Carlsbad. Monday, 6/10/2024. Drive-thru at 1150am. Cashier gets a 1 star in customer service. She definitely doesn't care about her job & it shows. Management/Owner needs to hold training. Go somewhere else for your food. I don't recommend this Carl's Jr. location.

It dosnt say anything about the lobby closing at 10 pm on the Apple maps.

This time I was there before 10 pm and the lobby was already closed! I wanted to order at the drive through window with my rewards points, In the past I've seen customers walk through the drive through after the lobby being closed and be served without a problem, yet the past two nights I've been refused service by the same rude lady working the drive through window. I don't see any valid reason why they can't serve me because they are closing the lobby early! At these times there are no cars in line. I feel like this Hispanic lady is discriminating against me, for I've seen other customers walk to the window and be served without a problem. The rude lady makes a steering wheel signal and walks away from the window and ignores you if she doesn't care to serve you. She is not following the store hours by closing the lobby early and is discriminating against the customers that she doesn't want to serve!

Excellent service by Mrs. Dulcet, stellar customer service. I will definitely come back to this location, clean restaurant.

This appears to be a regular burger- it was thinner than the other ones which were supposed to be impossible burgers.

I really wanted to give more stars but just can't do it. I visited this location in response to the offer of a free impossible burger. I was excited to try something new and different and have had an open mind about new products and the companies behind it. We ordered our burgers (4 in total) and I gave one to each of my daughters. I noticed immediately that my burger patty was different than theirs- mine was flat and dense while theirs was thicker in size and had larger consistency particles in it. Mine tasted like a regular burger (and I thought at first that they did a great job in fooling people) but when I tried my daughter's burger, it had a softer texture and more seasoning compared to mine. So it seemed likely that they gave me a regular burger. I asked the cashier and he did say that the differences I noted in the patties was consistent with that assessment. If that is the case, what is the point of running a promotion to let customers try a new product? Thank God I'm not a vegetarian or I would have had a fit.... Mix-up aside- the burger was pretty decent and the restaurant was clean. So 3 stars it is.

"Addison's Brunch"…read more Placed perfectly along the sunkissed Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas is a quaint brunch spot serving up culinary wizardry. I've gotten the chance to visit a few times and I'm always impressed with how they balance serious cooking with approachable flavors. Chef Andrew Bachelier (Addison, Jeune et Jolie, Campfire) brings his take on a foodie workshop that dazzles with amazing brunch food and an imaginative drinks bar. The food was phenomenal. Turkish Eggs were super flavorful and fresh. Almost like eating an herby ramen egg on crusty toast with all the fresh herbs and chili oil. The hamachi crudo was delicate and fresh. The pork chop was sumptuous with an excellent sauce. But my favorite had to be the sourdough french toast. It actually blew my mind how the outside was crispy and crackley but the inside was moist, gooey but not mushy. I heard from the waiter they soak the bread in a custard or syrup for 72 hrs to get that texture and yet the outside is crispy. Sorcery. In short, this is the brunch spot of all brunch spots, combining michelin star level cooking with beloved breakfast foods. This place really punches above its weight class and I highly recommend checking it out! Best Bite: French Toast

On my first visit, I ordered the Turkish eggs and she opted for the scallops and grits. Both dishes were so flavorful and different from the normal breakfast/brunch items you see on almost every menu. We also got their vitality tonics, which were very refreshing. For dessert, we shared the panna cotta. It was delightful and not too sweet!
