Stopped here to pick up dinner since we had a long road trip from San Antonio. Sadly the zucchini was not even close to Bobby Magees. It was soggy and seasoned oddly. Likewise the fries were cold, soggy and tasteless. The cheeseburger was better with the bbq sauce. The cookie was okay. The Diet Pepsi was flat. First and last encounter here. It took very long to get our order. They also gave us a wrong order/ instead of a double it was a single burger. So we paid more than what they gave us. read more

Couldn't even order. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no took my order. Only prioritized the drive thru.

Drive-through woos. Went through the drive-through, could barely hear the girl at all. That's not really her fault I like my burgers plain with just cheese on them. Everything on the screen was correct. When I got home and open the bag, sure enough a gallon of sauce on the burger and a half ahead of lettuce. Excellent service from a nice girl at the window, all screwed up by someone in the kitchen who doesn't give a $hit. read more

Scammers. While ordering my food at the drive through, midway through my order the person taking my order left for 15 minutes. After coming back she took my order and I pulled up to the window. The young lady at the then window made me pay and took my card and gave it back to me, then later, she said I didn't pay and made me pay again. The employee greeted me with a polite smile, but her attitude shifted once I began ordering. She appeared irritated that I spoke too quickly, and although I slowed down, her demeanor stayed dismissive for the rest of the transaction. The hamburger was unacceptable the bun was pale, soggy, and clearly untoasted. It looked and tasted unfinished. The milkshake was worse: underfilled, warm, and watery, with visible bits of ice and artificial coloring. It wasn't blended properly and didn't resemble an actual milkshake.One of the ranch containers was already partially unsealed and warm, which raises obvious food-handling concerns. At checkout, I was not given my change. It may seem minor, but I couldn't ask her for it because she was already taking care of three other people.even unintentionally, creates discrepancies that should never occur in a properly managed register. Overall, the visit reflected poor attention to detail from food quality to customer service to basic cash-handling standards. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I'm giving this two stars. I would've gave it one star, but I truly don't know if the employees here are to blame, or if they had a lot of callouts. But the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! There is only two people in here working, one person doing his best to cook and assemble the orders, and a cashier. The restaurant is clean & the employees are not rude, nor are they passing their frustrations off on anyone else. Just do not come here on a lunch break or any other circumstance where you're in a time crunch. read more

I went to this Carls Jr and order quite a bit of food. I gave the lady a card and it declined. I asked her if she could tell me the expiration date on the card. She was very rude and said no I will not it is your card you look at it. I said you are being so difficult. And I said you can keep your order. She said fine and closed the window. Based on what I read your comments are very negative based on customer service. I don't know if that was her real name but she needs to go back to training for customer service. read more

I usually only write reviews for good/exceptional service but I'm making an exception. Hands down this has to be the worst Carls Jr in Tucson when it comes to customer service. The drive thru is the worst. More often than not my order is incorrect or missing an item that I ordered. Do Not drive off without checking you order! Last night my order was rung up incorrectly ,so I received the wrong food. When I brought this to their attention, I didn't receive so much as an "I'm sorry". They made me the correct burger, charged me full price for it, AND had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to put a tip on my card when paying. A tip?? Really?? For Bad service?? I have worked food service and I understand how mistakes can be made when you're busy but I was the only customer at the restaurant at that time. I'm done! read more

Crazy! I went to the drive through with some rude staff worker guy rn. Like just quit dude lol aside from the 2 minutes waiting when I saw no people inside, I was helped and paid for my food. Went through the drive through, and while checking my order I found the fries to be cold. When I ask for hot fries I was ask to park by the front door. After waiting a while and watching customers leave with to go orders. I went inside and requested my hot fries. The second order of fries was cold as well. When I got home I found the bacon on my sandwich was near raw, and the chicken strips I ordered were not in the bag but instead some chicken bites that cost half of the price of the chicken strips I paid for. The store was dirty and there were only 2 people working the young man the gave me cold fries twice and a young lady in a tank top with her bra showing and jeans. So upset that I paid $20 for cold, raw and wrong food. Never again!!! read more

If I wanted microwaved and dried out burgers, and undercooked French fries, this hit the spot. With increased prices the food should have gotten better. This place specializes in burgers and fries but apparently they lost the recipe. After looking at the other reviews for this place, most are very old, it appears that somehow there have been reviews that were removed. Maybe not, but highly suspicious. The food here used to be very good but if what I had was representative of the current quality then advise you make a better choice or at least a different location. Just FYI, I won't eat microwaved burgers. Especially when they throw the whole burger, bun and all in the microwave and cook it until all semblance of quality and freshness is wrung from the food, and the $$ wrung from your wallet. read more

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. Their chicken tenders are very juicy and their crisscut fries are amazing, best seasoning ever! As good as any fast food restaurant could get. In addition I once asked how mucking extra dipping sauce would cost and was told, "It's free, you are not at McDonalds." read more

We were downtown, but I don't see the location listed. There were homeless people inside; the restaurant isn't in the greatest area. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I went to this location to pickup a grub hub order. I went into the restaurant and went to the bathroom really quick then headed to the counter. I waited quite a long time till someone came up to help. While I was waiting, the fries for my order were sitting the whole time so all I asked when I got help was to make sure they were hot, so either they needed to be dropped again or not I wasn't sure. The lady in the back gave me attitude saying "if it was bagged then they wouldn't have been able to do anything," which is understandable and I'm fully aware (I've taken over 1,000 deliveries by now). I told her that I knew, but because I was waiting that time to receive help that if my fries for my customer weren't hot then if they could be remade. Like I said, the fries may have been hot, so all I did was want to make sure and got yelled at with an attitude in return. read more

My husband got food poisoning from this location! After driving 3 days from Washington state to Tucson, AZ to visit our grand children, We decided to stop off at this Carl's Jr, I got Chicken strips, my husband got a burger. He got sick right away, within a few hours. He threw up and had severe runs for 2 days. Make sure your burger is cooked. They may have been some cross-Contamination. More professionals show up for lunch here. Close to the Tucson International airport. Quick service and efficient staff during lunch. I ordered a salad, my 1st at Carl's Junior and it wasn't bad. I did notice that there was a seasonal salad offered, but not posted. I saw it after I received my order, so maybe next time. read more

Decent burgers and Diet Dr. pepper on tap. Important to know: These folks are Ketchup Nazis. On my visit for lunch on 10/17/12, I wasn't offered any. It is just as well since they only give about three of the small packets IF they offer it. Asking for extra will usually get you about five packets, which is not enough for a small order of fries. Important to know: the "Six Dollar Burger" is a good burger, but you better like mayo, because you are going to get it. read more

This was our go to for fast food 75% of the time. Our complaint from this place was that their soda had an off taste to them. I would advise to stay away from the watered down Dr. Pepper. read more

7/10 my burger is the completely wrong burger. Today I went through the drive through and received the wrong burger. Went inside to make them aware of it. Waited about 8 minutes, got the burger, drove back to work without checking the burger, assuming they couldn't have messed it up again. Lo and behold, it was the completely wrong burger this time (first time it was the low carb version of what I wanted). I suppose if you like trying new things and having some uncertainty added to your meal times, go ahead and order here. read more
