I went here on 2/15/2026 at around 8:15pm after a long day and no dinner. When I got home I noticed my order was wrong. My chicken santa fe was missing the chile and the santa fe sauce. To top it off, the chicken was undercooked in the center. It was slimy and chewy. Very disappointed. I would like a full refund please. Food is too expensive to miss this key ingredient that I paid for. Careless. I would not recommend this Carls. There are other Carls Jr not too far. I called 3 times and no answer. The most delicious and comfy fast-food place I've ever been! It all depends on the shift ofc, but mostly it's an amazing experience

It been years since I gone to a Carl's Jr like over 10 years but today was finally the day I went back. My wife wanted their Charbroiled Sante Fe chicken sandwich since l was already going to be in the plaza this store is in. I saw that the drive thru line was busy in the morning so I just parked my car in the front and walked inside. There was no one in line but it took like 5 minutes before someone walked over to the counter to take my order. I was able to put in my wife Santa Fe sandwich order in and I also got her a small side of fries as well. The prices are higher here but I think it's common knowledge now. I looked at their dining area and it's pretty spacious. My order was ready within like 5 minutes or so and I took it to go. I ate the fries and thought they were just okay. I tried my wife Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and that was alright. My wife like it and you get a good portion size if the sandwich so I guess you get your money worth there. read more

Worst experience ever this place had 3 guys working in there super rude the cashier refused to take my order because I walked in apparently drive thru gets priority and mobile orders while they made me wait they took orders from the drive thru and had time to give people there mobile orders but no time to take orders, well I had to take out my phone and make an order on the app, i order onion rings with my order the cook purposely put a hole lot of salt on my onion rings never have I seen any Carl's jr put salt on onion rings. I got a cheeseburger and a lemonade the lemonade I paid 3.99for it the worst $3.99 that i ever spent. It's not for the price. it's the experience that happened. I go here all the time for lunch and the staff have always been very nice to me. Came in today and was greeted by Dinora who proceeded to give me great customer service with my order. She was very nice and complimented me about my youth which is always a good thing to hear nowadays. It depends on when you go to this Carl's Jr. most of the time It is absolutely horrible. The last couple times reminded me of the 80's & 90's. Fresh Hot Onion Rings Great Jalapeño Poppers. & The Double Western Cheese Burger was Great. Carl's have helped me survive during my high school years. I love this place but I do not like what it has become. Famous stars used to be a dollar all the time and that was the burger to get!! Then we upgraded to the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Once in a while there will be some promotional burger that pops up and becomes a good one. Then the Green Burrito menu arrives. Its all about the Super Nachos, Taquitos, and the Rice & Beans. I would have to admit that Carl's is pretty nasty, but its GREAT at the same time. I would not recommend Carl's to anyone if I do not want to feel embarrassed but will no doubt ask my friends to go once in a while. By the way!! Their new french fries are pretty good. read more

I get home to find out that my jalapeño poppers were not in the bag. So I drove back to let him know. As I came in the lobby he was counting his register and I let him know that I didn't get my full order, and I asked him to pls verify everything in there next time as it kept happening to me. I haven't enjoyed a Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich for probably 3 years. Ordered one tonight because I was really craving that big juicy chicken breast, the zippy chili and honey wheat bun. I grew up going to this location And moved back to the area recently I must say I am shocked and disgusted I threw out $28 worth of food the fries were somehow burnt yet cold and stale the jalapeño poppers tasted like burnt bread the ketchup packaging was sticky everything in the bag got sticky the drinks were spilling all over the cup holder the burger was cold, I get this is no 5 star restaurant but if I'm going to pay for my meal I deserve decent food this place is gross avoid it at all cost! read more

This place being 5 minutes away from my job ended up taking longer. Especially through the drive thru. The food order was wrong, we had to keep "paying" for things we clearly repeated 4 times on the intercom and even then they still gave us wrong orders. When we were about to leave, I checked my burger and they again had given me the wrong order and I had to get off and go get my order taken care off. The chicken strips were dry and hard to swallow as well. We had to throw them out because we were on our way back to work. I've been a long time resident of the area and regularly go to this Carl's Jr. The employees working the drive-thru are always so friendly and attentive. I've rarely had a negative experience here and my orders usually have everything I have requested, including condiments and straws. On my most recent visit, I was helped by a very sweet and kind employee whose name I believe to have been Alberto. When I requested a cup holder for my order, he was quick to fulfill my added request and did so with a smile on his face. I typically have similar interactions with employees here. The young man assisting me dropped a soda cup on the floor & put it back on the cup dispenser, i remarked to him, "don't tell me you're going to put that cup back on the dispenser"? He took it off & then threw it in the trash, he made an unintelligible remark, which I ignored. I then asked for a cup for water, he placed his fingers inside cup.
