Went for Sunday after church We had 2 different waiters one would refill our drinks and bread and the other took the ordered and checked on the food Service was decent enough she made sure there was drinks and bread , when the food came out she only came once to check which was okay as food came exactly how we ordered it. We had the shrimp and take pasta with stake well done We also had the shrimp Caesar salad I like this restaurant because it was clean and had so many different options of food. We have not been to a Carrabba's in many years but had a gift card that we wanted to use. Kayla, our server was lovely. The ambience could use a big overhaul. I'd be embarrassed if I were the manager of this restaurant. The booth seating all looked like this photo and we were seated at one. I took a sip of a drink and happened to look up at the ceiling and there were three vents above us that were absolutely filthy. Had I seen him before we ate i would've probably lost my appetite. Also visited the ladies restroom and it was dated and unclean. And we had just arrived at 11 AM when it opened. Will not be returning. read more

It's been a while since I ate at Carrabba's and it's worth noticing their new flooring and interior ambiance. They also have the happy hour offering with a good menu starting at $5 from 4-6 pm. I ordered their Spinach Arancini ($5), the Calamari ($9), and the Lasagne Dip ($7). All were excellently prepared! Hands down, Carrabba's has the best calamari!!! This place is nice, the waiters are nice with the ambiance of other Carranza's restaurants. The food, well not so sold. It seemed like the cook liked to over pepper the food and we had to return several plates including chicken noodle soup.. The chicken parm was very skimpy and the sauce and cheese were very little in quantity. The bread was good. Not my first choice. read more

I came here for a friend's birthday celebration. We were a party of 13 but it was a Saturday at 3pm. The restaurant was not busy at all. They seemed to have plenty of staff and yet it took literally ONE HOUR for them to come and take our order. We got our drinks right away but they forgot about us from there and we watched as the few others that were in the restaurant got their food and we still haven't even given our orders yet. Finally we complained and someone came to take the orders. We just did not feel that the service was kind or welcoming and it was really unfortunate because I personally enjoy Carrabba's but this experience was not very good at all. It was overall disappointing. The food finally came out and it tasted good but the bad experience just sort of ruined it already. This location is just not one I would visit again. read more

Not as good as it used to be, imagine a restaurant today not really offering much on non-alcoholic beer they offer a single brand of a non-alcoholic beer which has the least good reviews it's okay though I can go elsewhere where I can have at least something that I am able to drink that tastegood. When I asked management why they don't sell a highly rated or good NA beer and they simply said that corporate doesn't feel that non-alcoholic beers sell, however non-alcoholic beer is one of the fastest growing categories in the entire beer industry I guess their corporate doesn't keep up to date. As far as the food the food is good however the portions and quality to me don't seem as good as they used to be. read more

Josh our server earned a star. This is a hard one. Some things, very good. Others? Sorta good. The place is clean, bright and welcoming, as said Josh was super friendly and accommodating, it's a nice spot convenient to my home. Food had some really nice elements (salad, the bread) but my wife had two pieces of pink chicken in her dish (ew) and my parm was very average. Good service. Good food. Nice and clean and a very enjoyable dinner. First course: the shrimp scampi with garlic toast. Our appetizer had 10 16-20 size shrimp and 8 garlic toasts with a large ramekin of melted garlic butter. Very nice start. Our main course: we enjoyed the Chicken 3-way with caesar salad & garlic smashed potatoes + bone-in grilled Pork Chop + house salad. Well prepared and very filling. We took at least half our orders home as leftovers along with a courtesy loaf of bread. Final course: limoncello bread pudding was the star of the night. Delightful. Our bill without alcohol was under $100. Both of us agreed dinner was great. We're planning a dessert-only visit for more of the delicious bread pudding. read more

I went to Carrabba's tonight for a Pollo Rosa Maria chicken dinner. I'm not kidding as we measured, the two chicken breasts were 3 1/2 inches long. I have never seen such small chicken in my life at $26 a plate. I will never return there again. biggest joke I have ever seen at a restaurant in my life. Left hungry. Avoid at all costs! Nice comfortable place. Nice staff. Food ehhh Bread was good Lentil soup with sausage was the right recipe except the salt took over. Otherwise this should've been one of the better soups I've ever had, including homemade. Stuffed mushroom recipe was good. The sauce wasn't so good. Fried calamari should've been golden brown, it was not; but I'm glad that they served all parts of it, including the tentacles. The concept of this place is Italian, but it's really not Italian cooking. It's a play on Italian ingredients and names. It was my first time and perhaps my last. If they lose the salt and move to a traditional Italian simple style of cooking. They would do so much better in my opinion. read more

I ordered the shrimp and crabmeat topped salmon. Not a single shrimp on my plate. I was told it is a blend of breading, crab and shrimp. What is a blend. For $29 I expect shrimp on my plate. Carrabbas was never great but it has gotten ridiculous. My wife's chicken Bryan was two very small medallions of chicken breast for $25. It used to be a nice chicken breast. Haven't been in years and definitely will not be coming back. Too many good real Italian restaurants around to waste my money on food of this caliber. First time at Carrabba's after passing it so many times in the neighborhood. We made reservations online, but when we got to the restaurant - they told us they were only seating one side of the restaurant until a certain hour. Told them I made rsvps at 5pm but that didn't matter. We had to wait for a table to free up and didn't sit down until 5:15pm. Our server was really nice, though. She grabbed us our waters with lemon immediately. We ordered the trio and spaghetti. The bread was served, and the food came out 30-35 mins later. The bread was hot and came with spices you mix with the olive oil. The pasta was okay, nothing too special. Spent $60 for two pastas. read more

Recently we were in there and I felt bad for one of the employees the way this manager was talking to her. If he's willing to talk like that to employees in earshot of customers I wonder how he talks when customers can't hear.
