Bri was AMAZING! She had a "matter of fact" approach towards the actual piercing which made it easier for my daughter AND put me at ease over infection control practices. Additionally, she was warm and engaging while setting up and preparing. The best part of it all was the actual piercing. She was quick and deliberate. They often have sale items and yesterday, hats were 50% off. Last night, went to Claire's go get my second ear piercing re-pierced! I originally had two piercing on both ears, but I have not worn two pairs of earrings in years so the holes closed. Anyway, prior to getting my ears pierced, I had to sign "Release of Liability/Waiver of Claims" as the Sale Associate prepare the pre-sterilized studs that directly penetrated my ears. Ouch! Ha-ha-ha. J/K :-)! My total came up to $17.32 which included the piercing and sterling silver stud earrings, plus a big bottle of ear care antiseptic. After six-weeks, I get to remove the studs and put on new earrings... SWEET!

The Cleopatra costume was good quality overall, but the headpiece fell apart right away - the bead strings came off even though I didn't snag it on anything. The hula costume was very sparse; even with something on underneath, it was very see-through with the slightest movement, which made me uncomfortable. Spirit isn't my first choice for costumes, but for last-minute shopping, it does the job.

Enter Manny, the shop's suspension guru. Right away, I could tell this guy knew his stuff. Everything he suggested lined up with what I had read online, which made me feel like maybe I wasn't totally clueless after all. More importantly, it meant I could actually trust him. When he quoted me a fair price for the parts, I figured, "Alright, let's do this," and booked an appointment to get my truck fitted with a lift, new tires, and a fresh grille. But like any truck owner with a growing addiction, I couldn't stop there. While waiting for my appointment, I went full send and ordered more aftermarket parts--headlights, taillights, fog lights, and a Pop & Lock for my tailgate (because security is a thing, apparently). Before bringing them in, I did my due diligence and got a quote from a nearby auto body shop for installation. Then, just for kicks, I asked Manny how much it would cost to have them install everything. Turns out, his price was basically the same, just slightly higher--but nothing that made me clutch my wallet and cry. And considering I already trusted them with my truck, I figured, why not let the same crew handle it all? The end result? My truck looks and rides amazing. My only gripe? The wait time. It took about two weeks before they could start working on it, which was torture, but honestly, between ordering parts and them being slammed with work, it was understandable. Good work takes time, and I'd rather wait than have someone fk' up a job on my ride. They even dusted my Truck after working on it. Bottom line: If you want quality suspension work or aftermarket upgrades for your Tacoma (or just want to talk shop with someone who actually knows what they're doing), Bay Truck Accessories is the place. Just be prepared to develop an expensive new hobby. Also, they kinda "ol' skool" so better to call or show up to get information than try electronically. His tone was very rude and just didnt want to help me out at all. He even told me that it didn't matter that it was a gift and it didn't fit. That no one reads the receipts where it clearly says they will accept a exchange at the current price! I won't come back to this place they don't know how to treat customers!
