Food was fine, service was poor. As with so many fast food type chains now days employees and managers don't seem to care about service. I went to the drive through and employee Angela (or so it said on my receipt) asked for my order. Kings story short, she asked for my order several times with very long pauses in between, like 20-30 seconds each time. So long I thought they must be having problems with the order systems? When I finally got to the window I could see what the problem was. She was super focused on texting on her phone. She was not rude at the window, but very quick like I was bothering her. I don't get it - right next to the highway - so people will stop here for food/rest break. So while the location is open, the restrooms are closed - so what are these guys expecting - the customer can infinitely not go to the restroom? So this location should make a decision - either they are open or they are not. If they are fearful of Corona Virus - then shut down the place. If they are going to be open, then provide customers with what they would need when they take a break. Seems like they have made a one sided decision - the stuff that makes them money (selling goods), the fear of virus does not apply and they will keep it open. But restroom doesn't make them money - so keep it closed. I think customers have to speak up and basically tell such establishments that they cannot have everything their way and stop patronizing such places. We made a giant trip from Sacramento to Las Vegas and then back and this was the 1st place we encountered with such one sided policy. read more

This is the 2nd time Ive been to this location since they remodeled it about a year ago. The service has always been top notch and never have any complaints. Most of the food today was actually pretty good, no complaints. I did happen to order some chicken nachos because they looked quite good on the menu. Stopped in after finally remembering that they remodeled this place and I was not disappointed! Everything is new and modern inside. The seating is arranged better than before. It feels so much bigger inside now. The kitchen is totally visible so you can see the food being made and how clean it was. I went through the drive thru on 7/30 at about 11:50pm. Got to the window & lady told me my total so I get my money. I hand it to her with a smile because I'm a friendly person. I know the pain it is to work at a fast food BUT it was almost midnight, only one car behind me, my order wasn't even over $5 and while I hand my money to her, the lady gives me the stankiest look. I went through the drive thru at 1:27pm and was told to pull into the parking lot upfront to wait on my order. I was looking at my receipt and notice it wasn't mine. Came to Carl's Jr. to feed myself and the family everyone but me got the big Carl, I wanted to try the new chicken blt for no cars ahead they took about 15 minutes, I live pretty close so it wasn't much of a bother. I made sure to tell the girl at the window that on the chicken sandwich I wanted no ranch and add jalapeños, I ended up getting a different chicken sandwich and I asked her once receiving the order if this was everything. She said yes so I trusted her and went home to find out it wasn't. I go back not that mad telling them the issue they "fix" it and I got the same sandwich! I go inside to find out it was the prep was making the wrong sandwich the whole time not sure if he was high or just slow but how do you expect to have a good and fast restaurant when you have the prep messing up every chicken sandwich. It took a whole hour from ordering til I finally got the correct sandwich, I asked if I could get something for the trouble and they said no it's not on them gave me my bag and just said thank you, I of course made sure it was correct in front of them and they finally got it, I don't think I'll be coming back after that even McDonald's does better read more
