We met with Eddy, and he immediately calmed us down with his soft-spoken manner and his amazing command of the situation. He knew exactly what to do to move us from panic to calm. Eddy not only knew what to do on the repairs, but he also had a keen sense of style. It was as if he could see the finished product through all the ugly distractions.
