In with the new, out with the old.

Purchase/ traded a car today. I sold my 2021 Jeep and walked away with a Land Rover 2025. Jared was my sales associate. He made the process very easy. Yes, you'll be there a few hours, but that's kind of expected.

This is what I think about the car sales experience at this location by just picking up a phone and trying to have a regular conversation.

There is no general sales manager at this location. There is no one overseeing the zoo and circus that is happening at this location. No one knows what they're doing. No one has any customer service skills they can't even take a phone call. I called back six times in less than five minutes and no one knew how to transfer me to a sales person and when I got a sales person, no one could give me a sales manager and when I asked for the general manager, no one would tell me that there is no general manager for that location , which is why none of them know what they're doing These little boys tried to gaslight me and say "I'm gonna hang up on you if you don't talk to me nicely "after the fifth time I asked to speak with their location manager and they wouldn't transfer me then they got mad at me then they started saying I was the problem I am the customer you fools!!! give me what I am asking for don't argue with me and don't make me wrong because I'm calling you out and telling you that you don't know what the hell you're doing!!!'

Thank you Malik for helping me purchase a BMW here at CarMax. I love the car so much. The purchase/paper work was easy. Ask for Malik if you are looking for a car here.

My issue isn't simply that I no longer want TheftPatrol. I do not recall this $995 product being clearly explained to me as an optional add-on that I could decline. Had I understood that I was agreeing to pay an additional $995 for an optional TheftPatrol product, I would not have purchased it. Mike was my salesperson, and I do not recall Mike clearly explaining that TheftPatrol was an optional $995 purchase or asking me whether I wanted to add it to the vehicle. I contacted TheftPatrol seeking a refund and raised my concern about how the product was originally disclosed. I was told that TheftPatrol is considered a completed aftermarket product because the equipment had already been installed/applied, and therefore they would not refund it. What bothers me most is that I am now being pointed to paperwork I signed as justification for the charge, rather than my concern being addressed about whether this optional $995 product was clearly presented to me and knowingly selected during the sale. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here is to carefully review every line of the contract before signing and specifically ask which aftermarket products are optional. Don't assume that every charge presented during financing is required as part of purchasing the vehicle. I am still attempting to resolve the matter and would be happy to update this review if Wii Auto Sales addresses my concerns and provides a satisfactory resolution.

We were upfront about our budget from the beginning, and they never tried to upsell us or push us toward something we couldn't afford. They genuinely listened to what we needed and helped us find a safe, reliable car that made sense for our growing family. There was a minor repair needed on the car we chose, and they were kind enough to agree to take care of it for us, which meant so much. And in what felt like perfect timing, our old car--which was truly on its last leg--actually died while we were AT the dealership! We had already had it appraised by CarMax, and the brothers matched the offer, allowing us to sell our old car to them right on the spot. Talk about making a stressful situation so much easier! From start to finish, they were kind, honest, helpful, and fair. We're so happy with our new car and incredibly grateful for the way they treated us throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend family and friends!

We purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Brothers Auto for $3,500. At the time of sale, we were told the vehicle was in "perfect condition" and that there was nothing wrong with it. Within two weeks, we took the car to our trusted mechanic because we noticed issues. The inspection revealed multiple oil leaks from several areas of the engine. We spent approximately $600 addressing some of the repairs, but the primary leak was estimated to cost an additional $3,000 to fix. When we contacted Brothers Auto, Alex told us to bring the vehicle back so their mechanic could inspect it. After their inspection, we were presented with an $1,800 repair bill. When we declined the repair, we were reminded that the vehicle had been sold "as is" and that any repairs were our responsibility. We accepted that responsibility and continued maintaining the vehicle ourselves. Unfortunately, less than three months after purchasing it, the engine failed completely. My daughter was stranded at 12:30 a.m. in Los Angeles when the engine blew, requiring a $500 tow bill just to get the vehicle home. At this point, we have spent more on repairs and towing than the vehicle was worth. Between the purchase price, repairs, and towing expenses, this experience has been extremely costly and disappointing. I understand that used cars can have unexpected issues and that vehicles sold as-is come with risks. However, based on our experience, the condition of this vehicle did not match the representations made at the time of sale. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from Brothers Auto is simple: have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before buying, and do not rely solely on verbal assurances regarding the vehicle's condition. This review reflects our personal experience and is intended to help other consumers make an informed decision.

They sold me a car that was…read morepretty much "staged" meaning it was prepped to look good and smell good but underneath it at, it was really bad. One week later I got this vehicle from "Tony" this dealership I had to take it to my mechanic and had to spend $760. On it on transmission oil, and other items see the pic of the bill I got. Once the vanilla fragrance died out I realize that it had a real bad odor so I had to change the air filter inside the vehicle. On top of that when I first got it I didn't realize it had so many things that were broken. I also didn't realize that the seats were really stain due to the tinted windows so it was dark inside so I then had to spend another $180 to get it a clean from the inside. It was so bad that one of my kids got a really huge body rash and they "Tony" did not do anything about it. Over all these people lie to sell you whatever they can. They might come off as religious and concern for your family but at the end of the day once they have your money they don't care they don't know you. I made the huge mistake of not doublechecking everything because I trusted them. Because of that I've had to spend over $1000 now and I'm sure I'm gonna spend a bit more. Do not trust these people. They don't care about your family all they care about is getting your money. They claim this vehicle had pass a 5 point inspection! "HA!" I'm so upset with him that I am trying to open up a DMV-Investigation case against their company. I have attached a picture for you to see. I'm not lying. This company should not be in business.
