent care usually wouldn't. He even pointed out that my pharmacy I use would probably be closed before I could drive there and refereed me to a 24 hour one. Upon leaving, they give me a whole print out of my diagnosis, vitals, and other information about my visit. Another thing places I have been to don't. This location can be very busy at times, but I suppose I had good luck. The online check in is a life saver tho, so no need to wait in a lobby when you're not feeling well! I never thought there would be a day where I would be Yelping an Urgent Care but this place deserves some recognition. This is my 2nd time here this week; once with the kidlet and once now with my significant other. They are so nice, never a wait, the Dr is crazy nice. We are not insured & the cost to be seen is remarkably minimal. Including xrays we are walking out under 200$. (That is not to say anyone else will have the same cost so don't show this yelp review when your total is higher and get mad at me lol) I wish all urgent cares were this accessible, polite & knowledgeable. We had to leave from our gate getting ready to board an airplane to come here so our stress level was high after having to walk away from our flight. It was nice to walk in, have a smiling face at the counter and absolutely no wait. Having a nice, understanding and caring Dr. was the icing on the cake. Kudos to these guys. read more

This is a terrible facility. The staff is nice which is why I'm giving two stars. I went there to get staples and had a co pay of $75. I was told I wouldn't be charged for staple removal, yet I'm still getting bills from them. I have called and emailed to resolve the matter, but I'm still receiving bills. My husband and I went there to get tested for COVID and we were promised results in 3-5 days. It has now been a week and we still have not gotten results.
