PLEASE do not signed any contract with out looking every detail of the contract and if you feel not to buy the car then don't sign anything. Pablo the car zone manager is dishonest and layer do not believe anything that he says to sell you a car he doesn't care about how hard people works He will destroyed your credit if try to return the car after I bought 4 cars there he offered a good deal in order to buy the fifth car he said he will give us a car protection insurance for two years in case the car broke down this were exactly his words " I will give you a two year car protection plan in case the car breaks down all what you have do is pay 100 dollars here at car zone and my car mechanics will fix it this offer is just for you because you have been a loyal customer". Sorpresa he included in the contract a $3295 car protection plan insurance. We were upset about it but it was to late to return the car since the contact was already signed and he told my brother if you return the car it will be take as a repo and your credit will be affected. This is how bad Pablo is the car was buy in Saturday August 10th and we did try to return The car on Monday morning August 12th. Please think twice before buy a car there are not deals at all. I drove all the way from the bay area to buy a truck. I asked about the water stains around the back window and if it was still leaking. Oh, no, they said. Someone just left the back window open and it rained. It still leaks all over the leather seats every time it rains. We also found a leak and the mechanic said the power steering fluid was leaking and they found rags stuffed around it to hide the leak. It took MONTHS to get my title. One person admitted there was turn over and she was the replacement and on vacation and forgot to mail it, and it took about 15 phone calls to finally get it. I went last year found the car I wanted, it was a Audi S-line I can't remember the year. I filled out the application and had 3,000 to put down they were all really nice than we went home to wait for them to call us back down to fill out all the rest of the paper work because the man who was helping us got a emergency call and had to go pick up somebody in Tahoe. The truck was nice but smelled like a ashtray but still that can be fixed. (I'm a smoker so I know you can get rid of the smell) the sales guy says how much you want to put down, and made me prove I had the money before he let us look at the second truck we wanted to see. Sent us across the street and the other sales guy was going to get the keys and meet us across the street. No one ever came over, about 10 mins waiting, so we went looking for the truck it was not even there so we went back across the street than looked around the parking lot and could not find this second truck. Started out as an easy purchase. Beau was decent and so was Francisco. I purchased a pickup and immediately after driving off the lot I started finding all sorts of little problems. Seatbelt didn't work on passengers side, power window switch didn't work for passengers side, ignition in the column was faulty, horn stopped working, the door lock was broken and a few more things. Now I will say that they fixed everything except the 12 volt plugs in the dash. It only took them a total of 16 days to do it. And almost a month later after purchase the check engine light comes with two codes. Great So this is my experience. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Went in to check out an 2008 Audi S5 listed at $16995. Kbb, Carfax, Edmunds list the car at $16000 in great condition. I have poor credit due to student loans and know that I'll need close to $4-5k as a down payment. After running my credit I was told I would need to put $9k down on a $17000 car lol. A bit ridiculous. So I say okay what about an 2008 A4 listed at $9995. Again kbb, Carfax, Edmunds list at $8000 in great condition. You'll need $4-5k down.... ???? So I ask to see the invoice because I'm willing to pay a good bit ($1200) over the invoice price because everyone needs to eat. "No you can't see the invoice." ????? So I clarify. "No. You can't see the invoice."... Okay?!?!?.... Then I get told that no matter what they payed the price is non negotiable. Also they add bs doc fees and want you to pay the entire financing fee as well. Basically if you are in any way an informed consumer they don't want your business. They want simple minded people who pay sticker price and all the fees to boot. Stay far away from this enormously overpriced and downright shady dealership. Initially the buying process was fast and easy and my salesman was pretty cool. I hadn't had the truck for more than two weeks and the transmission lines were leaking . I called them and they repaired it but took 9 days . It's ok at least it got fixed . About two or three weeks later the tire blew out and screwed up the rear end of my truck . Upon looking at the tire it was made in 2004 . Yes 2004 that was on the right year . I had to file an insurance claim and my insurance had to fix the all the damage . The right rear was 2004, spare tire 2006, the other 3 tires were 2012 . This is 2022 .My new truck has been in the shop more than I have driven it . I made a review and Pablo the gm called me and asked me a couple questions and told me to bring the receipt and they would reimburse me for the tires . That was almost 3 weeks ago. I've called and he's never available. I've sent messages to the website and my salesmen and nothing . I can't get a call back or anything. They will blow smoke up your ass and lie to you . They sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive ( bad wheel bearing, ball joints, tie rod ends and the transmission is going out) and said they had done a safety inspection. The reason I am giving them one starts is because they took the vehicle back and half ass fixed the problem. Bought what I thought was a great deal on a great car. It had all the Car Fax indicating it was well maintained at a Subaru dealership, and the Car Zone manager and salesperson made it sound like they were doing me a big favor. I'm thinking that there was some very important information missing . The car lasted one year to the month before the engine blew. My local Subaru mechanic showed me where patchwork was done on cracks that were done all around the engine block most likely to keep it running until it could be sold. It's the WORST place to buy a car!!! Bought a car and it didn't even make it 24 hours before it broke down. After every time they "fixed" the car it broke down in 24 hours. This went on for almost 2 months! They finally gave up and said they wouldn't fix it. Since the check engine light was on we couldn't register the car since it won't pass with the check engine light on. Additionally they have held onto the title for nine months since the sale. Confidence men and frauds. I could go in to the myriad of reasons why you should avoid this place; from the leaking ceilings in their shack/office to the rotting food in the garbage cans. Negotiate all you want - they've got a ton of fees they will stick you with after the sale; luckily I found a car that was in great shape and my experience as a mechanic meant I knew what I was getting into. Sadly, I wasn't enough of a slime ball to look past the salesman's greasy hair and weed-breath to make sure they weren't trying to stick us with BS fees like the "doc fee" and their doctored smog test that costs 3x what every other smog test costs. Avoid this place. Though we were verbally promised that Carzone would take care of the "Tax title and license", this simply means they fill out the necessary paperwork. Two weeks later you'll discover that it's you who has to take the time to go to DMV. AVOID THIS PLACE. Also: the only people who give this place five stars have no pictures on their accounts and write the same way. They're both fake accounts. One edit: two of the three keys they gave us for the car don't work and resulted in costly trips to the dealer to have them programmed. One of THE WORST car buying experiences that I have ever had. They charged me $349 for the doc fees as well as $199 for smog fees. I explicitly asked if they would be taking care of tax, title and registration and they said 'yes.' I find out 3 weeks after I purchased the car that they don't register the car for you, even though the manager Pablo told me that I should have the plates in the mail by the end of the week. To add to this, they didn't smog the car before I left and started TEXTING ME to come in for the smog. They asked me to email them a copy of my pay stub, proof of insurance, etc. and I did - never received a confirmation of 'thank you.' The email address is something nonsensical @yahoo.com and it doesn't even register to carzone. While I understand keeping the overhead low, this is one of the MOST rinky dink and unprofessional experiences that I've EVER had buying cars. This was a serious case of you get what you pay for. The price was great; however, the oil hadn't been changed and neither had the transmission fluid. Fortunately, we know how to work on our own cars or this would have been a very costly mistake. I will never go here ever again and I've learned my lesson. Most amusing thing? According to their contracts they have 20 days to change or cancel. On the 25th day I recieved a letter stating they couldn't finance due to owning a business and not having paystubs.... knowing the laws and seeing reviews I noticed they probably pulled a switch and bait. Walking in they wanted 6500 down on a 15k car. As I said no and walked out they said we can finance it for 2550 down. They obviously lied. But in the end it was good. The cruise control didn't work, two of the door latches are falling off and after washing the car once paint was flaking off everywhere showing a poor overpriced condition vehicle. That is not the case here, 1st indication something was probably not right, sales person legal name is Conn and didn't want to take "too long" of a test drive. The car was taken to a CarZone-Approved mechanic who told me the shuttering/shaking in tight turns was normal, turns out its not, both rear wheel bearing have since been replaced at a cost of approx $800+. The tires on the car(when driven off the lot) were not safe, or legal, for driving on, they were replaced immediately after purchase($400), maybe it sat on an auction lot for an extended period of time? When asked about the sunroof not functioning properly, Salesman Conn advised that it was fine; it was not and is still in disrepair, daily reminder of the "CarZone" experience. Also discovered shortly after purchase that the spark plus were fouled, also missed, ignored, overlooked (take your pick) by CarZone sanctioned mechanic. It squeaks over minor bumps in road, legit mechanic has advised it was greased so no noises would be audible, but since I don't grease the car on a regular basis, like CarZone, squeaks are now audible. CarZone had an opportunity to do the right thing - - sold car as if in excellent condition closer to fair - - but failed to do so, what has changed that would inspire any trust in CarZone? One of the worst experiences of my life. I went there because earleir that month I had blown motor in my car and needed a new vehical. I came in selected the car I wanted. It was a 2006 BMW 530Xi. They asked if I had any money as a down towards the purchase of this vehicle. I naively informed them I could put $5,000 cash down right now (BIG mistake)and that I was willing to pay upto as much as 10% on the loan as my credit is not perfect. They quickly took my down payment and presented me with a receipt for the down. They drew up the contract the paperwork, then walked me through a series of documents requiring my initials or signature. There seemed ro be a dozen if ir were five. The very last documemt they presented me with a financial requirements and statement. I quickly noticed that the finance charge was set for 29%!!! I said, this isnt what we agreed too? They gave me some bullshit runaround that they couldn't get me a better deal form thier lenders.(THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMRHING RO ME BEFORE MOVING FORWARD INSTEAD OF TREATING ME LIKE SOME PUNK AND DRAWING UP THE PAPPER WORK AT A DIFFERENT RATE IN HOPES OF TRAPPING ME!) The car was $12,500. I told them that wasn't the rate I agreed to when given them my down payment. They care more about the cash I had given them then my needs are Financial capabilities for paying for the vehicle I told them that the deal was off and I wanted my money back they refuse to return my cash informing me that I would have to take them to court in order rhat wirh a I asked them to carry the note at a better percent they refused saying that it was not legal for them to do so and if it was not their policy that was a lie. He later said they would carry the note when I refuse to sign the remaining documentation and that they would carry it for 29% making them again Liars. At this point we still refuse to return my money was Furious and not certain what to do so I took possession of the vehicle where I them drove it aproxamently 10 miles before the car suffered a magor Tramsmission failure. I called them and they informed me to return the car in the morning and they would fix the issue. I later learned that the vehicle had this problem previously on the mechanic that worked on it indicating that they had replaced the transmission with another used one as opposed to repair the original one this second transmission was also defective. I asked for my money back they refused to rerurn it. I asked to have the deposit moved to another vehicle, they refused saying that this was a vehicle I put my money down on and that they would fix it I told them no I wanted my money back. They informed me that I would have to take them to court if I wanted the money back and that they had never lost a court case in all thier years in business. They offered me a loaner car and they took it as I had no vehicle it took them 2 months to repair the vehicle in which day put in another used transmission. In all fairness the new transmission has worked perfectly fine for over a year now they did at least that much and keeping their word. BEWARE. Inspecrion check list. Be wary at this point they will tell you that they performed an inspection of the vehicle causing you to assume that you are accepting the knowledge that they have inspected it and that it the vehicle isn't functioning order when in fact the inspection list is you agreeing that the inspection they have done is adequate and accurate a cute little sleight of hand. In my case they were dishonest in their assesment of the cars overall condition. How do I know this, becuase i finally rexieved rhat car back but with defective and dead battery, a promise to pay to have that replaced and never did. I had to replace it for $150. It wasnsold to me with four nearly bald tires and weather rotted tiers which was a safty issue for certian. I had to replace rhem all one month after its return. The brakes were worn down to 1% rear and 3% front, which I had to replace as well. I discovered all of thisa month after they had informed me that they had preformed a brake inspection and a tire wear inspection and they were all in perfect satisfactory order. A LIE! TIERS & BRAKES: I had a slow leak in the driver's front tire so I took it to a tire shop to get it repaired. The Tire and Brake Shop that I took the vehicle to inform me that all four of the tires and the brakes were in Dire Straits and that the tires were so old (10yrs) and dry rotted they legally would not be allowed to make a tire repair on the flat I had brought in one month after finally receiving the car. After all I ended up paying around $16,000 for a $10,000 car. FINAL NOTE: I do love the car dearly as it's a magnificent piece of art and Engineering. BMW has created a masterful brand worthy of its reputation. I do not hold any of this experience against the vehicle itself but against the customer service experience and dishonesty of the dealership that sold it to me. read more

I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 from this place in March, and after about a week the truck stalled at a stoplight. I thought it was bad gas so I put good stuff in and waited to see how it was. After 3k miles the truck has stalled 6 times and finally threw a code. I took it to ford to fix it. It was a 2800$ fix and the mechanics have had my truck for 2 weeks now. I paid for an extended warranty and it covered the parts and labor but I still have to pay tax and a deductible. I have owned this truck for 3 months and already have to pay to fix it! They sold me a truck with problems and didn't disclose them to me. I do not recommend this dealer. read more
