Love this place. It's my regular salon that I've gone to for at least 6 years now. Candy and Judy are great for regular mani/pedis. Paul does awesome acrylics and designs. Henry (usually answers the phone) is so nice, great to talk to, and fast. Word is spreading - on my last couple visits it's been packed. Try to call ahead, but they've also always worked me in if I walk-in. I've never thought to yelp this salon before, but my experience today reminded me of something I'd read her so here goes: I was thinking that I'd like to try a gray polish. Well, when I looked at their selection I didn't see exactly what I wanted. This one was too light, that one too sparkly, etc. I picked one out, but when Henry asked if he could show me another, I went for it. He walked to another station looked through some jars and came back with the perfect shade! It's just that sort of personalized customer service that always brings me back. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I just moved to the area and decided to try the place out. The first time I was there, I didn't have to wait at all, they took me in right away. I was disgusted by the lack of hygeine there...the floor was dirty with other peoples' nails, etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was the end of the day and I figured that they hadn't had a chance to sweep up yet. I decided to give the place one more try for my next pedicure and I regreted it even more than the first time. The place was filthy as hell! The elderly woman that did my pedicure had claws growing on her toes instead of nails (made me want to vomit every time I looked down). Once she finished polishing I saw that my big toe nail was crooked and when I asked her to fix it she said: "why didn't you say anything sooner?"...WTF, I need to tell you how to do your job? Also, more than half of my toes were either polished crookedly or the polish was on my cuticle. Worst experience ever...TWICE!!! read more

Yesterday I tried to go to take care of my nails and one Asian lady inside who was a little older turned around to the guy who was working inside and told him something in Chinese and then the guy told me we can't help you at this moment cause the store is closed but the sign said open and it was pretty insulting. Today just now I tried to go to do my nails and I waited inside for 10 min and the same Chinese guy told me we can't help you and I asked him why he said because you have tatoos and we don't serve people with tatoos and I felt just got insulted again. read more

This is the perfect place to go to for a color change or a quick pedi. I used to go here, but I recently changed my nail salon because I don't like their service or work. I almost always get pink and white, but they aren't thorough and my nails start to look bad after a few days. They aren't very nice and it's obvious they're talking about their customers. She was so rude through the process and I decided not to say anything to see if she will stop but never did. She is the lady with short her (older lady) if you go make sure she doesn't do them . THis is my favorite nail salon. There is nothing fancy about it, no spa chairs or anything, but its clean, the staff is friendly, its cheap, and they always do an amazing job on my nails. I always go here if i want a design on my nails because they are the only ones that have ALWAYS gotten it right. FOr the price and the people i will never go anywhere else. I would honestly give 5 stars but the lady I got was a little on the rude side; however, she did my nails really well, I got a regular mani pedi and the polish stayed on my hands for a weeks with no chipping I was impressed. I have been going here for 5 months if not more. The place is small, not on the cleanest side. Usually Kim and Nai do my nails. Kim does an amazing deep powder. My nails always looked so good after she was done and lasted more than 2 weeks. Nine is amazing with pedicure. Last time, I made an appointment a day before again with Kim but Nine wasn't available so I made it with Julie for pedicure. I was late 10 min but I called and they said it's ok. I come at 9:10am and Paul, the owner, tells me that Kim is not available and he will do my nails. It was the worse experience in my life! He did my nails for 2 hours! Very slow. Was distracted every 2 min. He was very rude with his employees. Plus, the whole time he was hurting me with the machine! The most painful deep powder I ever done!!!!! I was bleeding on every finger! I told him that the machine was hot for me and painful and he didn't even pay attentions nd just continued. Then he put the top coat and it was so ugly and not smooth! Kim came out and redid my top coat afterwords! I also asked him to do basic manicure before the deep powder, he ignored me again and said that he doesn't do manicure. My pedicure that Julie did was very poorly painted. My 5 year old can do a better job. I try not to write a bad reviews and especially for family business but it was the worse experience. Very unprofessional! He didn't even apologize. And I paid full price. I would even give 2 stars but because of Kim I have more. Unfortunately will not be coming here again. read more

Love this place! Affordable, and I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance. I have a few friends who drive quite a distance just to get their nails done here; by Henry. Supposedly he's the genius when it comes to nail art and acrylics. I personally am a mani-pedi girl, so I'm good with whoever is available. And their massage chairs are to die for. Long story short I walked in this morning with my daughter, we were the first ones there. The whole process took FOREVER because she kept stopping to answer the phone and book appointments. I had to pick my baby up from therapy at 11:50. Once I realized that I was running out of time I told her "this took a lot longer than I planned for. I have to leave very soon to pick my daughter up or I will be late." She still took her precious time answered another phone call, got up to get her appointment book. By this point I'm pissed. I don't play when it comes to picking up my kids. Exactly why I went in the with a good 1.45 mins to play with. I told her that we can't finish bc I needed to leave, at this point it was now 11:50 (the time I was suppose to pick my daughter up). Now, she's rushing to finish me. I walked out without my hand massage (she tried but I told her 6mins before that I didn't have time to finish my color), color on both my hands & feet but clearly far from happy. When you walk in and the only people in the nail shop it should never take an hour and 45 mins to do a simple gel mani and regular pedi. The color job was good tho. So all that to say if you have nothing but time on your hands then this is your spot. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The girl didn't look at what she was doing, she kept looking to the side and at other people, cut my nails too short to the point they were painful and then filed by skin because there was no nail left to file, my nails are uneven, pooly filed and poorly painted. The girl seemed like she hated her job and did not want to be there. And then she had the never to stand in front of me and ask me fir a tip and glared at me until I gave her a dollar. Well I'm giving 3 stars because this place used to be much better. And that's all! They have lost it. Maybe too much business? Paul used to do my nails years back and I was always happy with his work. It was clean and creative. Went there 3 months ago and not only his work was messy he also not very much in touch with the latest trends anymore. I wanted to give Henry a try so I did. I have to admit he does a cleaner job however when I showed him a picture and told him I wanted that design he said he is going to do something even better than that. When he started with one nail I told him I didn't like what he was doing and he was keep saying its not done yet and I will love it when it's done. So he basically pressured me to a design I didn't like. At the end I told him well I've been telling you I don't like it and now it's done and I don't like it and he said well its too late. These guys are not professionals and they do the native language talk way too much. It gets a little annoying. read more
