Haven't been in awhile. I actually used to work here. Menu has changed a bit. Food is consistent and service was great.

Lobster ravioli needs a little more sauce

We waited 10 minutes with reservations. Once seated the service was good without being "naggy". Lobster ravioli was tasty, but needed more sauce; Caesar salad was good but served too cold. Overall, good was good!

We will never be back to this location. We have a Thursday dinner group and we agreed on this location when our friends arrived 612pm and we arrived 624pm by 7 pm our waiter hadn't even got us our drinks when we asked for the manager we were told she was at the hospital and the back up didn't want to listen Emilio was our waiter and heard us talking to manager on duty said we hadn't been there 45 min with nothing and he told us we could either stay and eat or we could leave we asked for the business card and corporate office and were denied that but we did get the card for the business manag

Mixed reviews. Food was large portions but not that great. Family dinner and they were able to accommodate 15 of us which was great, service for that amount of people was great. But the food did lack in quality and taste, very inconsistent. But they did replace some dishes and it was better! Loved the lights and atmosphere, you can also see them cooking, very cute.

Had a gift card that I needed to use and chose this spot for a birthday dinner. Needless to say we probably won't be back based on the subpar food. For being a well known Italian restaurant it was quite empty. Not a good sign.. Service was great. We had a new guy, it was his first day, and he was awesome. He had so much pep in his step and truly went above and beyond throughout our meal. Food is mediocre for the price. The best things we had were the bread, caesar salads and the john cole dessert. Chicken Bryan. The chicken was cooked good, but there was an over abundance of goat cheese, which overtook the overall flavor of the dish. And the broccoli was simply not good. Both my sister and I ordered it as a side and agreed that the taste was off putting. My mom had the shrimp scampi and said that it needed more flavor and was cold. Thankfully, our server hooked my mom up with a spectacular birthday dessert to finish off the okay meal.

My wife grew up having Carrabba's for special occasions and wanted some of their delicious Chicken Bryan. We ended up both getting Trios to get a little bit of everything. They were delicious! My wife had the chicken trio, which was three different types of their chicken, I had the Johnny trio that included steak, chicken bryan, and a ravioli. Both came with choice of soup or salad, we went with Caesar salads. They were a little heavy on the dressing but overall good. We also enjoyed the bread and oil with spices, it is a great complementary starter. Overall the food was good, but a little pricy depending on what you choose. Servers were very attentive and checked in frequently, and it felt very welcoming without being overbearing.

The owners are actively involved in the community and consistently give back, especially by supporting local youth organizations and fundraisers. It's always nice to support a business that invests in the community it serves. Beyond that, the food is excellent. The menu offers a great selection of Italian favorites, from delicious pasta dishes to plenty of other options, and everything we've tried has been consistently flavorful and well prepared. They've expanded the restaurant, so there's much more seating than there used to be, and on a beautiful Colorado evening, the patio is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, the experience is always great. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. This is one of those local restaurants that keeps us coming back, and it's an easy recommendation for anyone looking for great Italian food and outstanding hospitality.

In addition to dining in, we have also used them to cater multiple events. Guests consistently rave about their food.

It is located in a small strip mall, but that doesn't factor in at all. Once you enter, it is cozy and aesthetically appealing. I think there are sky-lights if I am not mistaken, so lots of natural light even if you are not near the front window. Our server was delightful. My dinner mate asked her if she was from Connecticut and I don't know how he nailed that, but he did. She was good-natured and laughed when they both discovered he and our server's mom went to the same HS in CT - he told her to tell her mom "hello" even though they went about 20 years apart. Sweet, attentive girl. Now, for the food. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. We ordered calamari and it was perfectly fried. Absolutely perfect. Crunchy, fresh with a spicy aioli drizzled over the top. It came with marinara and lemon, and the combo was delicious. I got the chicken piccata and he got the lobster ravioli. I didn't try his, but he said it was great, and he cleaned the plate. My chicken piccata was delicious. The chicken was moist and juicy, the sauce was chef's kiss with lemon, a perfect touch of capers and artichoke hearts. Yum! It came with mashed potatoes and spinach, and I just could not have been more pleased. I did not get dessert but I tried a bit of his peach budino, and it was also very tasty. A moist bread-like base with peaches on top, caramel and vanilla ice cream. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice (but casual) Italian dinner with lovely ambience and attentive servers.

She asked if we had questions about menu items, answered our questions clearly, told us about the specials and their prices. Appetizer of calamari was perfectly cooked with ample amount provided. Entrees came out in proper time just as we finished the calamari. AND she took our used plates away rather than them sitting around. Chicken entrees were so good but i cant find it on the online menu. A fair portion and a fair price. Waitress came back twice to ask if we needed anything and were happy with our choices. She brought the water pitcher each time as well. When another waitress took away my wife's finished entree plate (after asking if she would like it taken away), both the wife and I smiled at how this is how wait staff should be: helping out other staff's table by Picking up used plates and noting any needs by customers. This place was such a pleasant experience and we look forward to our next visit!

My Chicken Parmesan may have been the best I have ever eaten. However, the service obliterated an otherwise excellent meal. Many reviews describe Bettola as a hidden gem with warm, attentive service. That makes our treatment even harder to understand. I waited tables years ago, so I am extremely lenient with waitstaff. I know how hard they work and what they endure. Do you know how rude and dismissive a waiter must be for me to write a one-star review? VERY. I do not know his name. He appeared to be serving most, perhaps all, of this small restaurant. That is a tremendous workload, and slow service alone would not have upset me. Maybe he was having a terrible day. Maybe he was in pain. I truly do not know. But he seemed friendly with many other customers while treating us with indifference. He was inattentive, and dismissive, and appeared entirely comfortable behaving that way. Why were we treated differently? Was it because we were older? Was it because I am Black? I sincerely hope neither was true, but his conduct left me asking those questions. Whatever you are going through, every guest deserves your best. We were kind and respectful. Even a difficult guest deserves basic dignity because a waiter has no idea what that person may have endured that day, either. Respect must travel in both directions. Always. Our party divided the check. I don't know what my friends left him, but I still left a 25% tip. I did that because I remember the work and because countless waiters give their guests outstanding service every day. The kitchen produced a remarkable meal. The Chicken Parmesan alone could bring me back. But excellent food cannot erase treatment that makes guests feel unwelcome. Bettola deserved better representation. We deserved better treatment. Everyone does. Do your job, treat every guest with dignity and respect, and do your job well, or quit, man.

We started with the focaccia (with the ricotta and honey on the side) and it was so tasty. My partner doesn't normally like ricotta, but loved this dish! Then, we had the melon salad (very refreshing). We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff brought out complimentary glasses of bubbly rosé, as well as their special dish, which were the stuffed squash blossoms. This was a really thoughtful touch! For mains, we ordered the tagliatelle with lobster (this dish had a tiny bit of spice, which was fine for us but might catch someone else off guard), and the lamb loin. Both were excellent. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. However, this just speaks to how good everything is, so if you think about it, perhaps it's a good sign!

We normally get the Piatti Di Cicchetti (olives, pickled veggies, and almonds), Piatti Di Salumi (prosciutto, salame, coppa), and the Burrata. They all complement each other SO WELL. Pair that with a white wine and you got yourself a time. The 2 course offering for lunch is also phenomenal. I got the Insalata Mista (lettuce, shallot, reggiano) and it's a decent sized salad and very tasty. The Mafaldine (lamb ragu, pecorino romano) is to die for. Such great flavor and the pasta is always cooked perfectly. The service here is always top-notch too. The staff is very well-trained and is on top of everything. Truly a well-oiled machine.
