Bread basket and salad was great. Bread comes with a delicious italian seasoning blend and olive oil. Salad had a creamy Italian parmesan dressing. Unfortunately the entrees were not worth the price at all. Noodles came cold and did not have any flavor. I would choose olive garden any day of the week over Carrabbas.

Just over a week ago I planned a large memorial dinner event for my mother who had recently passed away. There were 47 of us in total. Liz helped plan the entire dinner by offering several different options for the custom menu, printing menus for our dinner group and placing them by the Place settings, making sure there was appropriate staff when we arrived at 3 PM on a Saturday, and ensuring that this special event was enjoyed by all. When we walked in the door our entire group got seated at the tables that were set out in the main part of the restaurant. The drink orders were taken followed by entrée orders and everything started to flow nicely from the kitchen throughout the entire dinner. The food was hot, fresh , and delicious. Several people commented how much they enjoyed their dinner not only during the dinner itself but in the days that followed. Given that it was in the month of May which is a busy season for booking restaurants I was a little nervous about finding a space for nearly 50 people. Liz made sure we had a great experience, and we most certainly did.

The food was really good I forgot to take a picture of it, so here's the receipt instead.

I went to Carrabba's Italian Grill for lunch with my aunt and overall had a good experience. The host was friendly and greeted us right away, which set a positive tone from the start. Our server, Maegan, was pleasant and did not rush us while ordering, which we appreciated. The food runner was also very polite and thoughtfully brought the cheese grater when delivering our meals. The food was enjoyable, and everyone we interacted with was professional. The only downside was that my water was not refilled, and I did notice that Maegan seemed a bit more outgoing after we decided to order a $10 meal to go. That said, it didn't significantly detract from the experience. Overall, it was a good lunch with friendly staff and solid food, and I would return.

Clean interior. Amazing customer service. Not crowded at all on a Friday night. Food is very underseasoned and not as flavorful as it looks. My apple crisp dessert was the best part of the dinner.

Great Carraba's! I love Carraba's in general and never got a bad meal at one! This location is in Canton and nestled behind the Hampton Inn on Haggerty! Great service by Milika at the bar! Reasonably priced, good food and atmosphere! Highly recommend!

    Italian sandwich, soup and pasta

The restaurant was cute, clean and nice ambiance. The host and server displayed great customer service. I had a lunch meal. The serving sizes were nice and decent price. I had a sandwich, soup and pasta! The sandwich was good, soup was good the chicken bones/skin should have been removed. The Italian pasta was terrible and i was very disappointed because i paid extra for the pasta on the side!

Take out order picked up from restaurant was brought out 23 minutes late to the pick up time. Brought out cold and pasta all stuck together. Very disappointed for $28.

Carrabba's is very good when the food is fresh and accurate and has good service. We almost left because we waited so long for our server Ciara to take our drink order, in an almost empty restaurant. Our server was kind but not attentive. The blackberry sangria and bread and herbs were very good. The appetizer and salad were also good, no complaints. The entrees did not taste as they are intended. The chicken and eggplant Parmesan were soggy. This location is not up to par with other locations. Go somewhere local I assure you'll be happier.

Pros- food is delicious, pizza, pasta, salads...their ranch is our fav and the bread basket, yum!!…read moreOur waiter Zack was great, accommodating, kind, and on top of things. Parking is easy and the restaurant appears clean. One negative comment- so we made a reservation for 15, and we had one extra child, bringing us to 16. The host (older lady with shoulder length reddish brown hair), made it exceptionally clear she was annoyed and continued to quote their policy of "banquet menu" once our party got to 16. I understand, it was an accident, and tbh didn't require us to be moved, just an extra chair. It put a sour taste in my mouth, as I was guest of honor visiting from out of town; you made us feel unwelcome the moment we walked in. As a host, you shouldn't be the one representing the restaurant. If you're upset, go home. Mind you, this is a Tuesday evening at dinner time (the restaurant wasn't busy and there was NO wait). Kudos to the wait staff and chefs, all our food came out at once, no send backs- I know for large parties it can get crazy, you all did amazing. I hope management can use this as a teaching opportunity to the host, as I'll be sure NOT to return to this location the next time I'm in town due to this experience at your establishment.

Let me begin with the fact I am a big fan of the Dearborn Heights location. Never a bad meal in…read moreover thirty years of patronage. The Canton location looks beautiful inside and out. I decided to give it a try. I regret that. They were well-staffed and it was an hour and a half before closing, That seemed enough time to not endure the rush to close activities so prevalent in restaurants, Nope. By 8:15PM, I felt patrons were being conveyed we're kinda in the way, not the actual purpose of their work as well as the lion's share of their paycheck. I was stunned at how much my prefered dish, Chicken Antonio--which was never cheap, has increased in price over the years but worse was the execution. The salad was good and the bread as always, excellent. The main course? Not so much. I know I should have sent it back, but I didn't. I really hate doing that for fear of angering the guy cooking my food. I've seen Waiting... Soon as I took a bite, I knew something was off. It seemed oil-soaked. Now I know the breaded chicken filet is sautéed but this was greasy. It was greasy to the point by the time I ate less than a third my stomach was queasy. My teenaged server asked if my meal was okay. I told him "not really" which seemed to stun him and leave him without a response. He came back a few minutes later to ask if he could do anything. What could he do? Well, maybe call a manager or send out the cook--but I wasn't going to ask. He seemed new and nervous so I wasn't about to be a Karen. Maybe these servers should be instructed to send a manager when they're told something is disappointing? Come to think of it; I often have experiences a manager stopping by to ask if my meal was satisfactory. In my previous Antonio's experiences, that was kinda common--and part of the charm. I really felt they cared. I ended up--for the first time ever, taking home 75% of my meal hoping reheating in my oven will help. We'll see tomorrow when my stomach is up to it. The closing routine after 8:30 was certainly distracting and not at all what one would expect from a fine restaurant charging a premium such as here. The smell of Windex used to clean the doors was just overwhelming and I felt like we remaining patrons were getting the bum's rush. In closing, I was also disappointed they don't offer a Veteran's discount which is more and more a standard thing today. Even Cracker Barrel has started. I hope they change that policy. I'm sure I'll continue to go to the Dearborn Heights location, but this experience gives me pause at the Canton location.

The first was delivery and it arrived perfectly prepared and exactly as ordered. I went with the seafood pasta and my family split an order or arancini. Everything was excellent. A few weeks later I came back through for dinner with some friends and we landed on the heated patio. It was cozy and comfortable. We split the bruschetta with prosciutto, goat cheese, and fig spread. Very good! For my entree I went with the asiago baci, little purses of an asiago and ricotta stuffed pasta tossed in a garlic cream sauce with tomatoes and asparagus. So so good! And a nice sized portion as well. For dessert we split a slice of the lemon torte. Light and delicious. The perfect end to the meal. I was there catching up with friends and we definitely moved a little slower ordering (too busy talking!) and our server was really kind and patient with us. A great experience all around.

The meatballs in the spaghetti dish were delicious. Flavorful and not dried out. The sauce tasted like it had been cooked with love. I also liked the short rib. The sauce had been elevated with some wine, and the meat was tender and rich. The accompanying potatoes were so creamy. I would order both dishes again. We each got a dessert. My husband got the tiramisu and I got the chocolate cake. I guess the tiramisu was just ok. I loved the chocolate cake. On our second visit, we tried the Rigatoni Caprino and the Chicken Marsala Florentine. Of the two, we liked the rigatoni better. It had that super red sauce on it. The sausage was on point, and the goat cheese complimented the rest of the dish so well. The marsala was good, though my husband I agreed we had both had better. The sauce just lacked something. My husband wasn't that impressed with the Crème Brûlée cheesecake, and wouldn't order it again.
