Alexis was my nice server, she warmly greeted me and asked how I was, she seemed sincere and that little bit goes such a long way in a hectic travel day so I am grateful. She was very attentive, organized and polite and the food arrived promptly and tasted good. They get pretty busy but have a well oiled wheel. I had the Caesar salad and fully loaded baked potato and a bottled water and it was just $15. I usually get take out here but had time to kill and it was nice to sit down and relax. Pros: Ambiance was nice enough. Comfy chairs and tables with much needed TV's to watch sports. Cons: Service was terrible. Sorry, but there were plenty of other servers being very attentive to their tables. Food was also terrible. We only ordered a Bloomin' Onion, and it was battered improperly, ruining the whole dish. Came here before out flight to Peru. We needed a snack before the flight, and a Bloomin' Onion seemed like the right choice. So we walk up, sit down, and get ready for out fried crispy treat. Ambiance was fine. Plenty of tables facing plenty of TV's, which was very convenient, because the UFC fights were on, so we had some entertainment. And we needed that entertainment, because the service was awful. Our server was MIA most of the time, and the dining room was maybe 33% full. There were also a few other servers bouncing around, being much more attentive. On top of that, the Bloomin' took a very long time to come out. And I know that you can't rush perfection, but this was neither rushed nor was it perfection. Sloppy application of the batter, raw bits here and there, really gross. Overall, not a great visit, but hey, in an airport, you have a captive audience that doesn't really have many other options. read more

We have not been to the Outback for years and tonight we had dinner there for Veterans Day. As a Veteran, they offered a choice off of the Aussie 3-course meal. I had the 6oz steak, baked potato, salad and cheesecake. It was more than enough and really good. Our served was excellent (Jamsey). The Aussie 3-course meal offers three different options price wise and all good. Thank you Outback for recognizing us Veterans. It means so much! I wasn't overly impressed with the Outback at the airport but we were hungry before our flight home. The bloomin onion was smaller than the ones at other outbacks. The Caesar salad was good and the chicken dish I had was decent. The chicken was a little overcooked but when I put BBQ sauce on it- it was ok. The staff and management were excellent when we went there on Monday for the free meals for veterans. We use to be in there a lot but with money being tight we have not been in there for a while. The staff remembered us and treated us like royalty. They treated us like we go there several times a week! They treated us like family. I stopped in there on Tuesday to tell Justin how much we appreciated the service from everyone. We were invited back that night for a second veterans meal. If you want to eat somewhere that treats you like family, then you must go there. Justin, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Mr. Chen will take very good care of you. My husband and I love sitting at a bar having a drink and eating dinner, so as soon as we entered Outback we headed straight to the bar. It's been over 10 years since we been to Outback and we were pleasantly surprised with the drink and food menu. The bartender was very attentive and got everything we needed in a timely manner. She was also cleaning her bar in between customers and she kept her work area immaculate which I can appreciate. For drinks I ordered the Strawberry Peach Sangria and my husband got The Wallaby Darned. Both drinks were delicious without being overly sweet. My sangria was really good but I preferred my husband's Wallaby better. For an appetizer we had the Blooming Onion, which was really big for just us two so we took half of it home. I got the $17 3Course Meal and my husband got the Queensland Shrimp and Chicken Pasta. The 3 course meal was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection, not only was the meal good but the price was even better. Let's be honest when a bowl of chili came out and it's piping hot and you can get take one bite without scolding your mouth, you know it's microwaved. Along with other things that I will go into details about. Came here because the line at Longhorn was a 40 minute wait, so thought I gave this place a try. Worst $104 dollars I've ever spent. I came in when it was peak dinner hours 8pm. Party of three maybe 5/6 tables in the whole restaurant. Ambiance was already off putting... I got the Ribeye and Rice, boy I sure wished I took a picture I was too upset and wanted to rush out asap. The steak was very salty and was still raw. The rice looks very mushy and doesn't look like grain of rice. Next was the chicken and shrimp pasta. The chicken was dry and the shrimp was like little bullets.. pasta had a textured like it was cooked 5 or 6 days ago.. Lastly was the Half Rack ribs and Mac and cheese Salty, microwaved, terrible. So here's a small piece of advice for people who are reading this review, save yourself the money and wait a little bit at Longhorn and I guaranteed you'd have a better experience. And for this Outback Steakhouse you guys need to have a serious quality check, or those doors won't stay open for much longer. read more

I had a pleasant enough visit here at the Orlando Airport when travelling recently. I sat at the bar around 9:45 and was quickly informed they weren't going to serve food until 10 which was totally fine with me. I ordered a gin martini (time doesn't exist in airports) which was made well and the bartender was super friendly and kind. I ordered the chicken tenders (16.99) which came with two sides. I got a side salad and fries. Side salad was MASSIVE. It was like double what I would have expected. Fries and chicken tenders were a generous portion as well. The bartender had warned me that it was a lot of food when I initially said I would hang onto the menu and he was right. I ended up boxing up more than half of what I ordered. Chicken tenders were moorish and the fries were good as well. Side salad was unexciting but I needed something a little healthy or I would have felt disgusting on the plane. Overall I was pretty happy with it as an airport meal - obviously nothing gourmet but for an airport it checked the boxes. read more

We were sat right away and we had a party of four. It was about 8 PM and older. All the restaurants in the area had no available seating. This restaurant also seemed very busy but we got a nice booth. Our server was OK but the employees who brought out our appetizers and meals, they were amazing! Great personality, and extremely friendly. I am so glad that they now have different combo options and I went for the fillet chimichurri meal and I have to say it was cooked medium the way I asked for it and it was absolutely delicious! The baked potato that came also looked exactly like the picture And the brussels sprouts I ordered were exceptional. I've had these brussels sprouts in other outback locations and they were always either too salty or something. Ordered Alice Springs chicken with steamed veggies. The carrots were hard, not cooked and the chicken was dry with a hard exterior (cooked in too high heat). It was tasteless. They replaced it and didn't charge for my meal so I left a $30. Tip to cover my meal but the replacement chicken in the meal was same but carrots were cooked. Had a waiter switch halfway thru meal and first guy was so friendly. Second guy had way too much cologne on and was borderline rude to me. Won't go back. Don't recommend it. I thought that was a good deal, so I asked the server if I could get the $14.99 deal. He asked me if I wanted the 6oz steak, and I said Yes. He asked if I wanted soup or salad, and I ordered the potato soup. Then he asked me what side I would like and I said Brocoli. I asked him about the Cheesecake and he said he'd bring it once I was done.While I was waiting I noticed a Trivia game on the table which I never touch, but since it was there without any label or warning of a charge, I started playing around with it. No big deal right? The food and service was good, however, they tried to charge me $2.99 fir the game!! I told the server and he removed it from the bill. Then I noticed I was charged $17.99 for the dinner. I asked for the manager who took off the additional $3.00 for the steak, after she informed me that the $14.99 was for OTHER MENU ITEMS, THAT "STARTED" AT $14.99!!! We used to come here for date nights occasionally, but ever since Covid, we haven't made it back here in awhile. Family wanted to meet up for dinner and why not. We got there early and were told it would be about 30 minute wait, perfect, we will wait at the bar, have a snack and a drink and it should all work out. The bartender was busy but friendly, after a couple of minutes we ordered our drinks and apparently our table was ready. That's fine, our drinks were easily transferred to our table and it worked out great, our guests showed up just in time. Dominic was our server, can't say enough good things about him, very personable, friendly and helpful. All of our food came out on a timely manner. We got the awesome blossom, which has been awhile since I've had it, but still good. The smoked pecan old fashioned was good but very sweet. My wife's filet was cooked perfectly and very good. I had the prime rib sandwich, which can be hit or miss, this was a hit with the onions, mushrooms, and onion au jus. Had the opportunity of having you touching the road well Lizie, you should've said something I could've gone too. I said I wish you would've said something cause I could've got dressed and we could've gone too. I'm not waiting for me to get dressed and stuff. I did tell them I wanted to go somewhere I did I was my sister for an early Mother's Day, brunch lunch type of thing. Arriving there it was very quiet. I'm not a lot of activity. We were set immediately as well as our server D from Canada was very great. Initially I thought that there was a little dryness, but when we had encountered a few issues with the food and, our beverage D was able to get that taken care of immediately he came with very many options to get the situation rectified and I was grateful for that. The manager on duty did come over and we held a great conversation. I'm about the industry and I told him how hesitant I was to come there being that is so close to the airport and how surprised I was eating there. The chili was delicious. Definitely had a little bit of a kick to it so he was able to bring me some sour cream. We also ordered the bear wings, which were absolutely delicious and that exceeded my expectations since the last time that I had had them they were not good. This definitely changed my expectations in a good way . I will be returning if nothing else but for those wing. read more

Ok whatever happened here. This is by the Orlando airport and it's next to several restaurants in what is usually a busy area. Maybe they were short staffed, and if so I respect that. This was not what it seemed, though. There were at least four or more tables in the middle of the dining room that had piles of dirty dishes like an Entire families worth. Strangely, I noticed that the tables had some uneaten food. One table had a entire blooming onion and one had a completely full bowl of soup. We arrived at 10P and they closed at 11. We asked to be seated at a table, not a booth. They placed us at a table and it has a large puddle of water on it along with menus plunked into the water. We sat there a while and a manager came over. He was dressed in regular clothes and said hi. We asked for a napkin to wipe the water and he said he would do us one better, he said he would rather us move to the booths by the bar because the server "didn't feel like walking all the way over to our table". Yes, you read that right. I told him that we had requested the table and didn't want to move to a booth. Two in our party had steak and we did have delicious bread. I was not very hungry so I orders soup. The server later returned and said they were out of the soup that I wanted and offered a different soup. This new soup is the old "walk about soup" so I was ok with that. We had cheese fries which were good and hot. When they brought our meals and my soup everything was fine but my soup was old or bottom of the barrel and not hot. It was barely warm and really gross. I took out a spoonful and the space stayed open.. the soup was more solid than liquid...not thick but almost a solid..see photo. I chose not to eat it. I will mention our server was pleasant but there were not that many full tables even though the three booths that they wanted us to sit in did get filled. At about 10:35 the manager cut off all of the music and the staff was hooting and hollering. The person working in the takeout area was sitting on their phone and their was a patron who started shouting to bring her check she couldn't sit there any longer. There was barely any staff to be seen. We too, had to ask for our check. We just wanted out. Two stars is generous. read more

We were seated right away, that was great. Our drinks order was taken and we ordered the chicken wings as an appetizer. The appetizer came out with the fountain drinks. These are my favorite wings. At this time we added another cocktail to our order while still waiting for the first cocktail ordered. We placed our entrees order. The entrees started to come out. I asked about my cocktail. I didn't get a response. Waitress approached the bar and got it right away. As we were halfway done I had to ask about the second cocktail again. Only then it was served. The bar attendant seem to be very focused on cleaning and picking up chairs instead of making drinks. When that last cocktail came out I asked about bread. Why didn't we get bread? I was told it's because they have to turn off the oven early (we arrived at 8:30pm) so there was no bread. I thought that was early for a restaurant that closes at 10pm. Oddly we were offered bread and butter to go. The restaurant is nice and the bar area has TVs. The house salad I ordered was as expected. The burger was also made as ordered. read more

I placed an order online, called this location to verify the order went thru since I didn't recieve any confirmation. Bobby went WAAAAAAY over and above. The order had not gone thru but showed it had debited my card. I work in customer service and I have to say I have NEVER seen someone so caring about an issue.
