Had a wonderful first time experience with Cartier Valley Fair! I knew exactly what I wanted upon entering the store and was assisted by Phil. Phil was friendly, hospitable and had a very calm nature while assisting me. I was able to try on a few of the love bracelets in different model sizes, my specific size was not available in store but he assured me they could overnight it and would notify me once it arrived. I put down a deposit and came in a few days later, at my earliest availability. Upon pick up, I was presented with my bracelet to try on and was able to try some other bracelets that would pair well as a future bracelet stack. I was mostly interested in the Juste en Clou. Phil was very considerate and gave great recommendations and the history behind the pieces! Gave advice on how to take care of the piece and services to care for it. He was very personal and because this purchase was to celebrate a recent achievement he brought out a glass of champagne, mind you it was 10am but the gesture to toast about the achievement was much appreciated. He even gift wrapped my purchase along with some perfume samples which really was the cherry on top. With every visit I was always offered water, champagne and chocolates, the sales associates within the boutique always greeted me and I felt welcomed. Top notch service from beginning to end, awesome communication and can't wait to be back for another piece! Well worth the investment for each piece that has a story behind it, classic and iconic!

Contacted Mai at the Valley Fair location for a possibly last minute appt. She was booked for the day but scheduled me in and told me she would have a colleague assist me at my appt. We drove 2 hours to this location and got there early. Walked round the mall and it was busy! Got in line an hour early, wasn't sure if we had to stand in line or just walk to the front but the line wasn't long so we waited. We knew exactly what we were wanting to look at. Once we were at the front of the line, I told the door guy that we had an appt with Mai. She was however with a client, which I already knew. By the time we got in, she was scheduled off but stayed to assist us. She showed us the Love and Juste Un Clou ring collections and let us try a few sizes to see which was more comfortable for us. She also let my daughter try the love pave with the Juste un clou we were purchasing. Daughter fell in love with the stack but the pave will have to wait. We purchased the small love and Juste un clou. Mai packaged it all up for us and she even saved a Happy Mother's Day card for me as well, which was very thoughtful of her. Thank you!

This review is for my client advisor Jimmy! Jimmy is truly the absolute best person I have ever met in the fine jewelry industry. I've been his client for over 10 years; and I only make sure to see him because it's like seeing a friend. He is warm, welcoming, professional, funny, and the epitome of all client advisors. I don't say that lightly, Jimmy really is the best. Onto the jewelry. Cartier is a lovely luxury brand. Elegant and refined. Jimmy will help suggest pieces that suit your style and vibe.

The staff here was really nice. I was having a hard time deciding which ring size I should choose and visited the store for the 3rd time to finalize my decision and do an exchange. It's my first luxury jewelry piece and I wanted to make sure that the fit was as perfect as can be. They were patient with me which I really appreciated. Today the store was a little less busy than the other days and someone took the time to offer me chocolates, champagne and water. I'm for sure leaving the store happier and more confident than when I came in. Thank you to everyone who helped me. Xoxo, Miss indecisive

This was my wife and my first time ever setting foot into a Cartier store. We definitely had some imposter syndrome. Joshua made us feel welcomed and helped us find the perfect piece for my wife's milestone birthday. We had some champagne while we waited for the piece to be wrapped, and left with a gift my wife will cherish for years to come. Delightful experience!

After 3 years, we are still going to this location for all our jewelry pieces. Our client advisor is Jimmy Lau, and he is THE best. He always welcomes us with a smile, a handshake, or a hug. He knows our preferences and always provides the best service. When hubby bought my Juste Un Clou ring, it was so hard to get the sizing right for me, I had to go back two times to exchange it, and he was so understanding every time! He even remembers my birthday! Can't say enough about what a positive shopping experience it always is with Jimmy. Recently, my 19-year-old daughter went in to the boutique by herself to repair her bracelet that we bought her, and he immediately recognized her, and treated her with such respect, even though we were not there. Such thoughtful and deliberate world class service from Jimmy!

For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! Run by a cadre of…read moremostly women volunteers, this organization rescues discontinued samples from upscale design showrooms in San Francisco. Housed in a small Sunnyvale warehouse, the organization says that each year, they keep about 70 tons (!) of material from going to the landfill. FabMo hosts regular sales open to the public as well as biannual "free giveaway" events. Customers can find tile, carpet, textile fabrics, wallpaper and more. Many materials are provided for free to teachers and there are also donations from the local community. Quilting fabrics, silk fabrics, jewelry making items, sewing notions, leather, decorations and much, much more are offered for sale in person or online through the FabMo eBay store. The only thing I wish that FabMo would do is to develop a partnership with WomenSV - a non-profit group based in the neighboring town of Los Altos. WomenSV helps women get out of abusive relationships. A little known fact about California family law is that, while the legal process is ongoing, individuals are prohibited from selling or using community property to make money. This allows for a continuation of financial abuse by the more powerful partner as they can delay the legal process indefinitely. In my own case, the divorce has been going on for three years as my ex has blocked me from accessing funds that are legally mine. Thanks to the low and no-cost materials I got from FabMo, I have been able to make and sell small craft items in order to buy groceries and obtain veterinary care for my service dog. As FabMo already hosts regular crafting lessons, I wonder if FabMo could somehow do community outreach to provide materials and teach skills to women trying to leave their abusers. Even people who have already managed to escape could benefit from the amazing work that the FabMo volunteers do. They're so successful at saving materials - - wouldn't it be great they could be a part of saving lives. Thanks, FabMo!

Otherwise, you'd have to wait in line to pay at the kiosk. So budget some time to pay for waiting for the kiosk in case you don't have cell phone reception. Parking was $15 + fee. E V E N T It's a large park and if you show up as one of the first 100 people, you get a free tote bag with this year's design for the event. Unluckily even though we showed maybe half an hour after the opening, it was all gone. So make sure you go early if you want the freebie. The event itself is free and it's outdoors so you can bring your furry friend but they need to be leashed. There are large water filling stations and port o potties. Feel free to bring your water canteens. It said you couldn't bring outside drinks or food but we were able to bring in our own filled bottles as well as some Starbucks drinks. But of course worse case is that you have to bring back your stuff to your car. It's not a far walk but it's still a walk from the parking structure. They do have a nice map of the booths as well as events throughout the day. They also have a bunch of food stands and trucks there if you want to make it a day. We opted to just go outside for food as the lines were long and the day was hot. Although not as big as the Winterfest, this event was a nice outdoor one with various craft goods.
