But manager told us we to wait five minutes because our biscuit are freshly made we waited. We got our biscuit we notice the biscuit were freshly made one bite it was so good we taste the butter in the biscuit and fresh egg and also the sauage. You could stop illegally forcing a purchase to use the public restroom. I stopped at this location tonight and walked in to use the restroom when the red headed manager stated I had to make a purchase first then I could get a key to access the restroom. I was in a hurry and purchased a $3.85 bottle of water. After using the restroom I informed the manager that forced patronage to get bathroom access is illegal. She stated it's a "private" building. Either she or whomever is making the policy to extort money for bathroom accessibility is unaware of AB 1632. My recommendation is for this practice of forcing patronage for bathroom access to cease immediately. read more

Went to this Carl's Jr and I was astonished by the level of customer service provided by the skeleton crew staff. Staff members were short handed and had to work multiple stations yet that did not stop them from providing great and attentive customer service! Please be appreciative of fast food workers who go beyond their duties like the workers at this Carl's Jr. I hope the owner realizes the assets he has in human capital! Needed a bite to eat before work and fatima was very slow and rude. Took over 20 minutes of me sitting in my truck waiting when there was no other customers. The place is dirty with a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground it's like no one goes out to sweep the parking lot. Came in to pick up a mobile order that I scheduled AHEAD for takeout. It was the ONE day only FREE hangover burger deal.I show up and the workers claim they never received my order. After showing them my order confirmation and details, the cashier seemed apologetic and was willing to help and was checking the system. I went drove through this drive through. Two famous stars and some jalapeño poppers. Drove straight home and opened the bag. The food was cold. The poppers were almost cold to the touch. The famous stars were dried up and cold. I hadn't went to this restaurant for several years because of the poor quality food. I really like Carl's junior but not this one.
