My family and I dine in at Verde in Downtown Indianapolis multiple times so we decided to try something different. We came to dine in yesterday and the restaurant is amazing! Unique structure and amazing food! Even with it being busy at the front and having a language barrier, the girls at the host stand still gave us good hospitality and were kind. Once seated we ordered 2 house margaritas, despite it having a lack taste in alcohol it was delicious! My wife is vegetarian and although our server Sophia seemed new she was helpful enough to still guide us through the menu to ensure my wife got a plate that would satisfy her even with the few options we had. We appreciate her for being able to deal with my wife's complications Lol! The food was great! I ordered a chimichanga with steak, rice and beans and my wife ordered the 3 option platter. Even with the restaurant being busy we always had fresh chips, water, and napkins at our table! Above all service and food was great, We will for sure be back! read more

Casa Santa is a refreshing change from the typical neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Instead of focusing on the usual lineup of burritos, enchiladas, and tacos, they offer a menu with unique, elevated dishes that are worth exploring. We ordered the mixed meat fajitas, which were excellent, but the standout for us was the carne en su jugo. It's a rich, flavorful soup/stew that's unlike anything you'll find at most Mexican restaurants. The bacon crumble added the perfect savory touch and really made the dish memorable. The margaritas were equally impressive--well-balanced, high quality, and clearly made with care. From the atmosphere to the presentation and pricing, it's obvious that Casa Santa is aiming for a more elevated dining experience than your average local Mexican spot. I looooved this restaurant! So cute and fun! The decor and ambiance are next-level. I felt like I was in NYC, and I loved it. They really took the time to pay attention to every single detail. I particularly enjoyed all of the colorful plants everywhere (even if they were fake!). The cocktails were good - I had a spicy skinny margarita and a regular margarita. I'd order both again - not too tart, not too syrupy. I ordered the tuna tostadas for my meal (even though they're an appetizer), and I really liked them. It was a great combo of salty and sweet, and the tuna was fresh and lovely. I'd 100% order that again! Music has a nice beat that contributed to the trendy vibe - though it might have been a tad loud causing all to speak louder than otherwise they might. Not a deal breaker...we will definitely return. Queso is perfect! Entrees of Arroz con Pollo and Carnitas are nicely accompanied by very good rice, excellent beans, okay guacamole and good salsa fresca. Overall, portions are large. My Carnitas also had a cheese stuffed Guara pepper - very tasty with a touch of heat. Oh...lest I forget: we are aficionados of flan and this one was among the best ever. What a fun place that specializes in groups, chaos and drinks! We had a duo birthday celebration, so we didn't get a private room but a back room- which was so much fun- apologies to the tables surrounding us- however, every single table was loud and fun! It's very loud in there bc of the groups! The servers were incredibly kind and welcoming, and deserve raises dealing w the crazies! The ambience transports you into a magical world! The only thing I would say is a miss, are the vegetables as a side, and they were mush. Had the most amazing date night at Casa Santa! Can't wait to go back! We agreed this would be one of our go to spots. Things I noted: -I've been on a Thursday and a Saturday. Saturday was PACKED! No parking, lots of people waiting, so make sure you have a reservation if you aren't wanting a delay. We made 6:30 reservations for two and were seated after about ten minutes of waiting. My friends and I came here right when they opened before seeing a movie at the theatre nearby. I was blown away by the decor. It truly felt like I was not in Indiana anymore. Each room seems to have a different style but it all flowed together seamlessly. Our waiter was friendly and kind and recommended the verde margarita right off the bat. It was a great recommendation! My friend ordered the queso with chorizo and it was SO good! The chorizo definitely added a nice spice and flavor to it. They have lunch specials as well in the $13-$17 range. Visiting from out-of/state, and our first visit to Casa Santa - we were a party of 6, including one child. The decor was gorgeous, the service was friendly and helpful, albeit a little slow ( I think our server had another really big party). The food was scrumptious: at our table we had fajitas, and a large variety of tacos, including the grasshopper. We also enjoyed some very tasty and unique cocktails. This is the new Mexican restaurant at Hamilton Town Center. It's located in one of the strip lots on the other side of the street from the mall. It has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces. As soon as I stepped into this restaurant, I loved the atmosphere. The decor is amazing. There was so many things to look at in the space and they have a water feature by the entrance. It's very large and has different seating areas sections. I met at a girlfriend there for lunch and they have a nice lunch menu. The chips and salsa were amazing. They are yellow corn, super thin and crispy and seemed more stone ground than the kind you get at El Rodeo and similar establishments, if that makes sense. They were addictive. My taco salad in the fried tortilla shell was great. It had mixed lettuce, not iceberg. My girlfriend got the arroz con pollo. The potion size in my opinion looked very small for the price, but she said it was tasty nonetheless. We didn't get drinks because it was pretty early. It's not the most cost friendly places but definitely worth the dry for lunch' I want to take friends here to try their drinks. Hopefully we can sit in one of the other areas or the bar. read more

Casa Santa in Noblesville?? When you walk in it doesn't seem like it. You feel like you are in Miami or in Mexico, but not Noblesville. It is so pretty and honestly they thought of everything to create the ambiance of a lifetime. We arrived around 5:30 on a Friday and were able to be seated right away, by the time we left around 6:30/7, it was packed with people waiting, so I would totally recommend coming before the big rush. The food was really good, although I think the portion sizes are smaller than your traditional Mexican restaurant. I think this is okay if you are doing more social thing, but if you really want to eat eat and be super full, either order appetizers, or this may not be the place for you. The drinks are also amazing. I had the skinny margarita and it is made with Patron! What a bonus! It is a little on the pricey side, so beware of that as well, but worth the experience. My party came during the Devour Indy, we had the choice to order off the devour menu for $35 including app, entree, and a dessert but I opted to order off the actual menu. As a starter with chips and salsa , and along with chorizo dip; which was so good. My choice of the enchiladas platter was a great one, along with rice, beans with cheese. The cocktails were strong and flavorful. A little pricier than some restaurants but well worth it. This was a fun spot for a girls night and has several great photo ops throughout the restaurant. Maybe we were there during shift change but we were greeted and given chips and salsa. It was about 10 minutes before we flagged down a server that she didn't have water. The ambiance is absolutely stunning--easily Instagram-worthy. However, I did feel a bit underdressed in my simple sweater and jeans, so keep that in mind if you're planning a visit. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. While I understand it was a busy Friday night and we were seated at the bar, it took an unusually long time to get our drinks, place our order, and eventually receive our food. The entire experience took two hours, and we noticed that people who sat at the bar after us were being served their food and drinks before we were. When the food finally arrived, the portions were generous, but the flavors were underwhelming. I ordered the arroz con pollo, and my husband got the fajitas. The fajitas were definitely the better choice. I also paid $2 extra for grilled veggies, which I'm not sure I got... There were a few large chunks of cooked tomato, but not quite what I expected. I've been on the quest to find the most-Instagrammable restaurant in Fishers, and I think Casa Santa is it! This place has photo ops GALORE, from the waterfall and flower display in the entrance to the giant glowing tree in the dining area, Casa Santa definitely deserves a feature on your socials. Now, Casa Santa isn't just a pretty place! The food is absolutely amazing, and there are authentic Mexican dishes offered here that you can't find anywhere else in the surrounding area (grilled grasshoppers, anyone?). A crowd favorite at my table was the quesabirria tacos, 3 out of the 7 of us ordered them. The corn tortillas were so crispy and weren't soggy from the sauce, and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I especially loved the dipping sauce on the side, it was a little spicy but really enhanced the flavor of the tacos overall. One thing I love about Casa Santa is the variety of vegetarian options, it was perfect for my group because we did have 2 vegetarians. We all LOVED the chips and salsa--we must've devoured at least 4 bowls, I'm surprised we had room for dinner! We had a group of 7, so I made a reservation on OpenTable a week in advance. I HIGHLY recommend making a reservation because every time I've been here, it's been packed with an average of a 45-60 minute wait. Casa Santa goes above and beyond with the decor! Every corner of this restaurant is beautifully decorated - 10/10 vibes and the perfect backdrop for pictures and special occasions. We came here during Devour Indy and got to choose a 3 course meal, including a margarita for only $35! And they still provided chips and salsa that was really fresh. I got the Texas margarita which uses top shelf tequila and it was the best margarita I've ever had! For appetizer I got the chicken empanada that was so flaky and flavorful. The entree I chose the salmon which was cooked perfectly, but I wish the rice was more of a Mexican style instead of being lightly flavored, and the salad was also more of a Mediterranean vibe. We ended with the churros which was perfect! The service was also great, our waiter was super friendly. The only quirk was that as soon as we were seated, they came up to us with this cart and asked if we wanted guacamole. We hadn't even gotten our water yet so it was a little confusing because we definitely didn't order guac. We thought maybe it was free so we asked the lady and she didn't speak English, so we ended up spending 10 mins trying figure out if it was free and it was not. I've been meaning to visit Casa Santa for a while because I've heard so many have tried it. The ambiance inside is amazing. I love that's it's an upscale feel. Plenty of bar seating and restaurant as well. We went on a Thursday and it was pretty packed at dinner time. We were told we needed reservations for our party of 7 and that we'd have to sit in their party room, but that wasn't true when we got there. That made things a bit confusing at first. However, our servers were great, the food and drinks were very good, homemade chips were a treat, and the complimentary 6 layer rainbow cake was a nice touch for our birthday girl. The bar space is really long if just wanting to grab a drink - I could picture just hanging out with friends for a few drinks and chips/salsa. We had to wait to get a host/hostess to seat us, but really the food came quick and the orders prepared as specified. Food was good, portion size big so you feel like you are getting a lot for your money. The mango margarita was delicious - definitely recommend trying. This used to be one of our favorite go to's for great Mexican food. Today however became our likely last visit to this restaurant. Our server was great - cannot complain about that. The food however had zero flavor, and the refried beans were inedible. They looked like they were likely powdered beans and were super runny and the color did not even resemble refried beans. They were a very light, pinkish color. My husband said they resembled snot! We did order the chorizo queso which was the best of anything we ordered. We even noticed the chips were different- not as good as we've had there before. Menu reprinted, prices increased, food quality way below what we've experienced in past visits. We sat at our table Saturday night and waited for drinks and service for 10 minutes (with several servers and wait staff standing around clocking us looking for help, ignoring us). The place was half empty so it's not like they were slammed. I don't usually leave critical reviews like this.... But this is the first time in my life I have gotten up and left a restaurant in frustration. We went to Livery instead and had an amazing anniversary meal with the margarita I was craving. Each room is unique in design and flows perfectly together, creating an awesome decor. The food was fresh and delicious! We had the table side guacamole and tuna tostadas for appetizers. Then we all ordered the Molcajete. This entree was AMAZING! Not only was the bottom lit on fire which was a great extra touch, but the chicken, steak, chorizo, shrimp, and the cheese were outstanding! The whole group was thrilled and we had to take all leftovers home. Finally we ended with the churros topped with caramel and cinnamon sugar which was the perfect ending to an epic meal. There's a bar that you can hang out at while waiting to be seated. We had a reservation. Once seated the service was awesome. I ordered a house margarita and it was huge and not weak at all. The food was also great. Our appetizer was guacamole made table-side and it was so fresh!!! My husband and I ordered fajitas mine had all three, shrimp, chicken and steak. Now if you are kinda wider on the hips ask for a booth setting, I squeezed in to a chair that didn't fit me but that a me problem not them. We received chips and salsa , chips were really good. My wife order the chimichanga also came with rice and beans and a side of the essentials ( guacamole lettuce and pico.) Overall I give it a 7/10 felt my rice was old and was confused why my tamale was already outside the husk, it too seemed to be a bit older for the day BUT it was still good .
