What a great unexpected experience. Arrived into Orlando late and this was by our hotel. Note we don't usually do Carrabbas because most are unclean & ave service at best. NOT this one! We sat at the bar and from the moment we were greeted by Samantha we knew this was different. She was friendly welcoming and swift! Immediately getting us water & wines(we ended up with a bottle of the new featured red) Borrigiano toscana- excellent. We then shared burratta & lasagna which was ordered already split! Outstanding. Servers who passed by the bar also seemed friendly. There were many celebrations which was also fun but could be a little loud... All in all-Well done team. We will return one day soon! Chain restaurants can be good, and Carrabba's is living proof... well, I guess it's not really alive, if it was, you're entering in the mouth and dining inside it's welcoming belly filled with aromas of Italian food simmering away. As far as chains go, this is probably in the top Italian ones with Maggiano's being my favorite. This location close to the airport is a good one with great service and good Italian food for the price. The Chicken Parm was pretty good and filling as well. They had a deal for an entree to go for $10 and since lasagna is better the 2nd day anyway, I got one to go and enjoyed it the next day. The garlic in the sauce REALLY hits you on day 2 though. I've had other dishes here in the past and have enjoyed them, as well as their Wine Dinners (at another location) which I recommend to try a few of the dishes here. I wish they still had the wood fired pizzas as that was always a favorite in the past. read more

Ordered curbside- downloaded the app only because they had an exclusive goat cheese item I was really interested in. Turns out it was 86'd and I had to go for another vegetarian option. I get home and the pasta tasted like mussels, tastes straight up like seafood. someone in the kitchen cross contaminated the food and used the same pan. I call - the manager gets on the phone ( 7/2/2026 at 9pm) he says hello, doesn't say his name, doesn't apologize. He just says I'll get refund in a few days. Terrible hospitality. No care or concern for the cross contamination (health code violation). As someone that's been in the industry for years and managed many restaurants, that was disappointing to experience from a manager. I hope that he talked to his staff and is making an effort to make sure nobody ever has that experience again but I don't think he will. I won't be back to this location and because of the poor customer service from the beginning- the hostess cutting me off to transfer me to to go, to go transfers me to a manager that obviously doesn't give a shit about his job; I will take every opportunity I get to make sure people don't dine at this location. Not one single person apologized. Hopefully the refund actually comes. Remember taking accountability goes along way. I wouldn't have written a review at all if they actually showed any remorse for giving a vegetarian of 15 years a pasta cooked in the same pan as seafood. read more

The olive oil and spices are so tasty with the complimentary bread that keeps on coming. The oil is challenging to shake out of the bottle. The spices are saltier than in the past. We had the combo appetizer plate-really good for a group. The calamari is very peppery. The bruschetta is the best I've had! Fresh cherry tomatoes and basil on toasted buttered not too bread. The house salad was good but the blue cheese dressing tasted and looked like ranch-we put the-olive oil and spices on the salad. Better. We were a group so had a bit of everything-chicken Parmesan and a side of spaghetti-generous portion. So tasty! The lasagna wS creamy and the sauce was fresh-not too salty. Yes, they use the cheese grinder! Love that! We had the sirloin with house salad, spinach, and broccoli. The steak melted in our mouths, the spinach was delish, and the broccoli was perfect! This was our first time at this location and I must say the atmosphere was so nice and relaxing compared to our locations on International Drive and Vineland Ave. They are always so busy. It's been at least 6 months since we've had Carrabba's and last night for some reason, I really wanted a blackberry sangria. It wasn't busy at all when we were there around 6:30pm on Sunday. We sat at the bar and right away we were greeted by the bartender and asked if we would be dining as well. I said yes and he offered us some bread. I ordered my sangria and to our surprise we still had 30 minutes left of Happy Hour so he gave us a bar bites menu. Our calamari came out nice and hot and then my husband and I ordered our favorite, Chicken Bryan, to share. Our salads were split and came out in minutes! Our entree was also split which was perfect. The food tasted just how we remembered. It was delicious. We were offered dessert but by the time we finished, we were so stuffed. I wish I remembered the name of the bartender we had. The menu offers a good variety, which is great if you're dining with a group that likes options - or just want them yourself. The food itself was average, not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Service was friendly, though a bit on the slower side, especially considering it wasn't very busy during my visit. The restaurant has plenty of seating, so space wasn't an issue. It's in a convenient location with lots of parking, which will make getting in and out easy. I was staying at a hotel next door so this was super convenient. I was trying to pick the right star rating. The server was exceptional. She was attentive, prompt and was interactive with our 4 year old grandson. The flavors were enjoyed by our whole party, but the portion size of my eggplant parm was dismally small, 4 slices. I even paid an upcharge for fettuccine Alfredo, which was no more then 1/2 to 2/3 of a cup. The cost was $25.99. Ok I really hated Carrabba's before. I'd rather go to a local Italian mom and pop over a chain in Philadelphia. But then I moved to Florida. My daughter really likes Carrrabba's and she got to pick the restaurant. I rolled my eyes but ok. Wow, it was pretty good! Really surprising. Half moon cheese ravioli was good. But the blush alfredo was to die for. No really. Awesome. My soup was really good. My sort of breaded and broiled shrimp and scallops was very tasty. Overall we all enjoyed our meal. Service was great. This restaurant is small and clean. I love the open kitchen. I spent my waiting time figuring out what each station was. Ok, so would I go here over one of Orlando's few good Italian places? No. But over most mom and pops in the area? Yeah, probably. Tonight was a date night with my hubby so we decided to grab two seats at the Carrabba's bar and order some food and drinks. To avoid wait times we always opt for the bar and usually we get service right away. The bartender greeted us immediately after we sat down and took our drink orders. The bartender also gave us complimentary bread with the seasoned olive oil for dipping. We placed our drink orders and my Sangriarita was a one of a kind cocktail and delicious. My husband ordered an old fashioned and enjoyed his as well. We loved the taste of our drinks we ordered several more and the bartender was friendly and attentive. We ordered 2 appetizers for sharing and once they were ordered, they were delivered to us within 15 mins. All the food came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed our appetizers. If you want a quick bite a few drinks, and delicious food then you definitely have to check out the bar at Carrabba's. read more

They start everyone with a basket of warm bread and olive oil with seasonings that is very tasty. We came during happy hour and tried a few bites from the menu. The Calabrian wings were very delicious as well as the meatball sliders. The shrimp focaccia bites came out lukewarm so that was a skip. The Limoncello desert was amazing and we ordered the last one so put that in quick. Gavin was our server who was very attentive and kind explaining the happy hour menu, always making sure our water glasses stayed full, and brought out extra sauce for the wings when we didn't even ask. The ambiance is what you would expect at an Italian restaurant with wine displayed and just a nice intimate setting. Have not been to Carrabbas in a long time. I remembered great drinks and above average food. Soooo disappointed this time! They used to have great sangrias, my sangria was meh. Switched to a margarita and had to return it, way too sweet and tasted like it was made with cheap mix. Decided to go with something safe, eating buttery chicken so I chose a Sauvignon blanc. My husband asked for a refill on his coke 3x times and was asked by the same waitress 2 times if he wanted a refill (yes, yes, yes), he finally got his only refill at the end of his meal. Overheard the table behind us having to remind the waitress for the refills they ordered My dinner was super salty (and I like salt). The noodles (plain) very salty and the buttery wine sauce on my chicken was super salty. Tried to cut the salt with the wine I ordered. Wine tasted off, but kept drinking it to cut the salt. Discovered I was given a Chardonnay and not Sauvignon Blanc. When I told the waitress it was a Chardonnay, she gave me a look like she knew her mistake all along and then asked, "you didn't like it?" I started to explain the pairing of a Chardonnay vs Sauvignon blanc w buttery foods then thought better of it and cut my losses. Husband ordered lamb chops that came out rare (not what he ordered). We both only got through 1/2 of our meal before calling it quits. Gross! read more

Everything we tried tasted great; the food was fresh; and the food was well presented and very appealing. Service - we went on a busy Friday and the service was a little delayed as expected. However, the waitstaff worked very hard to make sure we had drinks and more appetizers while we waited through the kitchen backup. They were terrific! Ambience - this is an extremely popular restaurant, it is near a major airport and in a resort location. The crowd was family oriented and it was moderately noisy. But it looks like a great date destination. There is also a bar and there are plenty of chairs in the waiting area, if it gets too busy. Note: go early to avoid the crowds. We were there for the March food and wine paring. We had been to other Carrabba's for similar occasions and seriously enjoyed them. This dinner was equally tasty at every course. Portions were plenty. Flavors were vibrant. Good company at the table. The restaurant t itself was cozy; I picked up some decorating ideas for a kitchen remodel in the planning phase. My only concern would be the overall service provided. The event started late. The coordinator did little more than read the card (incorrectly) that was provided before the meal. And my dining partner and I drew the conclusion that waitress working the event was overwhelmed and probably got stuck working alone. She was hustling but had no chance to keep up. Overall we recommend the monthly Carrabba's wine pairing dinners. read more

My wife and I normally visit a restaurant the night before we cruise out for a relaxing date night/ pre cruise meal.. We ordered a meal and shared it because they bring out some of the best warm crusted Italian bread with seasoning and olive oil, this alone will do you in for the evening, not to mention a few glasses of wine to help wash down the bread and instantly you are stuffed! Oh I forgot to mention the freshly made mozzarella sticks and the sausage lentils soup. This is all before your main course even arrives at your table!. I came when they opened up and I had the Filet & Shrimp Toscana. (Toscana is the Italian word for Tuscany by the way) It was really good large shrimps no tails tender fillet cooked the way you want it in pasta with a cream sauce. The sauce was not perfect although if it was, this would probably be one of my favorite meals I've ever had in my life. Anytime you have shrimp fillet and pasta in the same meal. It's a good thing. I also had garlic mashed potatoes, which was really good. It has some potato skin in it. I was a little disappointed that they don't have any sour cream, but other than that it was good also had asparagus very flavorful. After eating the bread and two sides I had to take most of the entrée home. My server was outstanding. I believe his name was Oliver. All in all it was a great experience! read more

I came here with a group of my friends. The food was amazing! Our server was Naomi. I can say with the I can say with the utmost confidence she is the best server I (and my group) have ever had. Not only was her service the best, she is very efficient, and was able to answer any questions we had, anticipate any needs and took care of our needs before we even asked which made everything so much easier. Although I've dined numerous times at a variety of Carabba's locations, this was a first visit for this restaurant, and it certainly won't be the last. It was true excellence. While awaiting the rest of my dining group to arrive (total of 8 ppl) I was welcomed the bar by Charley (Charles) who was very friendly as well as very helpful with a few menu questions. He offered a personal favorite to be considered, and that's exactly what I ordered later. It was primo . . . and VERY filling. Our server in the dining room was Kayla, and the hospitality excellence continued with her throughout. Very helpful and patient (and a few in our group can tend to be higher-maintenance). She was welcoming and accurate for the entire dining experience. The restaurant it well organized as well as very clean (both the bar and dining room). Ample parking available. There is nothing to suggest for improvements whatsoever. Very easy to recommend this location to others, and several of us will look forward to a repeat visit in the future.
