I have been to this location a few times. The latest two trips have been better than the first, and they have redeemed themselves. Decently priced items but they make up for the cost with flavor! The salsa tastes fresh and has a good level of spice! They have a good rotation of specials and their food arrives quickly and hot. The server was very friendly and had a good recommendation! The overall feel of the restaurant is good, it's a mixture of modern and classic decorations.

Red Harbanero is located in Noblesville near Walmart plaza. Ample of parking right in front of restaurant. It can seat 70 people at one time. Decent interior and nice comfortable bench seating. Service was fast and servers are friendly. Like most Mexican restaurants, the menu is full of amazing choices. We ordered mojito Margarita and LA exotica, and they were served under 7 minutes. The Margarita's were delicious. For food, we ordered spinach enchilada and chicken avocado they were served under 10 minutes. They are really fast in serving food. We love the dinner here and definitely recommend it if you are in search of some nice Mexican restaurant.

    Shrimp Ceviche

Who knew the best ceviche in Hamilton County was in my backyard?! Stopped in for some tacos for lunch and saw ceviche had been added to the menu. Being an aficionado and making a killer ceviche myself, i gave it a shot. I was blown away immediately by the presentation and was even more impressed after tasting it. Do yourself a favor and try the shrimp or fish versions. load up those scratch tostadas and top with lime juice, hot sauce and a slice of avocado and be transported to flavorville!!

Being from out of town finding a good restaurant can be a challenge but our trips to Noblesville now have a dining destination. From the moment we arrived Linsey and her husband made us feel like as though we were part of their family. The only complaint is that they do not have a location nearby our home. My wife and I spent quite some time trying to decide what to order, everything on the menu sounded that good. And what a drink menu, more margarita varieties than many people have ever heard of wish we could have given one a try. Variety, quality, attention to details, excellent service, all at a very fair price. You won't be disappointed.

    Margaritas, chips salsa and queso.

Great food. Love the salsa, chips and queso. Can't go wrong with the fajitas. Margaritas are on point.

I heard they had opened recently so dropped in. Chips were served warm, cups of take out salsa. We had the chorizo queso. All were very good. She ordered a chimichanga, I orderd two enchilada combination. All were served piping hot. Very good start for this location we hope they keep up the high standards. Well definitely be back. Oh BTW, Janet was our server and was first rate.

The service is always top notch. And I'm not had anything yet that wasn't really good. The alambre is some of the best I've ever had.

Presentation was beautiful, service was okay just a slow night, tacos were very dry and soup was a little too mushy for my liking.

The staff is incredible and has gotten to know us so well that they already know our orders when we walk in. That kind of service is hard to find these days. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I usually get the Tres Tacos, but every now and then I'll order the steak tacos instead. No matter what I choose, they are always seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. My husband gets the Alambre every single time and says it's the best in Indianapolis. After stealing a few bites over the years, I can see why. The chips and queso are absolutely amazing. We always start with them, and honestly, I could make a meal out of the queso alone. Their margaritas are also fantastic. They're huge, taste great, and they definitely don't skimp on the tequila. Like everywhere else, we've noticed prices have gone up over the years, but we still feel like the quality and portions make it worth it. What keeps us coming back every week is not just the food. It's the people. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like part of the family. If you're looking for great Mexican food and a restaurant where you're treated like more than just another customer, Rio Grande is the place. We love it and will keep our Friday night tradition going for as long as we can.

The food is the most authentic Mexican cuisine we've had in the Indianapolis area, and the service was excellent. There were lots of staff on hand to serve, prepare food and make us feel welcome. The facility is very clean and open. Not much decor like you would see at a traditional Mexican restaurant. Our waitress was vey friendly and professional. She even made the tamales! The chips were very crisp and tasty. They were a bit greasy. The waitress did an excellent job keeping the chips coming as we were hungry. The salsa was inconsistent. The first batch was very thin and had a watered down spicy taste. In this batch the salsa dropped off the chip. The second round was thicker. It had a fine chopped consistency. It was much easier to scoop up and had a nice fresh taste. There was some spice but not much. The waitress did bring us a bottle of hotter salsa which was very hot! My wife ordered the tamales. She thought they were very good! I ordered the shrimp enchiladas. The shrimp plentiful however I thought they were a bit over cooked as they were a little chewy. The white was was very good. It had a smooth cheesy taste without an over powering cheese taste. Some Mexican restaurants will serve their white sauce with a slight seafood flavor. This was a little more bland. The rice was soft and spiced like you would expect - very good! The refried beans were tasty though I thought they were a little thinner in consistency than I would prefer. Overall very good place to eat! Give them a try!!

And it's awful for what it is.. two completely identical, DEEP fried from frozen chile rellenos are quite an alarming spectacle to behold, if I'm being honest. My fiance had steak tacos and he said they were cold. The steak was NOT from a freshly made steak; it was like the pre-sliced cuts of meat you get for salads and such. The person behind us also got tacos and theirs were out less than 5 mins after they ordered. Big red flag, especially the server saying, "look how quick that was!" We won't be back.
