We placed a quick lunch order through DoorDash, and the cornbread was extremely hard. Additionally, one of my coworkers only received 4 ribs instead of the usual 6-7 that typically come with the plate. When she called the restaurant to ask if there had been a change in portion size, the interaction was very unpleasant. Before she could fully explain the situation, the owner became immediately aggressive, repeatedly asking, "What's the problem?" and saying, "Get on with your point," without allowing her the opportunity to speak. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and respectful communication--especially with loyal, returning customers. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. It's disappointing to say that, based on this interaction, we will not be returning.

The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal. When our order came out everything looked delicious, but instead of the chopped pork she served me a Brisket plate. I took a bite of my potatoes, they were delicious, and waited for her to return to wave her down and explain that I ordered the pork not the Brisket, and because of the difference in the price ($10 more for the brisket) I would like it if I could get what I ordered. She said oh OK. My husband waited to start his sandwich til she came back with my tray (the same one) where she just swiped away the Brisket and replaced with the pork. At this point my husband and I devided the sandwich and the pork so we could both try the 2 meats. His Brisket was really really good. My pork was so salty we only took a couple of bites. When she came back with our check, we were charged with the Brisket plate not the pork. When she came back around I pointed out that the bill was for the price of the Brisket not the pork. She mumbled that it was the same either way, I said no its for $10 over. When she came back she smiled and said "oh good catch". I mean really? Shouldn't she be aware? Anyways lesson learned, I'll only order the Brisket sandwich next time, way to much salt in the cooking of the Pulled pork.
