This review is long overdue! It's been a couple of months already since I used the Carpet Kings, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their service! The quality of their work was top-notch on our massive sectional. We needed a deep clean ASAP, since it was starting to smell like our puppies... which made our house start smelling like our puppies. I called the Carpet Kings late one evening, and they were ready to come the next day, practically eliminating any trace of doggy scent from our home. I came home from work relieved and grateful. And the PRICE was awesome. I couldn't believe it. I had called a couple of different companies prior to the Carpet Kings, but they worked with my budget and did a wonderful job. I just feel bad I didn't write this review sooner, because the Carpet Kings deserved it. A couple of months later, and our couch still smells great. Jason and David are super friendly and efficient! I had an emergency with my dog getting sick and she had accidents all over the apartment carpeting including #2 and vomit. As i was at the vet waiting for her to get medicated i immediately started looking for carpet cleaners since i life at an apt complex- they replied to me right away and gave me my quote which was quite affordable and offered plenty of discounts on other cleaning jobs! I wish i took photos because my carpet was over all so much dirtier than I realized before my dogs accidents. They got out stains and marks that were on my carpet from my movers having dirty boots months ago. Adi just finished cleaning our couch, recliner and carpets throughout our home. Also, Adi cleaned our recliner for free and worked with our budget. Our pup threw up on our couch and on the carpet. We also had some spots where we spilled drinks. I feel so much better now that Adi cleaned and sanitized our home especially my son has allergies. We were offered three options for cleaning: basic, I think deluxe and premium to fit customer's needs. We chose the premium for deep cleaning. Adi was very efficient, professional and personable. Adi from Carpet Kings came to clean my carpet in a rented house today. First of all he was punctual and communication was clear and concise regarding the service, time and cost. The carpets in the rental are probably 20 years old and the previous tenants must have had 3 or 4 large wet dogs in here all the time. Honestly, I wasn't sure I made a wise choice, not because of the company or their services, but because my carpets were in such bad shape I thought them without hope.
