Okay, seriously? These guys are awesome! So friendly and nice. Dealer told me brakes were at 20% and I should replace them for 3k. I wanted to wait, but a month later I heard squealing. So I brought it here, knowing 3k was a racket. They said it was glazing, brakes were still fine at 20% and I could wait. They could totally have sold me on the replacement and they didn't. They quoted me at 1.5k for brakes and rotors when it's time, and didn't even charge me for checking! That's the second time! Super honest, I love it so much. From scheduling the appointment, to dropping the vehicle off, and having the inspection completed ahead of schedule. Called ahead and asked if I could get an oil change within 20mins. The man on the other end of the phone was very professional and said no problem. I asked if it was okay if I had my own filter and oil. He was understanding and stated that's fine, and quoted me 10$ for the labor for the oil change. After I got to the shop, he stated that I acquired the wrong oil. I mistakenly bought 10W instead of the 5W that my car needed. He offered me a discount on the oil. Overall, I was in and out within an hour. The staff seems very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend. read more

I'm going against the majority by giving this place only three stars. I'll start by saying that I was impressed with how efficient the service is at Casey's. I was able to get a same day appointment (on a busy holiday) and was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. That's convenient! I was also impressed with the free coffee and snacks at the shop in addition to the technology. I received a texted link to view the assessment results, which with came with short videos, colored pictures, and definitions, explaining things. Impressive! Repairs were even coded based on the level of importance. All this was great in all but someone's got to pay for the convenience and that someone is YOU. When I received the call with my estimate, I was speechless at how much it would cost for front brakes, brake fluid and a left side wheel bearing. The estimate came out to about $1,000. Some may say this is reasonable. Well, not for me it's not! Out of desperation, I nearly gave in, but decided to call a friend who knows a mechanic. I decided to go with her recommendation and took my car to MG Auto located in Chantilly instead. I'm glad I did because I saved about $400 for the same repairs. If you have extra money to spend, I recommend Casey's, if not consider MG Auto. I'm very happy with the service (and price) I received there. read more

I'm incredibly happy with Casey's Automotive! Brendan was incredibly kind, informative, and fun during my whole experience. How many auto shops can you go to and say the employee was fun?! After having a few bad experiences with dealerships, I decided it was time to check out my other options. I found Casey's online and put in a request for two oil change appointments for mine and my husband's cars. They got back to me promptly and we were able to come up with a time that worked with my schedule easily. I came in today and am so happy I chose to go with Casey's. Not only do they have plenty of amenities to keep you preoccupied (tv, coffee station with different types of coffee and peppermint hot chocolate, snacks, and a fridge with water and different sodas) while you wait for your service, but they also offer a kids room (toys, coloring, tv, comfy couch) for parents to keep their kids preoccupied! I didn't need this service but I love that they offer it. Their oil change comes with a 45 point check which I think is great. Instead of what I've had at dealerships, they take their time to ensure your car is in tip-top shape. Brendan was sure to let me know what services I would need soon and what services he recommends attending to quickly. I also think their digital inspection service is awesome. They send you a text with a complete list of their findings while inspecting your car. My only problem: they were offering girl scout cookies and I've been pretty good about staying away from them this girl scout cookie season but I caved. I just took my vehicle in to get the headlight bulb replaced because I thought it was more involved. They replaced the bulb in minutes free of charge. Wow! Really happy with my experience with Casey's. A neighbor recommended them. I brought my car in for brake work, state inspection and emissions. I needed more done than I realized( $3500 ). Not their fault my car is 3 years old and I haven't done anything to it. I brought my car in on a Friday it's first come first served. They ordered the parts I needed Saturday. I told them I'd be back on Thursday because I needed my car for a crazy schedule that week. They patched my tire for free and told me I could just pay when picking up on Thursday. Their shuttle driver Jack is the nicest guy. I enjoyed listening to him talking about his time in the Midwest not far from where I grew up. I also really really enjoyed the cost breakdown of everything. They text you a link and there's a chart of what needs to get done, importance and then pictures of any issues. I'm always a bit wary of being overcharged as a woman. I didn't feel that way at all. Also for checking in you get a 10% discount( they cap it at $100) but I appreciated the saving. I appreciated that everyone wore masks. The lounge was very comfortable and clean. They have a refrigerator of Cole drinks and a snack basket, coffee machine and coffee mugs that you can take home. I don't have any complaints and I think I've found " my" local auto shop. read more

This shop ruined my car. It's hardly driveable. They disengaged the ABS system when they installed the after-market bushing kit. When I try to brake now, I skid; the ABS light comes on; I believe Casey removed a sensor at the front wheel bearing. The door hinges on the driver side were aligned incorrectly. Now i'm getting water in my car and the inside panel of the door is covered with dirt. He failed to tell me I would have been better off at a body shop. The weather stripping around the window has shrunk and its rotting. The left blinker is out, the left speakers are blown. i went back 5 x. Five times! All toll they had my car nearly 21 days. I have taken such great care of my car, and i'm hoping to restore it, but this has cost me so much money, I may have to put a cover over the car for the winter and just leave it until next summer when the roads are dry. read more

GOD! I don't know where to start. I can see why Casey's Automotive make so many customers happy, and that's because they sincerely prioritize their customers' happiness. First off, if I could give this place and the owner (Brian) more than five stars TRUST ME I would have given them the constellation! Brian is truly the most honest and sincere business owner and human I have ever come across! His service is SUPERB! If you have ANY issues with your car, Casey's Automotive truly A+ service should be your first choice in the whole world! I brought in my 2003 Chevy Express van in, because my check engine light was on, and I urgently needed to pass the emissions test so that I could renew my registration. But after a diagnosis and repair by Casey's Automotive, the engine light came back on after a 7 mile drive. Frustrated that even after paying for repairs, I still had a check engine light on and couldn't pass the emissions test; Brian went above and beyond to appease my concerns, and personally diagnose the new issue and provide a thorough fix to get my van in proper working order. He even performed a personal drive cycle on my van to ensure that my check engine light didn't come back on, and made sure the problem was thoroughly resolved. Moreover, he conducted the emissions test, and needless to say, my van passed the emissions test! All in all, Casey's Automotive provides exceptional customer service along with top-notch auto repair and maintenance. The premises are inviting and tidy. Brian and his crew are friendly, down to earth and highly knowledgeable. Hopefully, I won't need any repairs in the near future, but if I do, Casey's Automotive has found a customer for life in this reviewer! 5 star experience!!!
