Their taco and burritos are amazing! The meat is cooked over an oak wood bbq. It's our usual Friday night dinner!

They gave us complimentary chips and green salsa to start with. That Green salsa is a bomb! I will visit this place again and again just for that sauce/salsa ! I had shrimp tacos. They look basic but shrimp was cooked to perfection! They know how to grill ! These are some amazing tacos , and they tasted wild after adding that hot salsa on top. I love it when someone serves me basic food right! We also had grilled fish plate which came with beans, rice, grilled fish and salad. This fish was grilled perfectly but it was bit bland. The amazing salsa helped to add more flavour. Overall, lovely place ! Definitely visit again!

We got 2 asada, 2 lengua, 2 shrimps, and 2 pastor -- all packed with flavors while it's hot and fresh. I love hot sauce, and it def hit the spot. Staff are always so friendly, tacos were not salty at all, and they always packed the food so neatly and just the right ratio of meat. They have their own parking lot to the side so if you can't find parking, park there. We ordered take out and even with the 17 min drive back home, the tacos still tasted fresh. I can't imagine what it would be like if we dine in. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting PR! Well worth the visit

This place is so aggressively cute that I spent the first ten minutes just blinking at the decor in a state of pure sensory overload. It's the kind of cozy that makes you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and take a nap right there on the tablecloth. Then there are the servers. I'm convinced they are actually angels sent from above to cure my cynicism. They were so incredibly nice that I actually felt bad for ordering food--like, "How dare I ask these wonderful humans to bring me a taco when they are already providing so much emotional support?" I walked in as a regular customer and left feeling like I'd been adopted by a very polite, very efficient family. The food was, of course, spectacular. The salsa was so good that I briefly considered licking the bowl, but the servers were so classy that I decided to maintain a shred of dignity. If you enjoy being pampered in a setting that looks like it was designed by a professional "coziness consultant," get yourself to Finco Paso Robles. Just be warned: you will leave feeling slightly judged by your own home's lack of charm.

Appears to be family-run...I assume the order taker at the counter is one of the owners as he was carrying a baby :) Food was delicious. Ordered... * Guac & Chips -- Guac was one of the best I've had ever... chunky avocado with fresh herbs. Tortilla chips also tasted fresh and home made. * Grilled Salmon Taco special -- Nice fresh chunks of salmon with cabbage, red onions and crema on fresh corn tortillas. * Grilled Chicken Quesadilla -- Choice of flour or corn tortillas. We went with the corn tortillas. Chicken was good, but the quesadillas definitely tasted better with our side of guac. Looking forward to coming back to try the Baja Fish Tacos which appears to be one of their signature items.
