Now, I've only ever taken the car for service/ repair to two places: the Dodge dealer where I bought it and this place. When I pointed this fact to the manager he simply said that the spare wasn't there in the first place but which he conveniently forgot to write/say anything to me. Unfortunately I don't have any hard evidence or I would have sued. 2. They said they couldn't replace the tire with the same brand/model, so they put a "comparable" model for the new tire. Guess what? That comparable tire is completely worn out after only 6 months while the other 3 are still almost new
