Food was fine but the manager is yelling at the employees on what to do for about 10 minutes. We don't need to hear that. You talk to them personally. When another customer complained that she was yelling at her employees she said she was "Directing them" aka telling them what to do in a loud voice. People don't respond good to loud "directing". Just talk to them personally one on one so only they can hear you. Don't belittle them. Not good managing. read more

I have to say that this location is new and impressive. It's so clean and doesn't have any of the battle scars as older locations. The people are professional and the food came out super fast. Well I gave Carl's 2 try's. One on my way down the grapevine the other on my way home the other day. Convinced of 2 things 1. The kitchen has no coordination with the front order taker. Both times the order taker got my order right and both times the order was wrong Experience 1. Got a lettuce wrapped double cheese burger with extra onion and mustard. Not to far off. Started driving planning on eating my burger. They added ketchup and gave me no onions. Experience 2 told the order taker about the Friday mistake and asked to do the same order but get it right. Everything was fine until I opened it in my car and thought I better check it before leaving. Sure enough it wasn't lettuce wrapped but in a bun I brought it back in and they corrected although rather than remaking it watched them take off the bun slap some mire mustard on and put some lettuce. Got a real issue when in both instances you have a menu in English and the people on the cook line don't understand how to follow an order When in this environment where you can't eat in the restaurant and I have to take out or drive through getting it right should be important read more

Worst ever! We stopped by on our way to LA. Ordered the "beef" nacho. The was no beef in the nacho. Went to tell the cashier there was no beef in the nacho. It took 3 of the workers about 2-3min. to check because they couldnt tell the difference between beans and beef. What a shame! read more

Terrible location with terrible customer service! My family and I were driving back to Sacramento after visiting the LA area and placed an order online. We arrived at the store and were told that they closed early because they were short staffed. A very rude worker refused to refund my money and told me to call the store manager. I later called and spoke to Manager Carlos. I explained the situation and he told me that he would call me back...he never returned my call. I have now had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. It is outrageous since I never received my food! What a waste of time and money. Be careful when ordering online from this location to avoid being ripped off. Go to In & Out across the highway - at least they know how to treat their customers properly! read more

It's 9:44 pm and employee at drive thru said they were closed. Wow but lights are on.. something or someone isn't right

Gross bathrooms. The bathroom stalls had either dirty toilets (One of the toilets was clogged) or out of toilet paper. When I went to tell an employee that that bathroom was filthy she was short and said someone was working on it. While we were using the restroom an employee came in to use the restroom but left when she was finished. No one came in to clean it while we're there. It wasn't terribly busy, no reason for bathrooms to be that way. I would expect it at a truck stop but not in a new restaurant. Yuck! read more

The manager and shift leaders and the crew are all nice and welcoming. I have even had the manager walk in the dining area and asked if I was okay. Most fast food places don't do this but they did. Pleasantly surprised by this Carl's Jr. Located right by the freeway with a huge parking lot. We walked in and were greeted by the cashier Shawna. She is a perfect example of great customer service! She was personable and the service was super fast!! Food was brought to our table and it was hot and delicious. I'm so happy the women's bathroom was clean, stocked, and had at least 3 stalls. Food took awhile eating in but it was hot and made well. They had plenty of outlets on the center bar section which was great. But... The women's bathrooms were disgusting, only one stall had both toilet paper and seat protectors and the ground/walls were gross. Bathrooms at rest stops are cleaner than this one. read more
