Such a great place to take your fur baby to! The groomers did an excellent job on my Shorkie! I was a bit worried to take him anywhere because I knew that he didn't like his paws touched but after reading such good reviews about this place, I decided to bring him in. My pup knows that he looks handsome by the way that he walks and the photo attached is a great reference. Thank you Carousel for taking such good care of my baby.

My dogs came out with bent tails. I took them to the vet and he said that someone was using their tails to maneuver them around. Very hurtful and dangerous for their spines. DO NTO GO TO THIS GROOMER. read more

When I first started taking my 6 Lb little girl there it was wonderful. Over the past year I continued to watch it decline . Last time ever I took my little girl there she had a horrible haircut . They nicked her very close to her eyeball .. I still left a tip and the owner told me very rudely to never bring her back ???? She said she was too little ... Omg... she's 6 lbs.. All other groomers I've taken her to over the past 10 yrs loved her and said they have never had a problem with her. And NO other groomers have nicked her and made her bleed . Please don't take your doggies there !!! read more

Do not take your dogs to Carousel Dog Groomer they are rough and mean with your dog. If they start crying they kick the cage to make them stop. The owner is very rude if you complain about how they are treating them. She flat out tells you take your dog somewhere else if you don't like it. Her famous line is "It is what it is"!! And I quote. Do not go there worse owner and groomers.They mistreat your fur babies. read more

What a terrible experience I had today! I had an appointment just for a bath because they told me the groomer was out sick. I didn't rush to get there, so I got there five minutes after 10 this morning I'm assuming the owner lady came out from the back and was very rude and told me she will not take my dog Because he's too busy as he was out sick with Covid !!! I said she's just here for a bath. He doesn't have to groom her today. She said you are inconsiderate he's been sick he cannot do your dog !I repeat she's here just for a bath she refused to take me and told me that I was rude, which is unacceptable in any business and I was not. I just told her I had driven 30 miles to get there, and she turned me down, I hope people realize this place is not very nice !!!!! read more

Do not I repeat do NOT take your pets here if you love them at all. My partner and I witnessed upon entering for an appointment a women treating a dogs ear with another woman helping her. The Caucasian woman couldn't control the small dog who was moving so she picked the dog up and slammed the dog down. She looked up and made eye contact realizing she got caught and was frozen. All the while holding the dog down and squeezing it's skin. We left immediately. All the workers were in pajamas no professionalism at all. None of these people looked happy to be working. Never going back read more

Gave my dogs fleas and left scrapes and wounds all over his body. Do not take your dog here. Hopefully they will get their license taken as I have heard other complaints at the groomer down the street. read more

I have always gone to Carousel pet grooming for over 17 years with all my dogs, I have never had a problem with them. It started two months ago my doggie Abby has been sick with her right side knee, I can't afford to have surgery so we have medicine to help her and she is fine with the medicine we give her. I took her to groom with Carousel 2 months ago and we brought her home we couldn't even touch her she was in so much pain. After giving her the medicine for a week she felt better and she was back to her playful self again. This pass Saturday we took her back again to get groomed, I told the person in the front that takes the calls and makes the appointments that what happen last time my Abby came. I asked them to be careful with her cuz of her knee my daughter took her and told them just to be careful of her whole back side. Well my daughter picked my Abby up from grooming and she went straight under our bed cuz she was in so much pain. I got home from work and couldn't even touch her she was in so much pain. No one doesn't no what happens inside cuz we drop them off and we don't no what they can be doing to our pets. I always wonder why every time I took my Abby she wouldn't want to go inside the place. Well now I no they probably our very ruff with our pets. I will never take my Abby to those people again, please make sure everyone that your pet is being treated right at Carousel pet Grooming. read more

What a joke!!! Just called to make an appointment to bring my dog here for the first time...It went like this... RING.....RING.....RING (rude girl answers phone)"hello" (me) "Is this carousel pet grooming?" (rude girl) "Yeah" (me) "I'd like to make an appointment for my dog." (rude girl) "whats wrong" this is a pet grooming business right????? I'm blown away! I will definitely be continuing my search for a pet groomer that can at least answer a phone professionally! My family and I have been taking our dogs here since back in the '90s when their location was on the North side of Foothill Blvd. We love taking our dogs here. The work they do, is amazing. It shows that they truly care about your pets needs. I also like that the grooming stations are visible to the public... not hidden in the back somewhere, where they can mistreat your dog like some grooming salons. My 2 boys (yorkies) are always looking so nice and clean after leaving. And for the price?? You can't beat it anywhere else. $35 per dog! We'll be back again, and again, and again...!! read more

I have a standard that they totally baby because he is a senior and he looks absolutely beautiful when they finish his grooming. Took my Dog there. He is a yellow Lab/Shar Pei mix (you can see pics in my profile). They did a nice job bathing him, gave him a massage, and a nice kerchief (pirate.. arrrrgh...LOL) Overall, they were fair priced (one price covers all, no add ons), they did a nice job, my buddy was happy, and so was I. read more

I've never had an issue with the groomers services provided for all my pups over the past 13 years. Today, I had three of my pups in for a summer cut and they looked amazing. I am however disturbed my little pup left the salon with a tick crawling on her. I was furious. They provided me with nothing but excuses. Also my little Yorkie has become extremely sensitive around her ears. Every time we attempt to give her a quick pet on her head she screams like we are harming her. Never again. I will be looking for another grooming establishment. read more

We took our dog here for the first time after always having gone to Petsmart. I was a little unnerved by the steady stream of dogs coming into the place, and I should've gone with my gut and left. I said that I didn't want any skin showing, and just shorter all over. When we picked her up, her body looked fine, but her face didn't look very clean and it looked like they had hardly cut it at all. Will not be back. They seem to take in more dogs than they can handle and don't give them very much attention. read more

The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin. The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style. They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful. Also, this place sells items directly from FrostPaws Bakery, who I've used several times in the past for custom birthday cakes.

My dog tucked his tail and lunged away when this occurred. This happened both at drop off and pick up. Definitely will find another place. I had specifically requested a teddy bear face and was assured that she would be groomed in the same manner as my previous visit (despite not returning for two years due to a similar issue). My appointment was the last of the day, and the grooming was completed in about 20 minutes--much quicker than the usual 45 minutes. The result looked rushed and did not resemble the teddy bear style at all. Instead, she ended up with a narrow, poodle-like snout and a fluffy top. When I calmly expressed my concern, the response I received was dismissive ("I think she looks cute"), rather than acknowledging the issue. I was also initially blamed for trimming her hair myself, even though I clearly explained I had only lightly trimmed above her eyes and not around the nose. Eventually, the owner acknowledged that the grooming resembled a poodle cut rather than the teddy bear style I had requested. Additionally, I was told that customers typically refer to the style I wanted as a "donut" cut. As a customer, I am not familiar with specific grooming terminology and relied on clear communication describing the look I wanted. To further add to my dissatisfaction, I was charged a higher price than expected, and Coco's nails were not trimmed as part of the service. Overall, this experience was disappointing, particularly given the clear request and prior assurances.

This groomer has a little play area that your pup can walk freely in before and after their appointment. Look, lets face the facts. When you want to go to dog groomers, you want to go to people who have experience, and who've been doing it before for a long time. Thats why I like this place a lot. Though they aren't open on Sunday's unfortunately, every time I've given my dog here they do a great job! And seriously, I compared the price between them and a few other places including Petco and this place had prices that were like almost half the price. I like this place because of the price and the service, and know I can go here every month and they will do a good job on my doggies, and I won't go broke. Thanks guys, you are awesome! read more

Might be a good place but I will never know. I called and left them message hoping to make an appointment in January and never heard anything back. I called them and left a message with an identical request in March, and never hi heard anything back. I phoned them again for the same purpose two weeks ago...and still no reply. I am done approaching people who are either very rude or don't know how to run a business. read more

I love it here. They have a great group of workers and they really do treat each dog with love and respect. I love that they're experienced and they've been doing it for many years. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, I would bring my dogs here. No doubt in my mind, that this is the best dog grooming place in the area. Much respect to this place! read more
