So much food, beautiful salad bar presentation, soup and fried rice behind the salad bar. Each of the waitstaff were very helpful, they all shared the tables and as such, we had undivided attention. Atmosphere: Fancier end Brazilian steak house. Certainly no need to dress up but it wouldn't be out of place here, which is reflected in the service too. Food: Every table gets these delicious Brazillian Cheeseballs that are melt in your mouth treats. Careful not to over fill on them as tempting as it maybe because the rest of the food is excellent. Ironically I only tried a few meats but the big winner for me was the seabass. I went in thinking, if they can pull of seafood well then their steak will be excellent for next time. Was not disappointed as the fish had an excellent wood char taste. Lots of options for everyone. Almost too many it's slightly confusing. There are 4 food "levels", varying in what you are offered. Theres the full experiencing, executive, salad and protein and salad option. Two of us got the salad and protein option but were offered some of the items on skewers while the executive lunch person didn't get offered the same or vice versa. It was very confusing to understand what is included and what wasn't to be honest. Besides the confusing offerings everything else was great. The salad bar offerings are plenty and there is also soup, rice and beans. There were varying items in the salad bar too like cheese, bacon, veggies and some fruits. The set up here is a little small as there are different rooms and depending on the room you're in the experience might be a bit different. The tables are kind of close together in the room we were in. Luckily we had a bit more room around our table than others. My daughter who was 2 was free and she got to try a little bit of everything. Of course in toddler fashion she only likes the French fries that one of the severs offered to bring out to her. It was clearly made to order because they were hot which was nice. The side dishes are very typical of other Brazilian steakhouses and the bread was delicious. The staff was very generous with the sides always refilling and replacing. They were on top of clearing the plates and getting new dishes. Almost to the point I wonder how mush dish washing happens there. We also got the chocolate cake and it was delicious. Toddler approved. Definitely a longer lunch experience as you are waiting for the different types of meats to come around. However some of the staff would ask which you are looking for and they'd bring it directly to you. Overall I'd recommend and come back again. The drinks were really good. I had the coconut Caipirinha and it was very yummy! The balance in my drink was perfect, you could still taste the Brazilian cachaça. The dessert selection was awesome. It was my birthday and I enjoyed a tres leches cake which absolutely hit it out of the ball park. The ambience was great, really loved the Christmas music, the establishment was super clean upon entering, which made me feel comfortable. I've never had another Brazilian steak house that's on par with Fogo de Chão,(That's our go to), but this place just took our business. Most definitely recommend!!! I was super excited to try another Brazilian steakhouse besides Fogo De Chao. I got the full on meat experience, and tried all of their different cuts. The service was very attentive, which was good; however, I did see a pair of tongs fall on the floor, and a staff member picked it up and put it right back into the serving dish which was gross. For the meat, I did feel like some of the pieces were either very salty or had no flavor at all. I usually ask for the beef rib, and use this as a measure for how good the meat is. I was extremely disappointed, I got a few slices of the beef rib, and it was super tender but super fatty, and it had little to no flavor. Honestly, I had a difficult time eating the beef rib, which was sad. I definitely will stick to what a know and head back over to Fogo. read more

The salad bar had a lot of great salad options and sides, including candied bacon which was delicious. I don't know why I bother to get chicken at a Brazilian steakhouse, it's a waste of stomach space.) The service was also very good, very attentive. This is just my 2nd time to a Texas steakhouse. First time was in Hawaii, Texas de Brazil. This place tastes so much better than that. The weight staff was just attentive all over you almost too much but not the dessert was just to die for my party had three or four different desserts so they were all just as good.
